Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Laundy Hotels Pty Ltd (ABN 92 001 217 554), trading as Laundy
Hotels, located at 739 Hume Highway, Bass Hill NSW 2197.
2. Campaign Period
• Start Date: 10:00am AEST on Thursday, 4 September 2025
• End Date: 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 5 October 2025
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Travel dates for the prize will be advised with reasonable notice (at least 6 weeks
in advance) and must be accepted by the winner.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW) aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees, officers of the Promoter, participating venues, and associated agencies
or partners involved in the conduct of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Entrants must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion:
a. During the Campaign Period, purchase any qualifying meal and beer combination
(VB, Carlton Draught, or Great Northern Super Crisp) at a participating venue.
b. At the time of purchase, the customer’s receipt will serve as their entry form.
Entrants must write their full name and contact details on the back of the receipt and
place it in the designated entry box at the venue.
c. Each qualifying purchase entitles the purchaser to one (1) entry per finals game per
person.
d. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to separate eligible purchases. Entrants are
not required to retain proof of purchase. Entries will be verified against the entry
records retained by participating venues and the Promoter’s records will be deemed
final.
5. Prize
Major Prize – Trip for Two (2) to Las Vegas for the 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership Kick-
Off.
Each prize includes:
• Return charter flights for two people
• 5 nights’ accommodation at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino
• Airport transfers in Las Vegas
• 1x Silver Ticket to the NRL Kick-Off match
• Official merchandise pack
• Valued at AUD $5,299 per person (total prize value AUD $10,598)
Permitted travel period and blackout dates may apply, as determined by the
Promoter and advised to the winner to avoid disputes.
6. Prize Conditions
• Winner and their companion must be able to travel on the dates specified by the
Promoter.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
• Winner is responsible for:
o Travel to and from Sydney International Airport
o Holding a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity
o Meeting all entry requirements for the United States of America, including
any required visas and travel authorisations (e.g. ESTA)
• If the prize or any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. Any
substitute prize will be of a similar nature (e.g. travel package or event
experience). The Promoter will not be responsible for cancellation or
rescheduling of the prize due to events outside its control, including but not
limited to pandemics, government restrictions, or airline cancellations.
7. Prize Draw
• The draw will be conducted at Laundy Hotels Head Office, 739 Hume Hwy,
Bass Hill NSW 2197.
• Draw Date: Friday, 17 October 2025 at 12:00pm AEST.
• The draw will be supervised by an independent scrutineer.
8. Winner Notification & Publication
• The winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the draw.
• The winner’s details (surname, initial, and postcode) will be published on
https://laundy.com.au/whats-on/nrl-finals-competition by 17 October 2025.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize, a redraw will be
conducted.
9. Unclaimed Prize
• The winner must claim their prize by 12:00pm AEST on 24 October 2025.
• Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 27 October 2025 at 12:00pm AEST at the
same location.
The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot travel due to personal
circumstances or lack of valid travel documents.
• Redraw winners will be notified and published in the same manner.
10. Responsible Service of Alcohol
• The Promoter supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Alcohol will only be served to patrons legally permitted to consume alcohol
under NSW law.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse service in line with venue policy and
regulatory guidelines.
11. Privacy & Marketing Consent
• Entrants’ personal information will be collected and managed in accordance
with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://laundy.com.au/privacy
• By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them for promotional
updates and future campaigns. Entrants may opt out at any time. Consent will
be clearly disclosed at the point of entry, and entrants may opt out at any stage
without adecting their eligibility in this promotion.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury
arising from participation in this promotion or the prize, except for liability not excluded
by law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion. Any updated list will be published on the
Promoter’s website.
