Every recharge of $35 or more on select plans is eligible to win.

Score two instant prizes and get entered into our monthly draw every time you recharge $35 or more on an eligible Optus Prepaid mobile plan. If your marketing preferences are switched off you’ll need to SMS “YES” to 7777 within 3 days of each eligible recharge.

New customers can unlock prizes on their first recharge after activation.

How it works:

Recharge $35 or more on an eligible Optus Prepaid mobile plan by 20/12/25 AEDT for Prize Pool 1 and by 17/3/26 AEDT for Prize Pool 2.

New customers are eligible from first recharge after activation.

You must be an Australian resident and over the age of 16. If under 18, get parent/guardian OK.

Claim your 2 instant prizes

You’re automatically eligible for 2 prizes. Look out for a confirmation SMS.

If you’re opted out of marketing you’ll need to SMS ‘YES’ to 7777 within 3 days of each eligible recharge to get your prizes.

Successful AutoRecharge payments will get the SMS the next day after 10am (Sydney time).

Recharges between 25 September and 20 December 2025 are eligible to win prizes in pool 1.

Monthly Prize draws details for pool 1

There are 3 major prize draws within the prize pool 1 period, see below for the draw and entry dates. In each draw there’ll be 3 winners. To be eligible to win a prize in the monthly draw, you'll need to have an active Optus Prepaid service up until the time the prizes are awarded. If your service is disconnected prior to that time, any prize that you win will be forfeited. Once the draw is conducted, undrawn entries will be forfeited and you'll need to do an eligible recharge the following month to enter the next monthly draw.

Draw 1: 27 October 2025 (Entries from 25 September to 23 October 2025).

Draw 2: 24 November 2025 (Entries from 24 October to 21 November 2025).

Draw 3: 07 January 2026 (Entries from 22 November to 20 December 2025).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AU residents over the age of 16 only with an active Optus Prepaid Mobile Voice service until prizes awarded (excludes Optus Prepaid Mobile Broadband, Optus Flex Plus Traveller & Donate Your Data program recipients).

If you are under 18, get parent or guardian approval & if you win, parent or guardian will be awarded prize.
Prize Pool/Entry Period 1: 12.01am AEST 25/9/25 - 11.59pm AEDT 20/12/25.
Prize Pool/Entry Period 2: 12am AEDT 21/12/25 - 11.59pm AEDT 17/3/26.

Entrants grouped by marketing status (Entry Group 1: Entrants opted into marketing from Promoter. Entry Group 2: Entrants not opted in/opted-out of marketing from Promoter).

To enter, all Entry Groups: make a recharge of $35 or more (via manual prepaid recharge or an AutoRecharge) on your Optus Prepaid Mobile voice service on eligible plan (Optus Flex Plus/Prepaid Epic Data/Prepaid Epic Value/Flex Plus Casual & Prepaid Daily) (excludes SIM activations) (Qualifying Recharge);

Entry Group 2: within 3 days of Qualifying Recharge, send “YES” SMS to 7777. All entrants get SMS with information on 2 instant win prizes they’ve won & get 1 entry into next major prize draw for relevant Entry Period (for Entry Group 1, AutoRecharge customers get SMS next day after 10am (Sydney time)).

Maximum 1 entry per Qualifying Recharge. 6x major prize draws, 3 per Entry Period:
Entry Period 1 draws: 27/10/25, 24/11/25 & 7/1/26.
Entry Period 2 draws: 30/1/26, 8/2/26 & 23/3/26.
