Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be 15 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
Prize (if applicable).
7. Maximum Number
of Entries

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the questions:
“Tell us what you would spend your Fun Money on?”
&
“How much money do you need to make your Fun Money wish come true?”
To validate their Website Entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a Nova Entertainment podcast
on the Website/s during the Promotion Period. They must be a registered, logged in user and must be
opted-in to competition entry via the tick-box on the Nova account registration page.
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the questions:
“Tell us what you would spend your Fun Money on?”
&
“How much money do you need to make your Fun Money wish come true?”
To validate their Nova Player App entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a Nova Entertainment
podcast on the Nova Player App during the Promotion Period. They must be a registered, logged in
user and must be opted-in to competition entry via the tick-box on the Nova account registration
page.
Entrants must identify a specific Fun Money wish (to the value of up to $5,000 (incl. GST)) they would like
to be paid to be eligible (Specified Wish).
All valid Nova Player App Entries and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to forty (40) entries across the Promotional Period deemed to be the ‘best’
(based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of
those entrants a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on-air during the
Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Appear on-air
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) (b) (c) (d) Representatives of the Promoter will select up to forty (40) entrants judged to have submitted the
‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from
all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion
Period (Selected Entrant);
Representatives of the Promoter will contact the Selected Entrant/s on either a personal mobile
number or home phone number (not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
if the Selected Entrant participates in an on-air segment for the purposes of the Promotion, they
will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
If for any reason a Selected Entrant declines to, or is otherwise unable to appear on-air, or their
phone line drops out, or the announcers are unable to hear the Selected Entrant on the phone
line, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant
by selecting another Selected Entrant and inviting them to appear on-air in accordance with
clauses (b) and (c). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant confirms their eligibility
and ability to appear on-air.
There will be up to forty (40) Selected Entrants deemed winners and awarded a Prize.
The Promotion will end once the Promotion Period has ended or once the total Prize pool has been
exhausted, whichever is earlier.
9. Entry Restrictions Maximum value of Wish
Entrants must submit a Specified Wish in order to be eligible. If an entrant submits a Specified Wish with
a value greater than AUD $5,000 (incl. GST), then they will only be eligible to receive cash to the value
of up to AUD $5,000 (incl. GST) (as specified at the time of winning in the sole and absolute discretion of
the Promoter).

Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00am Local Time and 2:00pm Local Time on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may
not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded
a Prize (where applicable).
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 1:00pm AEDT Friday 12 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
There are up to forty (40) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• One (1) x cash prize between AUD $200 (incl. GST) and maximum value of AUD $5,000 (incl.
GST) as announced on-air at the time of winning (in accordance with the entrant’s Specified
Wish), from a total Prize pool of AUD $50,000 (incl. GST) throughout the Promotion period
(Cash).
Prizes will be awarded until the prize pool of AUD $50,000 (incl. GST) has been exhausted (Prize Pool).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Pool will not exceed AUD $50,000 (incl. GST). The Promotion will
end once the Promotion Period has ended or once the total Prize pool limit has been reached,
whichever is earlier.
