TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Who is running the competition?   The Promoter is Monster Energy AU Pty Ltd (ABN 84 132 571 638) of Unit 10c, 2 Daydream St, Warriewood NSW 2102 (Promoter). 
 
The competition period starts at 12.01am (AEST) on 08/09/2025 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 01/12/2025 (the Competition Period).

Who can enter?   Entry is only open to Australian residents who: 
 
      are aged 21 years or over; 
 
      can take the major prize on dates to be determined by the Promoter to coincide with a 2026 UFC event, expected to be held between January 2026 and June 2026 in the United States (exact date and location to be determined by the Promoter in accordance with the official UFC fixture); and
 
      hold a current and valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity at date of travel for the major prize. 
 
Entry is not open to the following persons: 
 
      management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the participating Stores and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the competition (including suppliers of prizes); 
      a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) above; 
      persons who have won a prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than AUD $5,000 (including GST) in any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the 12 months prior to the commencement of the Competition Period; 
      persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and 
      persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter.
The persons referred to in paragraph (b) above include biological and non-biological relations,  and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its reasonable discretion.
Do I need to buy anything to enter?   During the Competition Period, you need to buy any: 
      2 x 500ml or 2 x 355ml Monster Energy® cans; or 
      1 x multipack (4x500ml) of Monster Energy® cans; or
      1 x 24 Pack (24 x 500ml) of Monster Energy® cans (all variants), 

in 1 transaction (excluding vending machine purchases) (Qualifying Purchase) from a Store and retain your itemised receipt as proof of purchase.
 
A single itemised receipt showing one or more Qualifying Purchases can only be used to make 1 entry, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases are shown on that itemised receipt.
Entry instructions   After you have made a Qualifying Purchase in accordance with the instructions under “Do I need to buy anything to enter?” section above, and collected your itemised receipt, you must then during the Competition Period:
      either:
      scan the QR code on the in-Store advertising material with your smartphone; or 
      visit www.monsterenergy.com/au/en/promotions (Website); and
      locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by providing all requested information (including your name and address).
The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry. 
 
No entries will be accepted outside the Competition Period.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?   There will be 101 winners determined in respect of this competition – 100 minor prize winners and 1 major prize winner.
 
There will be 1 draw conducted.   The draw will be held at 1pm (AEDT) on 03/12/2025 at Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. 
 
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the major prize.  The next 100 valid entries drawn randomly will each win a minor prize. 
 
The Promoter may arrange to draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
 
An independent scrutineer will observe the draw process.
What can I win?   There are 101 prizes available – 100 minor prizes and 1 major prize.
 
Each minor prize is a pair of Monster Energy® branded MMA Gloves (only available in size large) valued at AUD $45.
 
There is a limit of one (1) minor prize per person (except for SA residents).
 
The major prize is a UFC Experience with Monster Energy® in the United States for the winner and 1 adult companion (who must be aged 21 years or over by the conclusion of the Competition Period, and who must hold a current and valid passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity at date of departure), valued at up to AUD $20,000 depending on the destination in the United States and the winner's place of residence (which determines departure location.  The major prize includes the following for the winner and their companion: 
      Tickets to attend a UFC event in the United States on a date between January 2026 and June 2026, to be determined by the Promoter (based on dates identified by the Promoter);  
      6 nights' twin share accommodation in a 4-star hotel in the United States (as determined by the Promoter),
      Return economy flights (including airfare taxes) from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to United States (destination city as determined by the Promoter), and 
      1 x AUD$750 International VISA debit card or equivalent to go towards transfers and incidental spending requirements (1 card for the winner only) associated with the trip. 
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa debit card are not included. Redemption of the Visa debit card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the Visa debit card.
 
For the avoidance of doubt: 
 
      The major prize winner and their companion must make their own way to and from the winner’s closest Australian capital city airport at their own expense;
 
      The major prize must be taken on the dates specified by the Promoter (to coincide with the 2026 UFC event selected by the Promoter),  as notified to the winner within a reasonable period prior to the relevant date.  You must forfeit the major prize if you cannot take the major prize on those dates, in which case the major prize will be dealt with in accordance with the “Unclaimed Prize” section below. 
 
      The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines, including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
 
By accepting or participating in the major prize, you must ensure your companion accepts, and complies at all times with, these Terms and Conditions.
Total prize pool   The total minor prize pool is AUD $4,500.
 
The total major prize pool is valued at up to AUD $20,000.
 
The overall total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $24,500.

How many times can I enter?   The following entry limits apply:
      There is a limit of 5 entries per person; 
      You can only enter once per day; and
      You can only enter once per Qualifying Purchase.   

For clarity, a single receipt showing a Qualifying Purchase can only be used to make 1 entry, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases are shown on that receipt. 
 
Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?   If you are a prize winner, you will be informed in writing via email within two business days of determination and if you are the major prize winner your last name, first name initial and postcode of residence will be published on the Website on 09/12/2025 for a period of 28 days.
Must I keep anything to verify my entry?   You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.  If you don’t produce the proof of purchase for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. 
 
If, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, based on the available information, you have shared any receipt(s) with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
If I win, when must I claim my prize?   You must claim your prize by 9am (AEDT) on 18/12/2025.
 
To claim any prize, you must by the times/dates stipulated above, provide to the Promoter (or the Promoter’s agency) all reasonably requested details such as, but not limited to, age, I.D., name and address to allow the Promoter to validate that your entry complies with any eligibility requirements in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Unclaimed prize/s   If:
      a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim time and date stipulated above;
      after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a drawn prize winner (or a drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by the relevant time and date; or
      the major prize winner is unable to take the major prize on the dates notified to the winner,  
      These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. 
the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw in the presence of an independent scrutineer (if required) at the same location as the original draw to randomly distribute a relevant prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize at 1pm (AEDT) on 18/12/2025.
 
Any such winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing via email within two business days of determination and any major prize winner will have their last name, first name initial, and postcode of residence published on the Website on 23/12/2025 for a period of 28 days.
 
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 23/01/2026.
