Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Section 1: General Information 1. Promoter: Queensland Country Bank Limited (ABN 77 087 651 027 AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 244 533) trading under the registered business name of ‘Queensland Country’, 333 Ross River Road, Aitkenvale QLD 4814. 2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from 9.00am on Friday, 7 November 2025 until 11.59pm on Sunday, 18 January 2026. Entries must be received by the Promoter within this period to be eligible. 3. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the draw, entrants must satisfy the following criteria: a) Complete the online form on the Queensland Country Bank website. b) All entrants must be 18 years and over; c) All entrants must be a resident of Queensland to enter during the promotion period; d) Entrants cannot be a director, employee or contractors of Brisbane Heat, Queensland Cricket, Cricket Australia, Cricket Australia Member Organisations, Queensland Country Bank and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to claim prizes; (i) For the purpose of clause 3e, an immediate family member includes your spouse or partner, your (or your spouse’s) children, parents or other relatives, provided these live permanently with you; e) Consent to the publication of the winner’s name and images by the Promoter across various media channels, including but not limited to the following: (i) The Promoter’s website; (ii) The Promoter’s social media; (iii) Print and other media publications produced by the Promoter or under the authorisation of the Promoter; (iv) Other social media, websites and print, including, but not limited to newsletters, e-newsletters, displays, reports, marketing collateral, presentations at the Promoter’s discretion and authority; (v) Other documents as the Promoter directs; (vi) Brisbane Heat’s website, social media and e-newsletters. (vii) the Promoter recording and/or filming the winning phone call, and publishing on various media channels; and (viii) a follow up interview conducted by the Promoter and to be used at the Promoters discretion. f) Agree to the terms and conditions of this Promotion. 4. Entry conditions and verification/disqualification: 4.1 Entry conditions a) Entrants may enter the Promotion by satisfying all eligibility criteria. b) Entrants must submit their details (full name, email, and phone number) via the official entry form on the Queensland Country Bank landing page. c) Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. d) By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Queensland Country Bank. Entrants may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each email. e) Entrants must agree to these terms and conditions. 4.2 Verification and disqualification a) The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants, including confirming identity, age, and place of residence. b) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that could compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion. c) The Promoter may accept errors or omissions at its discretion. A failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter retains all legal rights to seek damages or other remedies from any individual found to have acted improperly. d) Entries that are incomplete or indecipherable will be deemed invalid. e) In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the entrant’s identity at its sole discretion. 5. Prize details: Throughout the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) and Big Bash League (BBL) regular seasons (non-finals matches), Queensland Country Bank will run a Big Cash League Competition, giving one entrant $50,000 cash for simply entering the competition online. Only one (1) Prize will be made available and only one (1) winner will be selected. No other prizes are offered, and entrants are not entitled to any additional rewards or compensation for entering the competition. Total Prize Pool: $50,000 including GST. 6. Draw details: One (1) winner will be determined by a random draw of all entrants that satisfied the eligibility criteria in Clause 3 at the conclusion of the WBBL and BBL Seasons. The prize draw will take place at 10.00am on Tuesday 20 January 2026, at the Promoter’s office at the addresses provided in Clause 1. 7. Re-draw details: A re-draw will be conducted by the Promoter at 5:00pm on Monday 20 April 2026 at the address provided in Clause 1 if the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days. The Prize winner drawn under this Clause 7 will be determined by random draw and remains subject to entrants satisfying the eligibility criteria in Clause 3. 8. Collection details: The Prize winner will be notified by phone no later than 5.00pm on the day of the draw. The Prize will be delivered to the winner via electronic funds transfer to the winner's nominated account. 9. Prize non-refundable: The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be taken in any form other than that provided in Clause 5 of these terms and conditions. 10. Taxation & Financial Implications: In entering this Promotion entrants undertake to obtain their own advice in respect to any taxation or other financial implications which may arise in consequence of receiving the prize. 11. Release: To the extent permissible by law, you release the Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, the Brisbane Heat, Queensland Cricket, Cricket Australia, Cricket Australia Member Organisations and any related entities, its and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any causes of action, loss, liability, damage, personal injury, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by you (including any indirect or consequential loss) in connection with your participation in the Promotion and the Prize. 12. Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter, which is due to an act of god, riots, acts of terrorism, storms, fire, any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and other acts which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter. 13. Lost or delayed communications: The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication. 14. Privacy Notice: In participating in this Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoters lawful collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information, in marketing and promotional activities, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles governing the use of personal information. The Entrant’s personal information will be collected by the Promoter and stored securely in the Promoter’s database. This personal information may be used by the Promoter for future marketing communications about its products and services, including electronic contact with entrants and undertaking market research.
