Entrant Requirements 9. Any person who enters the Promotion is an "Entrant". Valid Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants"). 10. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Australia Post and any other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter and shall not be deemed Eligible Entrants. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 11. By participating, the Entrant agrees to and accepts the Mastercard Priceless Global Privacy Notice regarding the handling and collection of personal information which can be found at: https://www.priceless.com/privacy/en_AU. 13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries (as defined below) and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the Entry (as defined below) process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant. 15. A condition of entering this Promotion, each Entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their Entry (which shall include Content (as defined below) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. 16. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (as defined below) (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 17. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotion website is the Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid. 18. Without limiting any other terms herein, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the terms set out herein. Entry Requirements 19. Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period to enter into the Prize Draw (as defined below) ("Entry(ies)"): i. Complete a Qualifying Transaction in accordance with the terms herein; and ii. Complete the Registration Requirements in accordance with the terms herein. Qualifying Transactions or Registration Requirements made outside the Promotional Period will be ineligible for Entry in the Promotion. 20. A new cardholder who is an Eligible Entrant can carry out a "Qualifying Transaction" through the following options: • Purchase an Australia Post 'Gift Card by Mastercard' (physical card: https://auspost.com.au/money-insurance/buy-gift-cards/auspos...) of AU$100 or more in a single transaction from Australia Post. Purchases can be made from Australia Post in-store or online. For example, if an Entrant purchases four (4) Australia Post 'Gift Cards by Mastercard' to the value of AU$50, totalling to AU$200 in a single transaction, the Entrant is eligible for two (2) Entries into the Prize Draw from each such Qualifying Transaction. • Purchase an Australia Post 'Everyday Mastercard' (https://auspost.com.au/money-insurance/prepaid-cards/everyda...) and load AU$100 or more (or of equivalent foreign currency) in a single transaction. For example, if a new cardholder purchases an Australia Post 'Everyday Mastercard' and loads AU$300 or in a supported foreign currency equivalent in a single transaction, the Entrant is eligible for three (3) Entries into the Prize Draw from each such Qualifying Transaction. • Purchase an Australia Post 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' (https://auspost.com.au/money-insurance/travel-money-and-serv...) and load a minimum of AU$100 or more in a supported foreign currency in a single transaction. For clarity, loads made in Australian Dollars (AUD) will not be deemed eligible for entry. For example, if a new cardholder purchases an Australia Post 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' and loads AU$300 equivalent in a supported foreign currency in a single transaction, the Entrant is eligible for three (3) Entries into the Prize Draw from each such Qualifying Transaction. 21. An existing cardholder who is an Eligible Entrant can carry out a "Qualifying Transaction" through the following options: • Reload an existing Australia Post 'Everyday Mastercard' card with minimum AU$100 (or equivalent foreign currency) in a single transaction. Purchases can be made from Australia Post in-store or online. For example, if an existing cardholder reloads an Australia Post 'Everyday Mastercard' with AU$300 or in a supported foreign currency equivalent, in a single transaction, the Eligible Entrant is eligible for three (3) Entries into the Prize Draw from each such Qualifying Transaction. • Reload an existing Australia Post 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' card with a minimum of AU$100 or more in a supported foreign currency in a single transaction. For clarity, reloads made in Australian Dollars (AUD) will not be deemed eligible for entry. For example, if an existing cardholder reloads an Australia Post 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' with AU$300 in a supported foreign currency in a single transaction, the Eligible Entrant is eligible for three (3) Entries into the Prize Draw from each such Qualifying Transaction. 22. Eligible Entrants who are new or existing cardholders of the Australia Post 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' will receive twice the standard number of Entries for each Qualifying Transaction of AU$1,000 or more in a supported foreign currency during the Promotional Period ("Bonus Entries"). Loads made in Australian Dollars (AUD) are not eligible for entry. For example, Eligible Entrants will receive twenty (20) Entries for each qualifying load or reload of the equivalent of AU$1,000 in a supported foreign currency completed in a single transaction and forty (40) Entries for each qualifying load or reload of the equivalent of AU$2,000 in a supported foreign currency. 23. Where an Entrant returns or has a gift card product refunded that constitutes a Qualifying Transaction for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Entrant will have their Entry invalidated, subject to the Non-Excludable Guarantees. 24. If a receipt is not automatically provided to an Entrant at the time of making a Qualifying Transaction, it is the Entrant's responsibility to request one. 25. For each Qualifying Transaction, an Eligible Entrant must complete the Registration Requirements to gain an entry into the Prize Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant carries out two (2) Qualifying Transactions, the Eligible Entrant must fulfil the Registration Requirements two (2) times in order to gain all eligible Entries into the Prize Draw for all Qualifying Transactions. 26. For a valid Entry into the relevant Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants who have carried out a Qualifying Transaction must either follow the link within the promotional eDM sent to them, scan the QR code on in-store promotional material or visit https://priceless.com/auspost2026 and register by inputting the requested details, including their full name, valid email, contact number and the corresponding "Proof Of Purchase" (as defined below) details when prompted, and submit the fully completed online Entry form within the Promotional Period ("Registration Requirements"). 27. Proof Of Purchase details can be any of the following: i. WCC Code & Receipt Number (for card(s) purchased instore); ii. Tax Invoice Number (for physical gift card(s) purchased online); or iii. Reference Number (if 'Everyday Mastercard' or 'Travel Platinum Mastercard' is reloaded online or via the app). 28. Entrants are eligible for multiple Entries, however, to qualify as separate Entries, each separate Qualifying Transaction must be registered separately and in accordance with Registration Requirements. 29. Entrants must retain their proof of purchase for all Entries. Failure to produce the Proof Of Purchase for all Entries when requested may, in the discretion of the Promoter acting reasonably, result in invalidation of ALL of an Entrant's Entries and forfeiture of any right to a Prize. The Entrant's Proof Of Purchase must clearly specify the purchase details, the Australia Post store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to Entry. 30. