Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18+, excluding employees of Diamondrensu Australia Pty Ltd and their immediate families.
Promotion Period

Items must be purchased between 4 July and 30 November 2025, inclusive.
How to Enter

    Purchase an item from Diamondrensu Australia—either online at www.diamondrensu.com.au or in-store at our flagship store in South Village, Kirrawee (opening expected September).

    Online purchases are eligible from 4 July 2025.

    In-store purchases are eligible from the store’s official opening, expected 1 September 2025

    Post a photo or video featuring the item to your public Instagram profile.

    Tag @diamondrensu_au in the caption and image/video. Adding us as a collaborator is encouraged but not mandatory.

    Your post must remain visible and public from posting date until the winner is announced.

    Each qualifying purchase counts as a separate entry, provided a unique post is made for each.

Judging Criteria

The winner will be determined by the highest number of unique, valid comments on their eligible Instagram post.
Prize Details

    One jewellery piece of your choice from our available collections (custom pieces excluded).

    Prize value will be based on the item RRP and will match the RRP of the original qualifying purchase (before discounts), capped at $5,000 AUD.

An example is: winner purchased an item $2,200 RRP, they can choose another item up to $2,200 RRP.

    Prize must be a single jewellery piece—it cannot be divided across multiple items.

    The winner may choose either a lab-grown diamond or moissanite for their stone, subject to availability and design suitability. Most prizes will need to be made to order, unless the selected item is already available in stock.

    No cash refund, credit, or reimbursement will be provided for unused prize value.

    The prize is not subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Shipping and resizing follow our standard policies.


Tiebreaker

In the event of a tie (i.e. two or more posts receiving the same highest number of valid comments), each tied entrant will receive a prize valued at 50% of the prize value RRP they would have otherwise been eligible for, based on their qualifying purchase (up to a maximum of $2,500 AUD each).
Announcement & Redemption

    Winner will be announced by 6 December 2025 via Instagram and email.

    Winning item must be chosen from available designs at time of redemption and claimed/ordered by 31 December 2025.
