Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this promotion.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the promotion run?
The promotion will run in participating stores (including online) that stock specially marked products (Stores) in Australia.
The promotion will also run in Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Metro or via Woolworths Online at www.woolworths.com.au in Australia.
For clarity, purchases made from Ampol Woolworths MetroGo, Metro 60, Everyday Market by Woolworths or a Caltex Woolworths/EG Australia are excluded.

A Qualifying Purchase is the purchase of any specially marked 600ml 12, 20, 24 or 30 pack of 600ml Nu-Pure Spring Water from a Store during the Promotional Period.

Entry instructions:
To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase and collect your itemised purchase receipt. If an itemised purchase receipt is not automatically handed to you by a staff member, it is your responsibility to request one;
(b) visit the Website or Promo Website and follow the prompts to the entry page
(c) input the requested details including full name and residential address and upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt when prompted; and then
(d) submit the fully completed online entry form.
Entrants will be given the option to opt in to marketing communications from the Promoter and Cricket Australia (ABN 53 006 089 130) (Cricket Australia) at the time of entry. Entrants that opt in acknowledge that their details will be collected and handled in accordance with each company’s Privacy Policy which will be viewable at the time of entry.
Once the completed online entry form has been submitted, entrants will receive an online message acknowledging their entry and informing them that (a) they have been awarded one (1) entry into the relevant Major Draw (as detailed below); and (b) if they have won an Instant Prize (as defined) and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their Instant Prize. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photography capability.
Any cost associated with accessing the Website or Promo Website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
How are Instant Win Prize/s awarded?
There are up to 63,691 Instant Prizes available to be won. Instant Prizes will be awarded randomly throughout the Promotion Period as selected by a computerised drawing system at Riolti, Suite 51A 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt, NSW 2040 (Roilti).
The odds of provisionally winning an Instant Prize are one (1) in fifteen (15).
How many drawn winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
For the purposes of awarding the Major Prizes, entries will be divided into groups according to the entrant’s residential address entered at the time of entry as follows: QLD, NT/SA, VIC/TAS, NSW/ACT and WA.
There will be 125 Major Prize winners determined in respect of this promotion as follows. QLD – 27 drawn winners
NT/SA – 18 drawn winners
VIC/TAS – 31 drawn winners
NSW/ACT – 31 drawn winners
WA - 18 drawn winners
The Major Draw for each State/Territory group will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 17/11/2025 at Roilti (“Major Draw”).
The first valid number of entries drawn (as per the above) in each State/Territory group will each win a Major Prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid (“Reserve Entrants”).
What can I win?
There are up to 63,691 instant prizes available to be won nationally and a total 125 Major Prizes to be won across the following State/Territory Groups QLD, SA, VIC, NSW and WA.
Each Instant Prize consists of a $50 digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® (“Instant Prize”).
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. You will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet. Upon verification, the Instant Prize will be sent to the winners by SMS (to the mobile phone number specified on the winner’s entry form). Winners then need to activate the card using the Vault app – activation code will be provided in SMS. Once activated, the card can be added to the winner’s phone’s digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) and can be used for purchasing goods and services where the card is accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). The card cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked to any deposit account.
Major Prize
Each Major Prize consists of four (4) General Admission tickets to an Ashes Test game in either Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne or Perth.

Prizes will be distributed to winners in order of event date. For example, there are 27 Major Prizes available in Queensland, nine for each day of the Brisbane test. The first nine drawn winners will receive tickets to day 1 of the Brisbane test. The next nine drawn winners will receive tickets to day 2 of the Brisbane test and the next nine drawn winners will receive tickets to day 3 of the Brisbane test.
All tickets are general admission and may be used for an adult or a child.
Major Prizes are subject to any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like. In the event a match is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, affected winners will instead receive a Cricket Australia merchandise voucher to the same value of the original prize. Cricket Australia merchandise vouchers are valid to be used online at the Official Cricket Shop: shop.cricket.com.au.
Major Prizes are tickets to a game only and do not include travel or any accommodation.
You and your companions must make your own way to and from the relevant Ashes
game location at your own cost. Major Prizes will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of entry.
The ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or their companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the Ashes Test fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at www.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.
Total prize pool
The total value of all Instant Prizes available to be won is $3,184,550. The total value of Major Prizes available is $21,800
The total overall prize pool is $3,206,350.
How many times can I enter?
A maximum of ten (10) entries per person will be permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase/receipt regardless of the amount of Eligible Products purchased in that Qualifying Purchase/receipt;
(b) a limit of one (1) entry per person per day; and
(c) each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
If you win an Instant Prize, you will get an online message acknowledging your entry, informing you if you have provisionally won a prize, and once validated, you will be informed you have won an Instant Prize, details on how to verify your entry and claim your instant Prize.
Major Prize winners will be notified by phone and by email within 3 business days of determination and will also have their first initial, surname and state/territory/postcode of residence published on the Website on 18/11/2025 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries: ● original itemised purchase receipt(s)
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period before you submitted your entry).
If, in the Promoter's opinion based on the available information, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed Prizes

Unclaimed prize determination for all States/Territories (excluding SA winners of a Major Prize): 12pm (AEDT) on 28/11/2025 at the same location as the original Major Draws. A draw for any unclaimed Major Prize (excluding SA winners of a Major Prize) or any Instant Prize that has been won but remains unclaimed (as at 5pm AEDT on 27/11/2025, will take place at 12pm (AEDT) on 28/11/2025 at the same location as the original Major Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winners will be notified in writing by email within two days of determination and will have their first initial, surname and state/territory/postcode of residence published on the Website on 28/11/2025.
In the event any tickets to the Ashes Test at the Optus Stadium, Perth are awarded in the Unclaimed Prize Draw, the winner will be awarded a digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard to the same value as the Ashes Test tickets.
Unclaimed prize determination for SA: 12pm (AEDT) on 02/12/2025 at the same location as the original Major Draws. A draw for any unclaimed Major Prize for SA residents that has been won but remains unclaimed (as at 5pm AEDT on 01/12/2025, will take place at 12pm (AEDT) on 02/12/2025 at the same location as the original Major Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any SA winners will be notified in writing by email within two days of determination and will have their first initial, surname and state/territory/postcode of residence published on the Website on 02/12/2025.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you (and your companions where relevant) must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter require, without any compensation.
You consent to the Promoter and/or Cricket Australia using your name, likeness, voice and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you or storing data.
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this promotion.
