Promotional Period Start Date: 08/11/2025 at 7:00am AEDT
End Date: 09/11/2025 at 12:00pm AEDT
Eligible entrants Permanent residents of Australia who are not ineligible to enter the Promotion under
clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions (Entrants).
Entry Method To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit online and follow the prompts to the promotion entry
page;
2. Input the requested details;
3. Upload a selfie;
4. Provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question, why you like to win a family getaway at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village and
5. Submit the fully completed entry form.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per Entrant during the Promotional Period.
Game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
Judging will take place by the Promoter at 1 Denison Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 on 10/11/2025 at 9:00am AEDT. The Winner will be the Entrant who has most creatively answered the promotional question. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries that it determines to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant.

Winner Notification The Winner will be notified by phone and email. Prize The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a trip for a family of
four (4) (consisting of two adults and two children up to the age of 15) to the Gold Coast, QLD valued at up to AUD$7,600 depending on the date and point of
departure. The prize includes:
4 x return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city to the Gold
Coast, QLD up to the value of $1,000 per person. If the winner resides within
200km of Ashmore, QLD, then the prize does not include airfares and the
airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
7 x nights accommodation in a luxury Paradise Penthouse cabin at Ashmore
Palms Holiday Village on the Gold Coast for a family of four (4).
Total Prize Pool AUD$7,600.
Special conditions: Stay must fall outside of school holiday and any other peak holiday periods. Dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed by 08/11/2026. The prize is for flights and accommodation only. Other expenses, including but not limited to car hire, meals, transfers and entertainment, are the responsibility of the prize winners.
