These Terms & Conditions of Entry contain important information you need to know about your entry and the Promotion generally. Make sure you read these Terms & Conditions of Entry carefully.

Information about how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. If you choose to participate in this Promotion, then you agree that these Terms & Conditions of Entry apply to your entry.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on 07/09/2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 06/11/2025 (Promotion Period). No entries will be accepted after this time.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older as at the commencement of the Promotion. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to enter and if you win, the prize may be awarded to your parent/guardian. If you are the Winner of the Major Prize, you must hold a valid and current passport with at least 6 months validity at the time of travel (Eligible Entrant).

Employees of our company and its subsidiaries (and their immediate families) and the employees of any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. When we say ‘immediate families’ we mean spouse (whether married or defacto), child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, sibling, niece, nephew or cousin.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase any two (2) Participating Products in a single transaction from any UCB Participating outlets nationally that stock Participating Products (defined below) and displays advertising material featuring the Promotion (Participating Retailer) during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Transaction). If a purchase receipt is not automatically handed to the entrant, it is the responsibility of the entrant to request such material from a member of staff.

To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must (after making their Qualifying Transaction) undertake the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Visit https://www.begaucbwin.com.au or scan the QR code (which can be found on promotional materials in Participating Retailers);
Follow the prompts to the entry page;
Input the requested details including full name, mobile phone number and valid email address;
Upload a scanned copy or photo of the purchase receipt clearly showing that a Qualifying Transaction was made during the Promotion Period; and
Submit the fully completed online entry form.
Eligible Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry instructions above, subject to the following:

a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased in that transaction;
a maximum of one (1) entry (based on entrant’s mobile number) can be submitted per person per day; and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Proof of Purchase: All entrants must retain their original purchase receipt/s for each Qualifying Transaction. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries will not be accepted in any other way or form or at any other time. Your entry is deemed to have been received when we actually receive it (not when you send it). Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. We’ll also invalidate any entry which (in our opinion) breaches these Terms & Conditions of Entry or any other content guidelines published by us as part of the entry process for the Promotion. Once submitted, you cannot alter or delete your entry.

PRIZE(S)

There is one (1) Major Prize and sixty one (61) Minor Prizes:



Major Prize

Travel Package for two (2) people to attend one of the following 2026 Grand Prix (winner’s choice) of either Las Vegas, Monaco or Tokyo valued at $27,000.

Return flights, accommodation and transfers to/from accommodation for two (2) people are all included in the Prize package.

Minor Prizes

$100 PrizePay Code

Minor Prizes are limited to one per person, save in respect of entrants residing in South Australia, who will be eligible to win one prize per entry.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a PrizePay code are not included. Any unused balance of the PrizePay code will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the PrizePay code is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the PrizePay code itself.

Minor Prizes will be in the form of a PrizePay code to the value of $100, which can be redeemed for the winners’ choice of prize available via the PrizePay website. The Minor Prize is subject to the PrizePay terms and conditions available at www.prizepay.com.au/code-terms. For clarity, PrizePay allows winners to choose how they want to be paid i.e. provide EFT details, PayID or redeem Prezzee Card.

Additional Major Prize conditions:

The winner will be responsible for any costs associated with redemption of the Prize. All auxiliary travel, accommodation, transfers, food and beverage, insurance, additional spending money, health insurance, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), travel insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter is not responsible for any item, service, cost, claim or matter not expressly stated to be included in the Prize.

Prize must be taken to coincide with the Grand Prix event of the winner's choosing. For clarity to claim the Major Prize, the winner must be able to travel to the event of their choice between 27-29 March 2026 for Tokyo; 5 – 7 June 2026 for Monaco or 19 – 21 November 2026 for Las Vegas.
The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
All booking and documentation regarding the Major Prize must be made with Australian Sports Marketing Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the Major Prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Australian Sports Marketing Pty. Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
The winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point in Australia and travel together.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Winner is responsible for any amendment’s fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the prize winner (and their travel companion) miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner (and their travel companion) Once booking is confirmed no changes are allowed, unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of individual service providers.
The Grand Prix ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their travel companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
If one of the people taking or participating in the Major Prize is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of that person must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration, unless otherwise specified. The value of each prize is accurate as at the time of preparation of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. We accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, we may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if a winner does not take their prize or an element of the prize at/by the time stipulated by us, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. We accept no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.

PRIZE POOL

The total prize pool is $33,100. Any costs not expressly included in the Prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

There will be one (1) draw conducted from entries received each day of the Promotion Period for a total of 61 Minor Prize Draws in total. All Minor Prize Draws will take place at 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212 on 20/11/2025 at 11:00am AEDT. For the removal of doubt, non-winning entries in each Minor Prize Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Minor Prize Draw. The first valid entry drawn in each Minor Prize Draw will receive the Minor Prize.

