Terms and Conditions:
1. Promoter: The promoter is Umcos Newcombe trading as Tradeware. Head office: 46 Birralee Road, Regency Part SA 5010. ABN: 41 127 959 791
2. Promotion Period
The promotion starts on 01 November 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian residents only 18 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Follow EnviroSafe on Instagram or Like EnviroSafe on Facebook (@envirosafeaus)
• Visit: envirosafeaustralia.com.au/competition
• Complete the online giveaway competition entry form
• One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will count as one entry.
5. Prizes
• There is a total of 78 prizes to be won (6 prizes per week for 13 weeks).
• Each prize is an EnviroSafe Backyard/Beach Cricket Set valued at approx. $65.50 AUD each.
• Total prize pool value: approx. $5,109.00 AUD.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. Prize Draws
• Weekly prize draws will take place each Monday at 12:00pm (ACST) during the Promotion Period, beginning Monday 10 November 2025, and ending Monday 2 February 2026. All draws will be conducted at 32 Airds Road, Minto NSW 2566.
• Each draw will randomly select six (6) winners from valid entries received in the prior week (Monday–Sunday).
• Winners will be notified by email and announced on EnviroSafe’s Facebook and Instagram accounts each Monday.
• Winners to claim their prize by responding to the notification email with their delivery details.
 • Winners must respond to the Promoter’s notification email within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will redraw another winner for that prize.
• Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at Tradeware, 32 Airds Road, Minto NSW 2565, at 12:00pm (ACST) on the next Monday following the 14-day claim period. The redraw winner will be notified by email and announced on EnviroSafe’s Facebook and Instagram accounts within 7 days.
• Once confirmed, the Promoter will organise for the prize to be packed and shipped directly to the winner’s nominated Australian address at no cost to the winner.
7. General Conditions
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or incorrectly submitted entries.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrants who tampers with the entry process.
• If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered because of the prize.
8. Privacy
By entering, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of this and future promotions and to contact winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at tradeware.com.au.
9. Disruptions and Adjustments
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
