One (1) entry per entrant, per day during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
9. Entry Method

Phone & SMS Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will play a featured artist song on air (as specified by the Promoter at various times
during the Promotion Period) (Nominated Song) or a recorded competition solicit (as specified by
the Promoter at various times during the Promotion Period) (Recorded Competition Solicit);
(b) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 when they hear the Nominated Song or the
Recorded Competition Solicit played on-air;
(c) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be selected per
contesting spot by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion)
(Selected Entrant);
(d) each Selected Entrant will receive a text message to confirm whether they would like to win the
Cash or the Car;
(e) If a Selected Entrant successfully confirms their details in the manner required and provides a
selection between the Cash or the Car, their entry will be validated and they will be added to
either, the Cash Draw or the Car Draw, not both.
(f) If a Selected Entrant fails to confirm their details or provide a selection between the Cash or the
Car, their entry will be deemed invalid and they will not be added to either corresponding draws;

Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and select from a dropdown menu whether they would like to win
the Cash or the Car.
To validate their Website Entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a podcast episode at least
once during the Promotion Period on the Website. They must be a registered and logged in user and
must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration
page.
OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and select from
a dropdown menu whether they would like to win the Cash or the Car.
To validate their Nova Player App Entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a podcast episode at
least once during the Promotion Period on the Nova Player App. They must be a registered and logged
in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the
registration page.

All valid Phone & SMS, Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will
be placed into either the Cash Draw or the Car Draw, not both, as set out below under Draw Details.
For the avoidance of doubt, the entrants who select ‘Car’ will be added to the Car Draw and entrants
who select ‘Cash’ will be added to the Cash Draw.
The Promoter will conduct the Draws in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Draws and answer a call live on-air
In accordance with the Draw Details below:
(g) The Promoter will conduct two (2) Draws and will contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn
first in each Draw (Drawn Entrant) on either their personal mobile number or home phone number
(and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
(h) If a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Numbers within five (5) rings or by the
time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and appears on-air for the purposes of the Promotion, they
will be deemed a winner and awarded their corresponding Prize;
(i) If a Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phones in accordance with clause (h) above
or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are
unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the
entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant Draw;
(j) This process will be repeated until two (2) Drawn Entrants successfully answer their Personal Contact
Number in accordance with subclause (h) above to be deemed winners and awarded their
corresponding Prizes.
The Promoter may shortlist the first five (5) entrants drawn from each Draw and contact each of them
to ensure they are on standby for the purposes of the above ‘answer a call live on-air’ segment/s
(Standby). For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will contact the entrants in the order in which
they were drawn.
If an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter for the purposes of being placed on
Standby, it does not mean they have been deemed a Prize winner and/or been awarded Prize.
10. 11. 12. There will be two (2) Drawn Entrants deemed winners and awarded a Prize. For the avoidance of
doubt, the winners will be awarded a Prize on-air.
Entry Restrictions Replay of on-air audio
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter replays audio that has previously aired where an entrant
appears on-air and receives an entry into a Draw, the replaying of audio will not constitute an
additional entry into any of the Draws.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
4:00pm AEDT and 6:00pm AEDT on Friday 14 November 2025.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that third party will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute
and sole discretion.

Two (2) draws will be conducted, as follows:
• Draw One (Car Draw): At 1:00pm AEDT Friday 14 November 2025 at the Promoter’s Premises.
• Draw Two (Cash Draw): At 1:00pm AEDT Friday 14 November 2025 at the Promoter’s Premises.
In accordance with the Entry Method, the first valid entry drawn in each draw will be invited to appear
on-air to be deemed a winner and awarded the corresponding Prize.
Prize

There are two (2) Prizes to be won in this Promotion.
The winner drawn from the Cash Draw will be awarded:
• AUD $25,000 cash (excl. GST) (Cash);
The winner drawn from the Car Draw will be awarded:
• One (1) x 2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX, including all on statutory and on road costs,
registration, delivery/collection costs, and CTP Insurance, valued at up to $50,552.25 (incl
GST) (Car). For the avoidance of doubt, the Car does not include any additional insurance,
licence/s, other accessories, and any other ancillary costs not listed in this Prize section.

Prize Delivery For the avoidance of doubt, a winner will be awarded either the Cash or the Car, not both. The Prize
will be assigned according to the entrant’s selection between Cash or the Car in their entry.
Car
For the avoidance of doubt, the Car does not include any additional insurances, licence/s, other
accessories, and any other ancillary costs not listed in the Prize section.
The Car does not include any insurance or accessories not specified above. The winner must provide
all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter or Prize supplier to
register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection.
To be eligible to claim the Car, the winner must be capable of obtaining registration of the vehicle in
his or her name in accordance with any applicable legislation in the Eligible State in which the vehicle
is collected.
If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the vehicle in his or her
name then he or she may assign the vehicle to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of
registration of the vehicle. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier take no responsibility for any such
arrangements between the winner and the assignee.
Collection
The Car must be collected by the winner at the Kia dealership (to be specified by the Promoter or Prize
Supplier) within four (4) weeks of being notified that the Car is ready for collection.
Car Non-Exchangeable Or Transferable
The Car is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners are subject to the Prize Supplier’s terms and conditions.
Australian driver’s licence is required
Winner of the Car Prize must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence.
Valid Australian bank account
Winners of the Cash Prize must have a valid Australian bank account.
Up to AUD $75,552.25 (incl GST).
Winners will be notified in writing by way of email, and one or more of the following methods, within
seven (7) days of their draw.

The winner of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the
unclaimed prize draw in the same manner provided for the previous draws.
The Winners’ first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Website by 12:00pm AEDT
Monday 17 November 2025
If the Promoter conducts an Unclaimed Prize Draw, the first initial, last name and postcode of the
winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be published on the Website by 6:00pm AEDT Monday 16
February 2026.
Prizes must be claimed by 12:00pm AEDT Monday 16 February 2026
The Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted at 2:00pm AEDT Monday 16 February 2026 at the
Promoter’s Premises.
Cash
Clause 8 The Cash Prize will be electronically transferred to the Cash Prize Winner’s valid Australian nominated
bank account via electronic funds transfer.
Car
The Prize Supplier will arrange pick up of the vehicle with the winner of the Car Prize.
20. Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes
