Celebrate the season with 12 days of festive giveaways at Homemaker The Valley.

From 17th November to 16th December, every purchase of $100 or more gives you the chance to win one of 12 incredible prizes.

Simply upload your receipt and enter your details, and you’ll be in the draw.

One winner will be selected each weekday from 1st–16th December, with prizes showcased across the centre. Winners will be contacted by mobile and must collect their prize in-centre.

How to Enter:

1. Spend $100 or more at any HTV retailer.

2. Upload your receipt using the entry form.

3. Enter your name, email, postcode and mobile number.

4. You’re in the draw to win.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To enter the Homemaker The Valley 12 Days of Christmas promotion, customers must upload a valid receipt showing a minimum spend of $100 at any Homemaker The Valley retailer and complete all required fields on the competition landing page.

Entries must be received between 17 November 2025 and 15 December 2025. Entries submitted outside these dates will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter:
Entrants must submit their details (name, email address, mobile number, postcode) via the form on homemakerthevalley.com.au and upload a single receipt showing a purchase of $100 or more in one transaction.
4. Receipt Requirements
The qualifying $100 spend must be shown on a single receipt. Multiple receipts may not be combined.
5. Entry Submission Time
The time of entry is the time the submission is received by the Promoter’s database, not
when it is sent by the entrant.
6. Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to
technical disruptions, network congestion, or any other reason.
7. Entry Content
Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and must ensure
their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
8. EOnly one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries will be deemed invalid. Each entrant may win only one prize.
9. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia, excluding employees (and their immediate
families) of the Promoter and associated agencies. Entrants of any age may participate;
however, winners under 18 must have a parent or guardian accept the prize on their behalf.
10. Prizes
There are 12 prizes of varying values, supplied by Homemaker The Valley retailers. One
prize will be drawn each weekday from Monday 1 December 2025 to Tuesday 16 December 2025.
11. Prize Availability
If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of
similar value and specification, subject to regulatory guidelines.
12. Draw Details
One winner will be randomly drawn each weekday between 1 December and 16
December at Homemaker The Valley Head Office, Level 1, 1062 Ann Street, Fortitude
Valley, QLD, 4006.
13. Winner Notification
Each winner will be contacted via mobile phone using the details provided in their entry
on the day of their draw.
14. Claiming Prizes
Winners have 48 hours from first contact attempt to claim their prize. If the winner
cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 48 hours, the prize will be
redrawn.
15. Prize Collection
Winners must collect their prize in person from Homemaker The Valley. A photo of the
winner collecting the prize will be taken and may be published on Homemaker The
Valley social media channels.
16. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen
or damaged prizes will not be replaced.
17. Right to Refuse Entry
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry it deems invalid, fraudulent or
non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
18. Forfeiture of Prize
If the winner does not claim the prize within the time period specified by the Promoter,
the prize will be forfeited.
19. Promotion Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time. If cancelled, all
entries will be destroyed and no personal information will be used or retained unless
required for legal compliance.
20. Liability
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of taking
the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21. Ancillary Costs
Any costs associated with collecting or redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the
winner.
22. No Warranty
Subject to Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter makes no representations
regarding the quality or suitability of any prize.
23. Privacy
The personal information provided by entrants may be used by Homemaker The Valley
to administer the competition, conduct market research, and contact entrants with
information about products and services. This may include contact by telephone or
electronic messaging. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may be
ineligible to receive a prize. Information may be disclosed to service providers such as
mail houses, delivery companies and market researchers, in accordance with the
Privacy Act 1988.
