    Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

    One entry per person and per phone number only.
    Multiple entries, fake accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
    Valid contact details (email and phone number) are required.

HOW TO ENTER

    Entry is free.
    One entry permitted per unique phone number.
    Duplicate phone numbers will be automatically filtered and deemed invalid.
    Automated entries, multiple phone numbers, or bot activity are strictly prohibited.

PRIZE DETAILS

The prize includes:

    2 nights’ accommodation for 1 adult (standard room) at a promoter-selected 5-star Gold Coast resort.
    Return economy airfares from the nearest Australian capital city.
    Return airport transfers (Gold Coast Airport to accommodation).
    $1,000 Leina + Fleur voucher (see conditions below).
    2-hour personal styling session at the L+F Style Studio, Burleigh Heads.
    Light refreshments during the styling session.
    Total maximum prize value: $3,500 AUD (varies based on departure location).

VOUCHER CONDITIONS:

    Valid for 12 months from the draw date.
    Single-use only.
    Redeemable online or in-studio.
    Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
    Excludes sale items unless otherwise specified.
    Not redeemable for cash.

PRIZE CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

    Travel must be booked by 31 March 2026 and completed by 31 October 2026.
    Must include at least one weekday (Mon–Fri) to allow for the Style Studio and Design House experience.
    Prize expires if not booked by the stated date.

BLACKOUT PERIODS:

    Queensland and winner’s home state school holidays.
    Schoolies period (15 Nov–15 Dec annually).
    Public holiday long weekends.
    Christmas/New Year (20 Dec–10 Jan).
    Easter period.
    Major Gold Coast events: Gold Coast Marathon (July), Magic Millions (Jan), Supercars Championship events, Commonwealth Games legacy events.

NOT INCLUDED:

    Travel insurance (winner’s responsibility – strongly recommended).
    Transport to/from winner’s departure airport.
    Meals (except accommodation breakfast if included).
    Personal expenses, minibar, or incidentals.
    Additional activities or excursions.
    Travel documentation (passport/ID).
    Any costs exceeding the $1,000 voucher value.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

    Random electronic draw conducted at Leina + Fleur offices.
    Winner notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
    Winner must respond within 7 days to accept the prize.
    If uncontactable after 3 attempts, a redraw will occur on 20 November 2025.
    Winner announced on the Leina + Fleur website and social media channels.
    Proof of identity and age required before the prize is awarded.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
    Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
    Subject to accommodation and flight availability.
    Winner must comply with airline and resort terms.
    Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities.
    Promoter may request trip content or photos for marketing (with consent).

COVID-19 & FORCE MAJEURE

    If travel restrictions prevent redemption, booking period may be extended.
    Promoter not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control.
    An alternative prize of equal value may be offered if the original becomes unavailable.

    Information collected per the Leina + Fleur Privacy Policy.
    Phone numbers and email addresses may be used for marketing unless opt-out selected.
    Personal data will only be shared as necessary for prize fulfilment.

LIABILITY

    Promoter not liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
