TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Promoter is Magimix Australia Pty Ltd (ABN:84620840459), located at Unit 3, 43 Herbert Street, Artarmon, NSW 2064. This promotion is conducted in partnership with Kitchen Warehouse Pty Ltd (ABN: 14093407419).
2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Kitchen Warehouse, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 24 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 12 December 2025.
4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must complete the official entry form available at https://magimix.com.au/content/121-competition during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize to be won:
One (1) Magimix 5200XL Food Processor coated in 24k gold (4-micron layer), valued at AUD $5,000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Draw & Winner Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw at 10:00am AEST on 13 December 2025 at the Promoter’s address. The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS within two (2) business days and will have 7 days to confirm acceptance and provide delivery details. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw at 10:00am AEST on 20 December 2025.
7. Marketing Consent

By entering this competition, entrants consent to receive email and SMS marketing communications from both Magimix and Kitchen Warehouse. Entrants may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe links in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages.
8. Use of Personal Information

All entries become the property of the Promoter. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s and Kitchen Warehouse’s privacy policies and for the purposes of administering this promotion. Entrants consent to the use of their name, image, and/or entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Liability

The Promoter and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Permit

This promotion is a trade promotion lottery and complies with NSW Fair Trading requirements for trade promotions under the total prize value threshold for permit exemption.
11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