There will also be one (1) draw conducted from the pool of all valid entries received during the Promotion Period (Major Prize Draw). The Major Prize Draw will take place at 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212 on 20/11/2025 at 11:00am AEDT in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will receive the Major Prize.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each Draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the relevant Draw and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published online at https://www.begaucbwin.com.au on 10/12/2025.

The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEDT on 16/12/2025.

If you are a prize winner and don’t accept or claim your prize by this date, then your entry will be deemed invalid. An unclaimed prize draw (if required) will be held at the same address as the original draw on 17/12/2025 at 11:00am AEDT, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners of any unclaimed prizes will be notified in writing within 2 business days of determination and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) published on https://www.begaucbwin.com.au on 05/01/2026.

To claim your prize, you must follow the instructions set out in the notification message we send to you telling you that you’re a winner. This includes providing verification information regarding your entry (including providing receipts of purchase), if requested by us. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you, but if you’ve not claimed your prize by the prize claim date specified above, or we determine that your entry is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, then your entry will be declared invalid, and we may award the prize to the next complete and eligible entry drawn.

PRIZE DELIVERY

Once an entrant is deemed valid by the Promoter to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will declare them a winner and will deliver the relevant prize no later than 28 days of the winner’s entry being verified and accepted.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect email, mobile number or physical address being provided when entering the promotion or during the verification process, and once dispatched the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

GENERAL

The Major Prize and all elements of that Prize must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by the winner or will be forfeited, and if forfeited the Promoter will not be liable. If the winner forfeits the Major Prize or any element of that Prize for whatever reason, the winner will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. The Major Prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:

Validity period/s;
Booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;
Conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, COVID safety requirements and applicable dress codes);
Conditions of ticket validity and any restriction on tickets on-sale or transfer;
Travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
Any additional fees (payable by the winner) relating to changes made by the winner or their companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
The requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified in the Prize, including a current and valid passport and any visas required;
A requirement to present any credit card when checking into accommodation;
The winner and their travel companion are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the Prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the Prize, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event locations. The winner must keep their ticket safe, and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets;
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between the winner and any person with whom the winner chooses to, or chooses not to, share the Prize;
Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the Prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. In that case the winner and their companion forfeit any entitlement to that event/ activity and the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/ territory gaming authorities;
For event-based/travel prizes, the winner and their travel companion accept that some aspects of the Prize may be inherently risky, and the Prize may involve dangerous activities;
If the winner and/or their travel companion, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter (and or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances) are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, is contrary to law or otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict the winner and/or their travel companion from participating in any element of the Prize at its discretion.
We accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. We have no control over telephone communications, social media functionality, social media owners, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. We are not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.
Entrants must keep their proof of purchase, as specified above for each entry as proof of purchase ("Proof of Purchase"). If an entrant fails to produce the Proof of Purchase for a specific entry or each entry, as and when requested by the Promoter, the Promoter has the right to invalidate the entrant's respective entry/entries for which Proof of Purchase cannot be provided and/or all entries submitted by that entrant and/or forfeit the entrant's right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify: (a) the store of purchase as an eligible store; (b) the required product/s or service/s to be purchased for entry; and (c) that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period and prior to entry.
We may declare any or all of your entries invalid, and prohibit your further participation in this Promotion, if you:
fail to verify your personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to our satisfaction;
tamper with or benefit from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
submit an entry which in our opinion is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry;
act in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or
engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which in our opinion is unfair or in bad faith, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, wrongful, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or us or any prize provider. This includes where you share receipts or product labels to enter the Promotion or where you use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries.
If requested by us, winners (and their travel companion for the Major Prize) must sign (or, if they are less than 18 years of age, arrange for their parent/guardian to sign) a release, waiver, and/or indemnity in favour of us and all parties involved in this Promotion and/or providing the prize, in a form provided by us, before they participate in the Promotion and/or the prize. If they (or their parent/guardian) do not sign that form within the time specified by us, they will not be able to participate and their entry or prize claim will be deemed invalid.
If requested by us, entrants and winners (and their travel companion, if applicable) must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this Promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to us and our associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then we may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
Our decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). We and our associated agencies and companies, and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Major Prize or Minor Prize, or if the Major Prize event is cancelled, delayed or postponed for any reason beyond our reasonable control, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
We and our associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
We may, in our absolute discretion, prohibit an entrant’s participation in this Promotion, cancel or suspend a prize, or otherwise cease to provide any prize to a winner, if the entrant or winner (or any travel companion) is (in our opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish our good name and reputation or our products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
We accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, you agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
We collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers) for that purpose. Any part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry which are void or not enforceable by law will be automatically severed from these Terms & Conditions of Entry, where possible, to ensure that the remaining provisions of the Terms & Conditions of Entry remain in effect. We may vary these Terms & Conditions of Entry from time to time as required for compliance with law or for the purposes of correcting any error or omission. As such, it is the responsibility of every entrant to ensure that they review these Terms & Conditions of Entry at the time of entry and all other material times.
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of VIC, Australia, and each of the relevant State/Territory authorities.
