FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The promoter is Al.ive Body PTY LTD (ABN: 37 635 011 960), trading as Al.ive Body, whose registered office is at 539 Goodwood Road, Colonel Light Gardens SA 5041 (Al.ive Body). WHO MAY ENTER The Competition is open to residents of Australia only aged 18 years or over, excluding management, directors, employees or contractors of Al.ive Body and participating brands (Oliveri, Aura Homes, Reece Bathrooms, Tile Cloud, Haymes Paint, Ivory & Deene), retailers, suppliers, agencies and companies associated with the Competition, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Competition (Entrants). TERMS OF ENTRY This Competition opens at 6.00 pm ACDT on Monday 20 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm ACDT on Monday 10 November 2025 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason. The Promoters are not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and do not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Al.ive Body reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at their discretion subject to approval of the relevant authorities, and accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize, or for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the Prize. In the event that the Promoter and/or any participating brand are unable to supply the Prize or any part thereof, the Promoter and/or participating brands reserve the right to supply an alternative Prize (or part thereof) of similar monetary value. SELECTING THE WINNER This is a game of skill. The judging will take place at al.ive Body premises (539 Goodwood Road, Colonel Light Gardens SA 5041) commencing at 8:30am ACDT on Tuesday 11 November 2025. The judges will record the ten (10) best entries recording them in order of the winner, first reserve winner, second reserve winner and so forth. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant declines the prize (in writing), the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn and so forth until the prize is awarded to an eligible winner. The winner will be announced at 4:00pm ACDT on Tuesday 11 November 2025. The winner first initial, last name and postcode will be published on Al.ive Body and participating brands Instagram stories at 4:00pm ACDT on Tuesday 11 November 2025 and will be notified on Tuesday 11 November 2025 by the Promoter in writing via their email address that was used to fill the entry form and subscribe to the Promoter and participating brands newsletters and other marketing communications. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified in writing of winning the prize (Tuesday 25 November 2025), the Prize will be deemed as forfeited. It is the responsibility of all Entrants to check their email inboxes to ensure that they receive any communications relating to the Competition. In the event that a prize is unclaimed the Promoter will award the prize to the first reserve winner and will notify the first reserve prize winner in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winnefirst initial, last name and postcode will be published on Al.ive Body and participating brands stories within 7 days of being notified in writing of winning the prize. The Promoter decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize will be delivered by the Promoter and participating brands (as stipulated above) to the winner nominated address (which must be a valid Australian address). All other costs associated with the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter and participating brands will not be liable for any loss or damage to the prize caused by its delivery to the nominated address. We will never ask for credit card details or sensitive information. Special Prize Requirements Oliveri: The winner must contact Oliveri directly to redeem their prize. As a B2B brand, the winner will be required to purchase their $5,000 worth of product directly through the Oliveri team. Oliveri will create a custom $5,000 voucher for the winner, as they do not typically issue vouchers. Aura Home: The winner’s contact details (email address) will be shared with Aura Home. Aura Home will issue and send the voucher directly to the winner. Haymes Paint: The winner will redeem their prize in-store at any Haymes Paint Shop location (https://www.haymespaint.com.au/stores?filter=HPS). Entrants acknowledge that prize redemption is only available via an authorised Haymes Paint representative and fulfilled at a Haymes Paint Shop. If the winner does not live within reasonable proximity to a Haymes Paint Shop and is unable to redeem their prize through this process, their entry will be deemed ineligible. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS You acknowledge that this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You release Instagram from all claims that you may have against Instagram arising out of or in connection with this Competition. Entrants agree and acknowledge that all Eligible Entries and any intellectual property rights subsisting in and to their Eligible Entries are and remain the property of the Promoter upon their creation (i.e., entry into the Competition). The Promoter and KitchenAid will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Competition or as a result of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. If the Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: to disqualify any Entrant; or subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
