Entrants must be:
(a) (b) 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Australian residents and have a registered address in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA or WA.
(c) contactable by the Promoter.
Entrants may enter multiple times, however, entrants must provide different responses to questions
provided by the Promoter, in each entry. There are otherwise no limitations on entries into the Promotion.
Each entrant is only eligible for one prize in the Promotion.
During the Entry Period:
(a) (b) Entrant may visit the Stations’ website and complete the online entry form and complete their details
and their answer to the 25 words or less question.
Entrants may be requested to successfully answer a question/s as specified by the Promoter before
being included as an entrant in the promotion.
Entries will be judged by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, having regard to creativity, originality,
suitability for radio, entertainment value, personality, and responses/any information provided by Entrant
to the Promoter (including the entrant’s response to any questions asked by the Promoter) (Judging

The Promoter will judge all valid entries to determine one major winner.
If for any reason the Finalist is unfit or unable to attend the event and utilise the prize, the Promoter may
select one of the back-up Finalists (in its absolute discretion) to become the new major winner.
There is one major prize to be won for up to one winner including:
• One (1) private HOYTS LUX screening at a selected metropolitan HOYTS LUX location on an
available Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for available session times: 3pm arrival for a 3:30pm.
start OR 5pm arrival for a 5:30pm start. Depending on winner’s location, HOYTS LUX cinemas
screening capacity may vary by location, ranging from 24-40 seats.
• One (1) film screening of any movie released within the last 3 months of the screening date and
currently showing at the specific HOYTS LUX cinema
• A meal, 2 x house beverages, popcorn and soft drink per guest.
13. Total Prize Value Total value of prize is up to AUD $3,000 including GST
14. Winner notification Winners will be notified:
(a) via email or SMS text.
The names of winners for prizes in excess of $250 in SA or $1,000 in ACT or VIC, will be published on the
Website.
15. Prize Claim details Prizes must be claimed by Monday 25 May 2026.
If a prize is not claimed within three months of the above date, the winner forfeits the prize. Promoter may
at its sole discretion award a forfeited prize to an alternate winner.
16. Additional Terms Screening date, time and location are subject to availability and must be confirmed/booked with HOYTS in
advance.
The film chosen must be available for private screening and released within the past 3 months of the
intended screening date. Final film approval rests with HOYTS.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Any additional costs (e.g travel to and from the venue or parking) are the responsibility of the winner and guests
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any component) with an item of equal or greater
value if necessary
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed or misdirected entries or communications.
The Promoter and HOYTS are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage suffered as a result of redeeming or participating in this prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