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegal Entries from Eligible Entrants may be deemed invalid. Prize and Prize Redemption 31. This is a game of chance, and the winning Entries of Eligible Entrants ("Winner(s)") will be selected at random. Only one (1) Prize is permitted per winner during the Promotional Period, irrespective of number of Entries. 32. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal ("Drawer"), Level 3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 11:00am AEDT on 6 January 2026, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. 33. The Drawer may draw additional reserve Entries and record them in order, in case an invalid Entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn. 34. Attempts will be made to notify the Winners by phone call and via email within two (2) days of the draw, and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at https://www.priceless.com/auspost2026. on 12 January 2026. A minimum of three (3) attempts will be made to contact the Winner. The Winners will be deemed provisional Winners, until verified. 35. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the Winner, then the Prize is forfeited, and an alternative Winner will be selected at random via the unclaimed Prize draw. If a Winner is deemed invalid or ineligible, the Promoter will revert to a reserve Entry drawn. 36. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 37. The first two (2) valid Entries drawn will each win one (1) trip to Melbourne, VIC, for two (2) people to attend the Australian Open, valued at up to $10,000 (depending on point of departure) ("Prize"). Prize includes: • Two (2) x return economy airfares from the Winner's nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, VIC (only provided if the winner resides outside of VIC). If the winner is from VIC, then the Prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the Prize is not redeemable for cash; • Three (3) x nights accommodation for up to two (2) people at a minimum 5-star hotel in Melbourne, VIC; • Return private airport transfers in Melbourne, VIC, from the airport to accommodation; • One (1) x double pass ticket to attend Rod Laver Arena, Women's Grand Finals game scheduled to take place on 31 January 2026; • One (1) x double pass ticket to attend Rod Laver Arena, Men's Grand Finals game scheduled to take place on 1 February 2026; and • One (1) x Tennis legend 'Meet & Greet' Priceless Experience. 38. Spending money, additional transfers, meals, transport to and from departure point, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. 39. Prize must be taken to coincide with the Australian Open Women's Grand Finals game scheduled to take place on 31 January 2026 and the Men's Grand Finals game scheduled to take place on 1 February 2026. 40. Each Winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they have all requisite travel documentation. The Winner and their guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers. The Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. 41. If any nominated guest is under the age of 18 years of age ("Underage Person"), a nominated parent/guardian must accompany the Underage Person for the full duration of the Prize. The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. 42. All Australian Open tickets are issued subject to the Australian Open Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry 2026 including any applicable age restriction. 43. Winners consent to Tennis Australia Limited using their personal information and photographing/recording them while they are participating in any activity or event run or organised by Tennis Australia, which constitutes part of the Prize. For information about Tennis Australia's management of personal information, please refer to Tennis Australia's Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.tennis.com.au/privacy. Winners agree that any such photographs, electronic images, sound recording or video footage may be used by Tennis Australia in resources and reports, or promotional, advertising or marketing materials, without any further notice or payment to the winner. Further, the Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or his/her companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize. 44. The "Meet & Greet" element of the Prize provides the Winner(s) and their companion(s) with an opportunity to meet a tennis legend, and an opportunity to have a photograph taken with them. While the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to facilitate this element of the Prize, no alternative will be provided if they cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control. This element of the Prize will be scheduled in accordance with the Tennis Legend's availability. 45. Total prize pool value is up to $20,000. 46. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 47. Subject to the unclaimed Prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/ redeem a Prize (or an element of the Prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited. 48. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the winners and/or companion(s) not taking advantage of the Prize due to health or any other reason. 49. If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 50. If the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter's ability to conduct the Promotion as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, subject to State or Territory regulations. In such an event, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prizes to one of the Eligible Entrants received up to the time of the cancellation or modification in accordance with the entry criteria set out herein. 51. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, pandemic, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 52. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 53. A draw for any unclaimed Prizes will take place on 21 January 2026 at the same time and place as the original Prize Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by phone and in writing by email within two (2) days of the draw and their details (first initial, postcode and surname) will be published online at priceless.com/auspost2026 on 23 January 2026. 54. Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion. 55. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; (f) if the 2026 Australian Open Men's or Women's Grand Final is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (g) taking/use of a Prize. 56. The Promoter will process personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. The Promoter will process personal information as set out in its Priceless Global Privacy Notice, which can be viewed at https://www.priceless.com/privacy/en_AU. If a winner provides personal information about their companions to the Promoter, the winner confirms that such companions have been notified of and have agreed that their personal information will be processed as set out in the Promoter's Priceless Global Privacy Notice. 57. These Terms and Conditions may be changed, varied, modified and/or deleted by Mastercard in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and from time to time without any prior notice to any person and by participating in the Promotion each Entrant irrevocably and unconditionally accepts any such changes, variations, modifications and deletions, subject to approval from relevant regulatory authority. 59. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws and courts of the relevant jurisdiction. 60. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions becomes or is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provisions shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and Mastercard shall be entitled to replace such severed provisions with such other provisions as it may deem fit. 61. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
