Stores
A participating store is any Dan Murphy’s or BWS Liquor store in Australia that displays advertising
material approved as specific to this promotion as well as Milkrun or Woolworth’s online (each a
“Participating Store”). For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating Store are also
eligible.
Eligible
Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of
the Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any agencies associated
with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-
spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.

Requirement
To be eligible to enter both the Minor Draw Component and the Instant Win Golden Can Component,
Eligible Entrants must purchase a pack of WILD TURKEY 101 cans marked with advertising material
approved as specific to this promotion (“Eligible Product”) online or in-store from a Participating Store
during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Transaction).
Minor Draw
Entry
1. To enter the Minor Draw Component, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit the Promotion Website (or scan the QR code featured on advertising materials) and follow
the prompts to the entry page;
(b) input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full
address, and state/territory of residence);
(c) agree to the terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
(d) submit the full completed entry form.
Only one (1) entry into the Minor Draw Component is permitted per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of
the number of Eligible Products purchased in that transaction in excess of one (1). Each entry must be
submitted separately.
There will be one (1) draw conducted at the end of the Promotional Period (“Minor Draw”). The Minor Draw
will be conducted at Greeneagle Fulfilment & Distribution, 5/9 Fitzpatrick St, Revesby NSW 2212, at
11:00am AEDST on 05/12/2025, by way of a random draw. The Promoter may draw additional reserve
entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The first fifty (50) valid entries drawn in the Minor Draw will each win a prize (“Winner”) of a $200
Woolworths Everyday WISH eGift Card (“Minor Prize”).
All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving or
redeeming the Woolworths Everyday WISH eGift Card are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The
Minor Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Any unused balance of the Woolworths Everyday WISH eGift Card will not be awarded as cash.
Redemption of the Woolworths Everyday WISH eGift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the
issuer including those specified on the Woolworths Everyday WISH eGift Card and available at

Component
For the purposes of the Instant Win Golden Can Component promotion, there will be five (5) Eligible
Products in market during the Promotional Period that will each contain one (1) golden Wild Turkey can
with packaging approved as specific to this promotion (“Gold Can”).
Individuals that find a Gold Can will be deemed a provisional winner of a major prize.
To claim a major prize, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Visit the Promotion Website (or scan the QR code featured on advertising materials) and follow
the prompts to the prize claim page;
b) Input the requested details (including first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile
number, full address, and state/territory of residence);

Upload a copy of their purchase receipt;
Agree to the terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
submit the full completed online claim form.
Verification of a major prize provisional winner will take place at the end of the Promotional Period. Once
their prize claim has been verified, the individual will be notified by email within seven (7) days of verification.
For clarity, individuals who find a Gold Can will also be permitted to enter the Minor Draw Component by
completing the steps outlined above during the Promotional Period.
There are five (5) major prizes to be won. Each major prize is a $10,000 cash prize (“Major Prize”) and will

accurate bank account details (including BSB, account name, account number, bank and bank address).
The Promoter will not be responsible for a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs

If any of the Golden Cans are not found and claimed by 11:59pm AEDST on 16/03/2026, the Major Prizes
associated with the un-found Gold Cans will be awarded in the Re-Draw.
As a condition of accepting a Major Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form
required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a
legal release and indemnity form.
Proof of
Purchase &
Verification
Eligible Entrants must retain the original physical or digital receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as well
as the Wild Turkey Golden Can as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the
Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the Eligible
Entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and
Eligible Entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter
reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce
any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to
recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion,
determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
(c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms, will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
Notification &
publication of
Winners
Winners of a Minor Prize will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the Minor Draw.
Winners of a Major Prize will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of successfully verifying their
claim form.
Any Major Prize winner or ACT/SA winner of a Minor Prize will have their details (first initial, surname and
postcode) published on the Promotional Website on 12/12/2025.
Re-Draw
A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place on 30/03/2026 at the same time and place as the original
Minor Draw (“Re-draw”), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The Re-Draw will be drawn from the pool of entrants in the Minor Draw who did not win a Minor Prize.

Privacy
The Promoter will collect, use and disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage
the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.wildturkeybourbon.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter may also use Eligible Entrants’
personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the
Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to, or telephoning, any Eligible Entrant.
Eligible Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link
contained in the message. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may
update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy
Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the
property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to
entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot
guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the
promotion Eligible Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the
Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they
are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products. The
Promoter will seek additional consent from Eligible Entrants before using their name, likeness, image
and/or voice for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter which are not connected to the Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, the
Eligible Entrant agrees to sign a separate release required by the Promoter to give effect to this
arrangement.
Miscellaneous
If a Minor Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Minor Prize
with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority.
Total prize pool value is $60,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are
advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research
Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical difficulties,
unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees
or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).Except for any liability that cannot by
law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in
any way out of the Promotion.
Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and excludes all
liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity),
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of a prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable
control;
(e) (f) (g) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant;
any variation in prize value to that state in these terms; and/or
any damage to or delay in transit of a prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an
Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that
Eligible Entrant invalid.
Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms, all prize claims in excess of the advertised
prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in
any way.
