TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Eligibility
• Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and above.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (as
defined below) and associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
2. Promotion Period
• The promotion starts at 00:01 AEST on 22 September 2025 and ends at 23:59 AEST on
02 November 2025.
3. How to Enter
• To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, any two (2)
or more Sabrini Chutney (‘Participating Product”) from a Participating Retailer during
the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
A participating retailer is any retailer in Australia that stocks Sabrini products
(“Participating Retailer”). In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically provided
to them at the time the Qualifying Transaction was completed, it is the individual’s
responsibility to request one.
• To enter, individuals must then visit https://www.sabrinifoods.com/promotions , or
scan the QR code, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the
requested details including first name, last name, mobile number, state and postcode
of residence, store name and email address, upload a copy of their Proof of Purchase
and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
• Proof of purchase: A physical Tax Invoice or email Tax invoice for online purchases
including PDFs. Upload of the invoice which should clearly shows and specify Name of
participating retailer, ABN of participating retailer, product details (i.e., quantity and
name), invoice number and invoice date showing the purchase was made during the
promotion period but prior to the entry.
4. Entry Limits/General Condition
• One entry per invoice .
• Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number
of participating products purchased more than two (2) in that transaction); and
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements.
• Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of
purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may,
in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s
entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
• Winners must produce the original proof of purchase to claim their prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason
to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. Prize Details
• There are 50 x 1 gram gold (22 karat) in form of coins to be won
• Total prize pool is 10,000 AUD (Australia wide)
• The first fifty (50) valid entries drawn will each win a 1-gram gold coin.
• If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority.
6. Prize Draw
• Weekly prize draws will be held at our HO -77, boundary Road, Carrum Down, Victoria
-3201 at 12:00PM AEST every Monday starting from 29th September 2025 as per the
table below

• All entries received during the promotion period will be part of weekly Monday draws
as per the table above for allocated number of gold coin prizes.All entries received till
Sunday Midnight (23.59PM)will be covered in the following Monday draws .
• Winners will be selected at random from all entries. Winners will be selected at
random by an automated prize draw system.
• The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case
an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Facebook live link will be shared with all participants via what’s app. The promotion is
in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or
WhatsApp.
7. Winner Notification
• Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of each draw
and their names will be published (initial, surname and postcode) at
www.sabrinifoods.com
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age, and the original
purchase receipt, to claim their prize.
• Prizes must be collected from either of the location

• Winner names will be published on https://www.sabrinifoods.com and on Sabrini’s
official social media pages within 5 business days.
• Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
• If a prize is unclaimed after three months, a redraw will be held at the same location
on 5 March 2026 at 12:00 AEST.
• If for any reason an unclaimed prize winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated
by the Promoter (3months from the date of unclaimed prize draw), then the prize will
be forfeited.

10. Privacy

• Entry constitutes consent to the use of the entrant's personal information for the
purposes of conducting the promotion.
11. General Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it
becomes necessary to do so.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or interference with the
internet, websites, or entry forms which may affect the entry process or prize claims.
• Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used subject to State
or territory regulations.
• Any tax implications or ancillary cost any arising from the prize is the responsibility of
the winner.
• The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means
that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render
all entries submitted by that entrant invalid
• If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention
or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion,
as appropriate.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the
Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC
Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-
Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded,
including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
• Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is
not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
• The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) to conduct the promotion and may,
for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents,
contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory
authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use, and
handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at

• Force Majeure: If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned,
due to causes beyond the control of the Promoter (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster),
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
promotion subject to State to territory approval.
• In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the
Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains
information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how
entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other
applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the
property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter
may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the
Promoter’s Privacy Policy).
