Entrants must be:
(a) 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
(b) Australian residents and have a registered address in the Brisbane City Council region

(b) Entrants may be requested to successfully answer a ques􏰀on/s as specified by the Promoter before being included as an entrant in the promo􏰀on.
 Listeners will be invited via Sta􏰀on on-air commercials and / or via social media to visit the dedicated win page and complete the online Entry Form by providing their contact details – full name, phone number, email address, postcode, Date of Birth (DOB) and by sta􏰀ng in twenty-five (25) words or less: Why do you or someone you know need a li􏰁le help with their backyard?
Entries will be judged by the Promoter in its absolute discre􏰀on, having regard to crea􏰀vity, originality, suitability for radio, entertainment value, personality, capacity to perform the relevant challenges and responses/any informa􏰀on provided by Entrant to the Promoter (including the entrant’s response to any ques􏰀ons asked by the Promoter) (Judging Details)]
The Promoter will judge all valid entries to determine 1 Finalists.
If for any reason the Finalist is unfit or unable to a􏰁end the event, the Promoter may select one of the back- up Finalists (in its absolute discre􏰀on) to become the new Finalist.

(a) where relevant, in person at the time of winning; or
(b) via email or SMS text.
 Prizes must be claimed by 5th November 2025 11:59pm AEST.
If a prize is not claimed within three months of the winner bring notidied they will forfeit the prize(s). Promoter may at its sole discre􏰀on award a forfeited prize to an alternate winner.
