TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Promoter
The promoter is Videopro Pty Ltd (ABN 69 634 560 124) of 153C Hannah Rigby Lane, Eagle Farm Qld 4009 (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
o Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
o Employees of the Promoter, Shure, their related entities, and immediate
families are ineligible to enter. 3. Promotion Period
o The promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on 13 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 13 November 2025.
o Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. 4. How to Enter
o Entrants must complete and submit the entry form provided, using the checkboxes to indicate which qualifying actions they have completed.
o All entries will be verified to ensure they meet the qualifying conditions:

o Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. 5. Prize
o The main prize is a Hot Lap passenger experience with Oscar Targett at Queensland Raceway (133 Champions Way, Willowbank QLD) on 4 December 2025. Time to be confirmed.
o The winner is responsible for their own transport to and from Queensland Raceway. The prize does not include flights, accommodation, or transfers.
o The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
o Two runner-up prizes (Shure MoveMic 88+ Wireless Stereo Microphone
& MoveMic Receiver Kit) will also be drawn. 6. Draw and Winner Notification
o The winners will be drawn at random on 14 November 2025 at Videopro’s Head Office, using a random computerised draw system.
o The winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. o If the winner of the main prize cannot be contacted within five (5)
business days of the draw, is ineligible, or cannot attend the event on 4 December 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

  o If the winners of the two runner-up prizes cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw, or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and new winners will be drawn.
7. Conditions of Participation
o The winner of the main prize must be available to attend the Hot Lap
experience on 4 December 2025.
o The winner must comply with all conditions of participation as required by
Queensland Raceway and event organisers, including signing an
indemnity/waiver form prior to participating.
o Participation is at the winner’s own risk. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, the Promoter and Shure accept no liability for any loss,
damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize. 8. Marketing & Media
o The winner agrees to be photographed and/or video recorded during the Hot Lap experience, and grants Videopro the right to use such images and recordings for marketing and promotional purposes, including on Videopro websites and social media. The winner’s name may also be published in connection with the promotion, but only with their prior consent.
9. Privacy
o Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be
used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at
https://www.videopro.com.au/privacy-policy/ 10. General
o The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
o The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
o The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
o This promotion is conducted in accordance with state and territory trade promotion lottery legislation.
