A person who satisfies the Eligibility Requirements and completes an Entry which
conforms with the Promotion Terms and Conditions is referred to herein as an
“Entrant”.

the live show referenced herein (maximum retail value approx. A$5,554);
(ii) two (2) x tickets (the exact category to be confirmed by the Promoter) at the
Mariah Carey live performance at Park MGM in Las Vegas, USA on 10
December 2025 (maximum retail value approx. A$1,218); and
(iii) two (2) x nights’ accommodation for the Winner and their companion (in one
room together) at a hotel to be advised in Los Angeles, USA (maximum retail
value approx. A$926)

Special Conditions: The Winner and their companion must both be over the age of 21.
The Winner and their companion may be required to provide copies of any
documents required by the Promoter including but not limited to valid government
issued ID, passport, driver’s licence or birth certificate as proof of age or residency..
The Winner and their companion must have a valid passport and must be eligible
for entry into the USA.
The Winner expressly accepts that the Promoter has no control over whether the
Winner and/or their companion are permitted entry into the USA, and agrees that
all necessary visa and ESTA documentation and the like is the sole responsibility
of the Winner and their companion prior to the flyaway. The Winner and
companion should have regard to the guidelines of DFAT,
https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/destinations/americas/united-states-america,
and the US Customs and Border Protection and/or US Department of State (or
similar) prior to accepting the prize and when preparing to fly to the USA.
The Winner and their companion are required by the Promoter to take out
comprehensive travel insurance (at their own expense) for use in conjunction with
this Prize. The Winner and their companion must take out travel insurance covering
accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-
existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue
and air ambulance where applicable), and personal liability. The Winner and their
companion must produce proof of insurance if reasonably requested by the
Promoter, and failure to do so will entitle the Promoter to undergo a secondary
draw to select an alternative Winner.
Redemption of the Prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel
class availability and specific room category availability. All components of the
Prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. The Winner and
their guest must travel together and depart form and return to the same departure
point. The Prize is a single event trip for the Winner and their companion and
cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The Winner and their guest
are responsible for any amendment fees or additional fees issued by airlines or
suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed (including but not limited to
additional baggage charges, name changes, seat changes and end date changes).
The Winner and their guest may not accrue frequent flyer points. No extension or
variation of the travel and/or accommodation dates nominated by the Promoter is
permitted unless agreed by the Promoter and shall be at the Winner’s sole cost. It
is the responsibility of the Winner and their guest to ensure they are checked in for
their flights and arrive at the airport, on the correct date and at the time specified
by the relevant airline carrier. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs
associated with the Winner and/or their guest missing any of their flights for any
reason.
The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers.
Travel and accommodation will be arranged by a licensed agent nominated by the
Promoter. The Winner and their companion will comply with any reasonable
requests for information from the Promoter and licensed agent ot allow them to
make arrangements for the Prize.
Attendance at any live performance or venue is subject to the Winner and their
companions compliance with all venue’s conditions of entry and any instructions
and directions given by that venue’s staff, security or management personnel. The
Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any failure to comply with such
conditions of entry. The Promoter, any accommodation provider and any event
organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the Winner and/or their
companion for any inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to
intoxication while participating in any element of the Prize.
