Legal Entity
"Xanadu" refers to the company Xanadu Pty Ltd, owned by Rathbone Wine Group Pty Ltd, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.


Eligibility
1.1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 1.2. Employees, agents, family members, trade partners, trade customers, and current or former members of the Xanadu Family are not eligible to participate.


Entry
2.1. One entry per person is permitted. 2.2. Only individuals who are not already members of the Xanadu Family may enter. 2.3. To enter, participants must sign up to the Xanadu Family via the official competition entry page: https://i.rathbonewinegroup.com/social-xanadu-sign-up-competition.html


Prize Details
3.1. The prize, valued at over $1,000, consists of: - 2 x 2013 Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon - 2 x 2014 Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon - 2 x 2016 Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon - 2 x 2017 Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon - 2 x 2019 Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon - 2 x 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or substituted by the winner. 3.3. Entrants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any expenses incurred outside the prize package.


Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision is final and binding. 4.2. Xanadu Wines reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent. 4.3. The winner will be notified by email on Thursday, 16 October 2025. 4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 15 June 2026, Xanadu Wines reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.


Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
5.1. By entering this competition, entrants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions. 5.2. All entrants agree to be contacted by Xanadu Wines for marketing purposes and may unsubscribe at any time. However, entrants must be active members of the Xanadu Family at the time of the prize draw.


Governing Law
6.1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. 6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.


Publicity
7.1. The winner’s name and image will not be used in any publicity material related to this competition.


Data Protection
8.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation. 8.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.


No Association with Social Networks
9.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. 9.2. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Xanadu Wines and not to any other party.
