Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
8.
Entry Method
Clause 3
Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the following:
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
“Tell us why you want to see Lady Gaga live.”
AND
“What is your Lady Gaga area of expertise?”
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the following:
“Tell us why you want to see Lady Gaga live.”
AND What is your Lady Gaga area of expertise?”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the prompts, off-air:
“Tell us why you want to see Lady Gaga live.”
AND
“What is your Lady Gaga area of expertise?”
All valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries received during the Promotion period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) contact up to five (5) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to five (5) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby List) to participate in the On Air Challenge between 3:00pm and 6:00pm AEDT on various days during the Promotion Period.
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(d) the Promoter will invite Selected Entrants from the Standby List to participate in the On-Air Challenge in order of “best” entry (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter), followed by the next “best” entry, and so on (each a Challenger);
(e) the Promoter will have a predetermined question (Question);
(f) the Challenger will be asked to answer the Question within a specified time frame (as
specified by the Promoter);
(g) Should the Challenger correctly answer (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize;
(h) Should the Challenger not correctly answer (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will not be deemed a winner nor awarded a Prize and the Promoter will then invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the next “best” entry from all Selected Entrants on that day’s Standby List, to participate in the On-Air Challenge as a Challenger and will repeat steps (e) to (g);
(i) the above process will continue until a Challenger correctly answers the Question (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter), at which time that Challenger will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide additional clues and hints to Challengers during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
There will be up to four (4) Challengers deemed winners in this Promotion (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).

9.
Entry Restrictions
Guesses must be made on-air
Challengers may only submit guesses to the On-Air Challenge on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligiPrize,or a Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
3:00pm AEDT and 6:00pm AEDT on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 3:00pm AEDT Friday 28 November 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

Entry
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize There are up to four (4) Prizes to be won, each comprising of

Two (2) x tickets to Lady Gaga at Accor Stadium (Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127) in a corporate suite on Friday 12 December 2025 (at a time to be disclosed by the Promoter at the time of winning) for the winner and one (1) companion, valued at up to AUD $850 (incl. GST) (Event); and
• AUD $1,000 cash (excl. GST) (Cash).
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,850 (incl. GST).
13.
Prize Restrictions

Valid Australian bank account
The Prize winner must have a valid Australian bank account.
Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants must be able to take the Prize on the date and at the location of the Event as advised by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes or if the Event is cancelled by the Event organiser for any reason.
Prize Supplier T&Cs
The Event is subject to the Prize Supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to the any venue terms of entry or ticket terms of conditions
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Event tickets are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No transfer, travel or flight components
The winner and their companion/s (where applicable) must make their own way to and from the Event. There is no transfer component, travel/flight component or accommodation component included as part of the Prize.
Event at Discretion of the Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning.

Prize Delivery

The Cash will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer.
The Event Tickets will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address by the Promoter or prize provider of the Promotion.
18.
Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
In the event the Event is cancelled, or any part of the Event is cancelled or not provided by the Prize supplier, no alternative Prize will be provided.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events and any costs incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
