8. Entry Restrictions Entrants must be:

9. Maximum entries Entrants may enter multiple times, however, entrants must provide different responses to questions
provided by the Promoter, in each entry. There are otherwise no limitations on entries into the Promotion.
Each entrant is only eligible for one prize in the Promotion.
10. How to enter During the Entry Period:
On Air Calls
(a) (b) Entrants may call the Station number at various times as broadcast on the Station and as determined
by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
Entrants who successfully call the Station number when solicited to do so by live broadcast on the
Station or otherwise as determined by the Promoter, may be selected by the Promoter to be included
in the Promotion (in accordance with the Judging Details in paragraph 11 below).

11. How to Win/

Entries will be judged by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, having regard to creativity, originality,
suitability for radio, entertainment value, personality, capacity to perform the relevant challenges and
responses/any information provided by Entrant to the Promoter (including the entrant’s response to any
questions asked by the Promoter) (Judging Details)

This is a game of skill, and the winner is not determined by chance.

Entrants who enter online or enter via other means made available by the Promoter, will be
judged in accordance with the Judging Details below.

At various times during the Entry Period, the Station may call entrants to find out more about
their entry. If the entrant receives a call or are put to air, this does not mean they are deemed a
winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to introduce an on-air challenge, that will be pre-recorded or live
to air. Selected entrants must be available to participate, and the rules will be stipulated by The
Promoter.
Each day throughout the Promotional Period, two Entrants will be selected to participate in The
Challenge
The Challenge will involve each contestant stating their best Christmas Cracker joke on-air.
The Entrant who is judged by The Promoter to deliver the best Christmas Cracker Joke will be
deemed the winner and awarded a Major Prize.
The Entrant who does not win The Challenge will be awarded a Minor Prize.
The segment may be pre-recorded or live in-show between AEST 4pm-6pm during the contesting
period.
The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the rules of the contesting or include a bonus round.
Other examples include, but are not limited to, arranging or another person to play on the
entrant’s behalf, like a celebrity or notable person.
Entrants that have already participated may be invited to replay the Challenge again at The
Promoters discretion. If this situation does occur, the same terms & conditions apply.
Should the challenger refuse or fail to satisfactorily complete the challenge within the time
specified, they will forgo any prize and the Station will not be required to conduct the challenge

again. The Station’s decision as to the result of the challenge is final and no correspondence will
be entered.
There are up to 10 Major Prizes to be won for up to 10 Winners.
Each Major Prize consists of:
➢ 1 x $1,000 ALDI Voucher
There are up to 10 Minor Prizes to be won
Each Minor Prize consists of:
➢ 1 x $100 ALDI Voucher
All prizes are non-transferable.
No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.
At The Promoter’s discretion, entrants may receive a bonus or runner up prize. Entrants may also receive
the opportunity to play again in a ‘redemption’ style challenge.
Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizing throughout the contesting period, to items such as
vouchers and or product.
Total value of prizes is up to $11,000 AUD
Winners will be notified:
(a) where relevant, in person at the time of winning; or
(b) via email or SMS text.
The names of winners for prizes in excess of $250 in SA or $1,000 in ACT or VIC, will be published on the
Website.
Prizes must be claimed as notified by Promoter.
If a prize is not claimed within three months of 5th December 2025, the winner forfeits the prize. Promoter
may at its sole discretion award a forfeited prize to an alternate winner.
