 The following terms and conditions constitute the entrant’s agreement with the promoter, Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 84 063 430 848) of Level 2, 509 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 (“Webjet”) in relation to the participation in the Big White Ski Resort & Air Canada Winter Giveaway (“Promotion” or “Competition”).

 This Schedule sets out the details of the Promotion and must be read together with the Conditions of Entry which follow. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter

To enter, participants must:

Tell us a story about you and your travelling suitcase.

Create a Webjet member profile for free at www.webjet.com.au; and

Subscribe to Webjet’s and Big White Ski Resort’s email newsletters.

 

The winning entry will be selected based on originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme (“Tell us a story about you and your suitcase”). There is no purchase required to enter.

Eligible Persons

The Competition is open to Australian residents 18 years of age or over who make a booking at Webjet during the Promotion Period and have a valid email address. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have ongoing access to the email account used to submit their entry (“entrant”).

Do not enter this Promotion if you are not a legal resident, and located in Australia, at the time of entry. Employees, directors and officers of Webjet and its related entities, Big White Ski Resort, Air Canada, and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion.

Eligibility

The winning entry will be selected based on originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme (“Tell us a story about you and your suitcase”). Customers must complete all 3 steps before they submit their entry to be eligible for the Major Prize.

Entry Conditions

Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.

Maximum number of entries per entrant

One (1) entry per person is eligible.

Draw Details

The judging of entries will be conducted at Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Level 2, 509 St Kilda Rd Melbourne 3004 between Tuesday 9 December and Wednesday 10 December 2025, with the final selection taking place at 4:30 PM AEDT on Wednesday 10 December 2025.

All eligible entries will be individually reviewed by a panel appointed by the Promoter and managed by the Promoter’s Marketing team. A Winner will be determined on the same day.

As this is a Game of Skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Prize Details

One (1) Major Prize, including the Big White Ski Resort Package and flights. Prize is valid for four (4) travellers, including accompanying minors under the care of the winning entrant or their legal guardian.

 Airport Transfers (2 adults + 2 children inc. tax)

4 x Return Economy Class tickets from Sydney (SYD) or Brisbane (BNE), Australia, to Kelowna, Canada (YLW), with an approximate total value of AUD $14,400 (average AUD $3,600 per ticket).

If connecting flights are required from another Australian departure point, Webjet will contribute up to AUD$2,000 total towards those connecting fares. Any additional costs beyond this amount are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable; and cannot be taken as cash or any other forms of currency.

Notification of Winner

A member of the Webjet team will notify winners within the first 24-hours of the Draw Date via phone call, and in writing via email used at the time of booking within 7 business days from initial notification. The name and state of a winner will be published on www.webjet.com.au/travel-toolbox/competitions by the Publication Date.

COB Friday 12 December 2025.

Prize Claim Date

Prizes must be claimed by COB Friday 9 January 2026.

Claim Instructions

The prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter on the date the winner is determined via phone call and in writing via email to the email address provided in the booking as specified above in ‘Notification of Winner’.  

The Promoter reserves the right to request that a Winner provides proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Three attempts over 28 days will be made to contact the prize winners. If the prizes remain unclaimed after 28 days, the Promoter will determine a new winner at the time(s) and date(s) specified below.  

If the prize remains unclaimed by the claim date, the Promoter will award the Major Prize to the next most creative valid entry on Monday 12 January 2026 at 10:00 AM AEDT, at Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Level 2, 509 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004, Victoria.

The new winner will be contacted by the Promoter via phone call and email to the email address provided in the entry on the date of redraw, and will be published on http://www.webjet.com.au/travel-toolbox/competitions/ as per Redraw Prize Date specified below.  

Redraw Prize Date : 11:00 AEDT Monday 12 January 2026.

Privacy

The entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry being used for the purposes of the promotion. All the entrant's personal information will be used and stored in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which can be found at http://www.webjet.com.au/about/privacy/

If marketing consent is given at the time of entry, personal information provided will be added to the Webjet email mailing list, which keeps entrants up to date with regular travel offers and promotions. Entrants can opt-out from receiving Webjet’s marketing materials at any time using the unsubscribe link included in all Webjet marketing emails.

 

All entrants who are selected as winners consent to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness, character, voice or anything else that identifies them without remuneration in any media worldwide (including without limitation in national print media, on the Promoter's website and in other promotional material) for a reasonable time to publicise this promotion (including any outcome.

Validity:

Valid for travel during the 2025–2026 winter season, excluding blackout dates.

Bookings accepted from 10 October 2025 and must be completed by the end of the season.

 

Conditions:

The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and not for resale on any platform.

All taxes and service fees are included.

Minimum 5 nights applies.

Prize is subject to availability; Big White reserves the right to limit complimentary prize allocations per week.  

If unavailable, a prize of equivalent value may be substituted.
