1. Competition Eligibility:

    The competition is open to residents of Australia.

    Competition entrants (participants) must be aged 21+ at the time of entry.

2. Campaign Period:

    Campaign Live Date: Wednesday 5th November 10am AEDT 2025

    Campaign End Date: Wednesday 12th November 5pm AEDT, 2025

    Winner Announcement Date: Thurs 20th November 2025

3. WINNER Prize Details & Eligibility:

    There will be one Grand Prize Winner. They must be residents of Australia, aged 21 years or over, and not currently represented by any other talent agency.

    The winner will be prized with the following:

        A 1.5 hour professional photoshoot session with hair and makeup

        1 Year Modelling contract with Hunter Talent (upon eligibility)

        Multiple outfit changes and use of creative backdrops

        Styling Guidance before & during the session

        On-the-Day Coaching for confidence & posing

        30 digital images, high-resolution & professionally edited

        A Photo Book, Framed A4 print, Comp Card & Social Media Reel

        Industry Resource Pack to Modelling

    The Winner will be announced via socials and contacted via phone and email.


5. Photoshoot Dates & Locations:

    Photoshoot bookings for this campaign are available between November 2025 to January 2026.

    If the winner cannot attend during these dates, the prize may be forfeited.

    Participants outside our studio locations may participate but must cover their own travel expenses.

    Photoshoot bookings must be made through ACUITY, POP! Photography’s designated booking platform.

    Photoshoot availability will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. Privacy and Consent:

    By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes by POP! Photography and Hunter Talent.

    Personal information will only be used for campaign purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Disqualification:

    POP! Photography and Hunter Talent reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches the terms and conditions, provides false information, is fraudulent in any way or is unable or unwilling to travel to the POP! Photoshoot studio locations.

11. Decision Finality:

    All decisions made by POP! Photography and Hunter Talent regarding the campaign, winners, and runners up are final and binding.

12. General Terms:

    The prize cannot be combined with any other bookings, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless specifically stated.

    Any prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

    The prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the participant who entered the competition and was selected as the winner. Prizes cannot be gifted or transferred to another individual.
