What you need to know about our 12 days of Christmas giveaway. 12 days. 12 prizes. One question a day.

Christmas is nearly here. To say a massive thank you for all of your hard work and support this year, we are giving away 12 gifts over 12 days.

How can you win a Christmas gift? I’m glad you asked.

From the 20th of November, a door on our new Cover-More Christmas Advent Calendar will open every weekday for 12 days. Behind every door is a prize and a question. Submit the correct answer, along with your details and you will go in the draw to win that day’s prize.

How many draws are there?

One draw every day. You must enter by midnight that day to be eligible for that prize draw. All 12 draws will be drawn on the 10th of December.

How long is the promotion period?

This promotion runs from the 20th of November and the 5th of December 2025.

Do I need to be a Cover-More representative to qualify? Yes.

Entry into the Competition is only open to Australian Residents and Citizens who are Cover-More Industry Sales agents and Cover-More Authorised Representatives who are part of the Helloworld and FC Indies & independent agents network and who sell Comprehensive Care.

The winners will be notified by the 16th of December.

Terms & Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Cover-More 12 Days of Christmas Competition (“Competition”). By participating, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
3. The Promoter is Cover-More Insurance Services Pty Ltd (ABN 95 003 114 145) of Zurich Tower, Level 14, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. (“Promoter” or “Cover-More”).
4. The Competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 20 November 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST) on 5 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
5. There are 12 individual prizes to be won. There are 12 x $550 gift cards (each a “Prize”). The total Prize pool for the Competition is AUD$6,600.

6. The Competition is a game of chance.


How to enter
7. Entry into the Competition is only open to Australian Residents and Citizens who are Cover-More Industry Sales agents and Cover-More Authorised Representatives who are part of the Helloworld and FC Indies & independent agents network and who sell Comprehensive Care (“Eligible Entrants”).
8. Each weekday from 20 November 2025 for twelve (12) consecutive business days, Cover-More will advertise a question on Cover-More Connect (au.covermoreconnect.com)
9. The Eligible Entrant must submit the correct answer via Cover-More Connect entry form.
10. If the Eligible Entrants gets the answer right, they will go in the draw to win that day’s prize.
11. Eligible Entrants must not be an employee of the Promoter or its related entities and must not have any immediate family members who are employees of the Promoter or its related entities. Immediate family means spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent or step parent, brother, sister, step brother or step sister.
12. Eligible Entrants can enter only once per day.
13. Entries must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when they have actually been received by the Promoter.
14. Eligible Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with entering.
15. Eligible Entrants who use automatically generated entries or multiple aliases, may be disqualified from the Competition.

Prize Draw and Redemption
16. Only one Prize can be won by an Eligible Entrant
17. If an Eligible Entrant is drawn twice, the daily prize will be redrawn to determine a new winner
18. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
19. Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes. Prizes must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
20. The Prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.
21. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any variation in the Prizes. If any Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulation.
22. The 12 Prize draws will take place on the 10 December 2025 at 9:00AM AEST at Level 14, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win a Prize.
23. Winners will be contacted by email within 7 business days of the draw.
24. Winners’ first and last names and postcode will be published on the website au.covermoreconnect.com (“Website”) on 16 December 2025 for 7 days.
25. Prizes will be emailed out from the 16t December 2025 once winners have confirmed their email address and have acknowledged that their Prize will be sent to that email address.
26. If a Prize has not been accepted or claimed by 29 January 2026 (the “Prize Claim Date”) or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 3 February 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize/s.
27. Any winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by email within 7 business days of the draw.
28. The names and state of residence of any winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be published on the Website on 11 February for 7 days.
29. Prizes and all elements of Prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier.
30. Where the Promoter, acting reasonably, is of the view that an Eligible Entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, it reserves the right to discard their entry.
31. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Eligible Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and may disqualify any Eligible Entrant who is not eligible to enter the Competition under these Terms and Conditions or who fails to verify the validity of their entry.

General terms
32. Eligible Entrants must not, in relation to this Competition:
1. tamper with the entry process;
2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition;
3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Competition;
5. breach any law; or
6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
33. The Promoter is not liable for entries, Prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
34. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks.
35. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Competition is final.
36. If this Competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
37. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from Eligible Entrants winning a Prize. Eligible Entrants should seek financial advice from a qualified Finance professional. If for GST purposes this Competition results in any supply being made for nonmonetary consideration, Eligible Entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
38. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this Competition, including but not limited to:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any tax liability incurred by a winner (independent financial advice should be sought); or
4. accepting and/or using the Prize.
39. The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Entrant’s spam filters or email settings.
40. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any persons who breach any of these Terms and Conditions, provide false information or who seek to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Competition.
41. If this Competition is promoted through third-party websites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and/or Instagram (Third-Party Platforms). By using entering the Competition, Eligible Entrants may be subject to terms and conditions of the Third-Party Platforms. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Third Party Platforms. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter’s Third Party Platform account. You are solely responsible and liable for any information you transmit to other internet users. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Competition must be directed to the Promoter, and not the Third Party Platforms.
42. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
43. Personal information is being collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, and to assist the Promoter to improve its services. By entering this Competition, an Eligible Entrant consents to storage and use of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy policy https://au.covermoreconnect.com/privacy-policy/. If the personal information is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in this Competition.
44. By entering in the competition, each Eligible Entrant agrees that New South Wales law, Australia without regard to conflicts of laws principles will apply to all matters relating to this competition. In the case of a dispute, the Eligible Entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, except where, by law, such dispute must be brought in the jurisdiction in which the Eligible Entrant is domiciled, or where the relevant law contains mandatory provisions that override such exclusive jurisdiction.
