Terms and conditions

1. The Promotion starts at 00:01 AEDT on 15/10/2025 and ends at 23:59 AEDT on 04/11/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
 
Eligible entrants

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over who are an existing Everyday Rewards member with a valid email address registered to their Everyday Rewards account (“Eligible Entrant”). An existing Everyday Rewards member is any person who is a holder of a registered Everyday Rewards card issued by the Promoter excluding holders of temporary Everyday Rewards cards.
 
3. Eligible Entrants must continue to be an existing Everyday Rewards member at the time of the relevant Prize Draw to be eligible for a prize. If an Eligible Entrant ceases to be an existing Everyday Rewards member at the time of the relevant Prize Draw or does not have a valid email address registered to their Everyday Rewards account at the time the prize is to be loaded to their account, the winner will be taken to have forfeited their prize.
 
4. Employees who are Everyday Rewards Plus cardholders involved in the conduct of the Promotion or management of the Promoter at the time of entry are ineligible to enter.
 
How to enter
 
5. To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
 
a. Purchase three (3) individual mangoes (varieties detailed at clause 38 below) in a single transaction at Woolworths supermarkets, Woolworths Metro or Woolworths Online (excluding Everyday Market and MILKRUN); and
 
b. Scan their registered Everyday Rewards card in-store at the checkout or enter their registered Everyday Rewards card number online prior to finalising the transaction, (together, a “Qualifying Entry”)
 
Qualifying Entries will be automatically recorded upon purchase, with each Qualifying Entry giving the Eligible Entrant one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
 
6. Odd Bunch and pre-packaged mangoes are excluded from this Promotion.
 
7. For the avoidance of doubt, online orders placed prior to the Promotional Period, even if scheduled for delivery or pick up during the Promotional Period, are not eligible for this Promotion.
 
8. In addition to this Promotion’s terms and conditions, entrants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions applicable to Woolworths Online, available at www.woolworths.com.au and the Everyday Rewards program terms and conditions available at www.everyday.com.au.  
 
Number of entries
 
9. Multiple entries are permitted, up to a maximum of six (6) Qualifying Entries per day (a total of 18 mangoes purchased each day).  
 
Prizes and prize draw
 
10. There will be one prize draw conducted on Monday 10/11/2025 at 11:00 AEDT at Creata, Unit 6, 3 Central Ave, Thornleigh NSW 2120.
 
11. The first three (3) Qualifying Entries drawn will each receive a major prize package consisting of the following, valued at AUD$15,833.34 each:
 
a) 4 x return economy airfares (adult or child tickets will be purchased based on the winner’s three (3) nominated guests) from the closest capital city airport to Sydney valued at up to AUD$4,000;
 
b) 2 x nights’ accommodation in Sydney for 4 people (in twin share rooms) at minimum 3 star accommodation up to the value of AUD$2,000;
 
c) 4 x tickets to the Woolworths Cricket Suite on Day 1 of the Sydney Ashes Test on Sunday 04/01/2026 including a food and beverage package valued at AUD$5,833.34;
 
d) Subject to the boundary walk being able to take place, a ‘money can’t buy’ boundary walk around the SGC on Day 1 of the Sydney Ashes Test on 04/01/2026 at lunch time with a Cricket Australia Representative. This prize is valued at AUD$3,000 and is at the discretion of the Promoter and Cricket Australia;
 
e) The prize winner will also receive AUD$1,000. The prize will be awarded via a direct deposit into the prize winner’s nominated bank account.
 
12. The total prize pool value for this Promotion is AUD$47,500.02. All prize values are correct as at 01/10/2025.
 
13. The prize does not include airport transfers, parking, travel to and from the accommodation to the event at the SCG, other meals not stated, insurance, in-room charges, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs and expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.  
 
14. The Woolworths Suite at Day 1 of the Sydney Ashes test will serve alcohol. The responsible service of alcohol will apply and identification and proof of age is required. Parental supervision for anyone under the age of 18 years old is required. Entry to venue rules apply.
 
15. The prizes will be managed by Creata who will liaise with the winner to coordinate flights, accommodation and ticket allocations.Travel suppliers/airlines/accommodation to be chosen at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. All passengers must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same property in the selected destination. Any frequent flyer program points will not form part of the prize. The prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable.
 
16. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in for security against damage to the accommodation.
 
17. Travel insurance is highly recommended by the Promoter, however, any costs incurred in obtaining insurance will be the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companions.
 
18. The winner’s contact details need to be up to date, including with a valid and current email address, and must continue to be an existing Everyday Rewards member, in order to receive the prize.
 
19. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
 
20. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at www.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter will provide every person attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.
 
Winner notification
 
21. Winners will be notified in writing by phone and email (to the phone number (if applicable) and email address linked to their Everyday Rewards account) within 7 days of the draw. Winners must claim their prize by 11:00 AEDT on 24/11/2025.
 
22. The winners’ surname, first initial, state of residence and postcode will be published on 12/11/2025 online at https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/discover/about-us/offers-and-competitions for a minimum of 21 days.
 
Unclaimed prize draw
 
23. If any prizes are unclaimed by 11:00 AEDT on 24/11/2025, a draw will be conducted on Wednesday 03/12/2025 at 11:00 AEDT at Creata, Unit 6, 3 Central Ave, Thornleigh NSW 2120 to award the unclaimed prize(s) (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”).
 
24. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the Unclaimed Prize Draw and record them (in order) in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or if any Eligible Entrant is unable to accept or declines to participate in the prize. In the event of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant in the Unclaimed Prize Draw, or if an Eligible Entrant drawn is unable to accept or declines to participate in a prize within 7 days of being successfully notified that they are a winner, then the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn in the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The Promoter will continue this process until all prizes entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw are awarded.
 
25. Any winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in writing by phone and email (to the phone number (if applicable) and email address linked to their Everyday Rewards account) within 7 days of the draw.
 
26. Any winner(s) of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will have their surname, first initial, state of residence and postcode published on 05/12/2025 online at https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/discover/about-us/offers-and-competitions for a minimum of 21 days.
 
General
 
27. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. In particular, prizes may not, without the prior consent of the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter may, acting reasonably, at their absolute discretion, withdraw the prize(s). Where a prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause, no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered.
 
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
 
29. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.
 
30. If an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date at which they enter the Promotion and the draw date(s), that entrant must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details immediately by updating their Everyday Rewards account details.
 
31. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Upon receiving and reviewing the information to assess verification, the Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of the Promoter, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
 
32. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner (and any travel companions where applicable) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion.
 
33. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Cricket Australia using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for a reasonable period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
 
34. These conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, subject to the laws of the relevant State or Territory that this Promotion is conducted in.
