Eligible Entrant(s)
Eligible Entrant(s) are natural persons who meet all of the following criteria:
have validly entered the Promotion using the Entry Method during the Promotional Period.
have capacity to enter the Promotion and own the Prize.
have entered the Promotion on their own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or party are at least 18 years of age.
have the approval of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Promotion, if the entrant is under 18 years of age.
Winner Notification Method Spend $25.00 or more (after any discounts) in a single, standalone transaction at any Lifeline Retail shop in
Queensland (excluding shops located in the Darling Downs region and all online purchases) (each an “Eligible
Transaction” at a “Participating Shop(s)”) to obtain an entry form to the Promotion.
One entry form will be provided per Eligible Transaction at the point of sale (while stocks last only). The onus
is on the Eligible Entrant to request the entry form/s at the time of purchase if not automatically provided.
Complete the entry form/s with all requested details and place the completed entry form/s in the designated
entry box in the Participating Shop or provide the entry form/s to a staff member at the counter of the
Participating Shop.
Provided the Entry Method is complied with, one entry form will count as one entry into the Promotion (an
“Entry”).
More than one Entry is permitted subject to the following:
Limit of one Entry per Eligible Transaction;
Each Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the Entry Method above; and
Each Entry is deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
The following prize totalling $600.00 (including GST) will be available to win via the Winning Method at
each Participating Shop (collectively a “Prize”):
1 x AUD $300.00 Woolworths Simply Groceries eGift Card; and
1 x AUD $300.00 Lifeline Retail Queensland Gift Card.
The Lifeline Retail Queensland Gift Card is valid for use at Participating Shops only.
Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 is the issuer of the Simply Groceries eGift Card, but is
not the promoter of the Promotion or responsible for fulfilment of the Promotion. For a list of

The Prize is not redeemable for cash.
The Prize is not transferrable.
The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion by the Promoter.
The Promotion is a game of chance and each Participating Shop will draw a Winner by placing
their respective Entries into a ballot box and randomly selecting one Entry (each a “Draw”).
The winner is the individual whose name appears on the Entry drawn in each Draw (the
“Winner”).
There will be one Winner only for each Participating Shop.
A Draw will take place at each Participating Shop on 22.12.2025 at any time between 10:00am
and 4:00pm AEST.
The Winner will be awarded the Prize of:
1 x AUD $300.00 Woolworths Simply Groceries eGift Card; and
1 x AUD $300.00 Lifeline Retail Queensland Gift Card.
Additional reserve Entries may be drawn if an invalid Entry is drawn.
The Promoter will ensure each Draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the
Draw on request.
If the Winner is not able to be contacted by the Winner Notification Method or does not claim
the Prize by 4.00pm AEST on 31.01.2026, the Promoter will re-conduct a Draw at 10.00am on
04.02.2026 at the relevant Participating Shop.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner using the contact information provided in
the Entry for that purpose, usually by phone and email.
The Winner of each Draw will be contacted within one (1) business day of the date of the Draw.
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(‘Conditions of Entry’)
The Promotion
1.The Promotion is a trade promotion, promoted by the Promoter.
2.The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and uses this information in accordance with its Privacy
Policy (https://www.unitingcareqld.com.au/about-us/governance/privacy-policy) (‘Promoter’s Privacy Policy’).
3.By entering into this Promotion, entrants:
a.accept and agree to these Conditions of Entry and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy;
b.warrant that:
i.they are an Eligible Entrant;
ii.they are not an employee, servant, contractor or agent (or such person’s immediate family member) of any agency or
company directly associated with the Promotion. Immediate family member means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,
child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,
stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin;
iii.their entry does not infringe any intellectual property rights or moral rights;
iv.their entry shall become the property of the Promoter;
c.expressly consents to:
i.their entry, name, likeness, image and/or voice being reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and the Promoter’s business and offerings; and
ii.their personal information being used for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including
sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
4.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a
dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation
with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
5.The Winner of the Prize shall be determined by the Winning Method and notified by the Winner Notification Method.
Prize and Winners
1.No part of the Prize is exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
2.The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety or suitability of any part of the Prize for any person or purpose.
3.If part or all of Prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the unavailable Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value and
specification.
4.The Promoter may require the Winner to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Prize upon receiving the Prize.
General
1.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and
agents exclude, and entrants and the Winner/s shall release them from, all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and
damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion and/or the Prize.
2.Despite the possibility the Promotion may be advertised or referred to on Facebook, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is
not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and release Facebook and its associated companies
from all liability arising from the Promotion. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter and not Facebook.
3.If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as anticipated for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the
Promoter may, to the fullest extent permitted by law disqualify any Entrant or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority,
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
4.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of their rights.
5.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications of the Promotion and/or Prize. Entrants must seek their own independent financial advice in this regard.
