FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS: In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have these meanings, unless the context otherwise requires: “Budget Direct Motorcycle Insurance” means the Budget Direct branded Motorcycle insurance policy issued by the Insurer and promoted by the Promoter. “Commencement Date” means 5th November 2025. “End Date” means 24th June 2026. The promoter is Auto & General Services Pty Ltd ABN 61 003 617 909, AFSL 241 411 (operating under the brand Budget Direct) (Promoter) of Level 13, Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong 4066 on behalf of the insurer, Auto & General Insurance Company Ltd (ABN 42 111 586 353) (Insurer). The Promoter’s contact number is 1300 858 747. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on the Commencement Date and ends at 11:59pm AEST on the End Date (Promotion Period). Entrants are ineligible to participate outside the Promotion Period. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Budget Direct ‘Win 1 of 2 Triumph Motorcycles or 1 of 20 Triumph Ultralite bags promotion’ (Promotion). Eligibility Entrants must meet the following criteria to participate in the Promotion (Eligible Entrant): be 18 years or over provide a valid email address; be a permanent resident of Australia, or have resided in Australia continuously for six months or more on a temporary work visa at the time of participating in the Promotion; not be an officer or employee of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate, or their immediate family; and not be an officer or employee of any agents or service providers of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate, or their immediate family, directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion. Participation Eligible Entrants can receive entries into a Draw by completing one or more of following Methods of Entry during a Prize Period, to receive the Number of Entries into the relevant Draw. Method of Entry Number of Entries per Prize Period Maximum Number of Submissions By completing a quote as follows (Quote Entry): Complete a quote for a new Budget Direct Motorcycle Insurance policy through Budget Direct’s website (Eligible Quote); and Submit the online competition entry form at https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/win-a-triumph-motorcycle-quote-entry-2025.html including your full name, postcode, Eligible Quote number, email address used to complete the Eligible Quote. 5 entries per Quote Entry in a Prize Period 1 Quote Entry per Prize Period, per Eligible Entrant By purchasing a new Budget Direct Motorcycle Insurance policy via the quote number provided in the Eligible Quote through Budget Direct’s website (New Policy) provided that the New Policy remains active, paid-up and valid for a period no less than 21 days from the purchase date of the policy (Cooling-Off Period). 10 entries per New Policy that has passed the Cooling-Off Period Unlimited For the avoidance of doubt, entries into the Promotion will only be submitted into the Draw which correlates with the Prize Period in which the entry is received by the Promoter. If Eligible Entrants would like to enter both Draws, they must complete a Method of Entry in each Prize Period. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. This Promotion is only open to customers purchasing or quoting for a new Budget Direct Motorcycle Policy, not customers renewing or quoting their existing policies with the Insurer. Draw and Prizes The Draws will take place at the Promoter’s office at Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong QLD 4066 at 10:30am AEST on each Draw Date at random via electronic draw in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Prizes will be split between two separate draws, Draw Number 1 and Draw Number 2 (each a Draw). Eligible Entrants will only receive entries for the Draw which correlates with the Prize Period in which they entered the Promotion. Eligible Entrants may enter both Draws, however an entry into one Draw will not be automatically entered into the other Draw. Each entry has an equal chance of winning a Prize in the relevant Draw which correlates with the Prize Period in which they entered the Promotion. Prizes for each Draw will be drawn in descending order of value. For the avoidance of doubt, all entries for each Prize Period will be combined for the purpose of the Major Prize Draw in each Draw. The Eligible Winners’ first initial, surname and post code will be published at https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/terms-conditions/win-a-triumph-motorcycle-2025.html within twenty-one (21) days of the applicable Draw Date and will remain on the Promoter’s website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to notify the Eligible Winner. The Promoter may draw ten (10) additional reserve entries on each Draw Date and record them (in order) in case of an invalid entry or the entrant is ineligible to accept the Prize. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant declines to accept a Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If a Prize cannot be awarded to an entrant drawn, the Promoter will continue this process until the Prize is awarded. If after this process, a Prize has still not been awarded, or if an entrant drawn cannot be notified, the Promoter will hold an unclaimed Prize draw in accordance with the below clauses. Unclaimed Prize Draw A Prize will be deemed unclaimed if the Promoter is not reasonably able to contact the Eligible Winner within three (3) months and one (1) day of the Draw Date via the Eligible Winner’s provided contact details. If the Prize remains unclaimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will be held on the following dates at the same time and location as advised in clause 12: For Draw 1, 6 July 2026; For Draw 2, 2 November 2026. Any Unclaimed Prize Draw winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the applicable Unclaimed Prize Draw and the Unclaimed Prize Draw winner’s first initial, surname and post code will be published in accordance with clause 15. The Promoter will give notice to the Queensland Regulatory Office within 7 days of being unable to locate the Eligible Winner. Redemption The Prizes will be supplied by the Promoter’s supplier, PS Importers Pty Ltd trading as Triumph Motorcycles Australia (Triumph). The Major Prize must be collected where it is available at the closest dealership, nominated by Triumph, within the state in which the Eligible Winner resides. The Major Prize may have to be delivered from other dealerships, which may take up to 3 months if it is not immediately available for collection at the nominated dealership. Once the Prize has been collected from the dealership, the Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, lost or stolen. The Eligible Winner is responsible for transport to and from the nominated dealership and any other costs associated with collecting the Motorcycle. The Motorcycle is new, and the exact type and colour of the Motorcycle will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter or Triumph at the time of collection, which will depend on availability at the time. Additional expenses that are not included with the Prize as specified in these Terms and Conditions, such as petrol, comprehensive insurance and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Eligible Winner. The Motorcycle will be registered in the state in which the Eligible Winner resides. The Eligible Winner must ensure they hold all required State or Territory licences required to collect and operate the Motorcycle. If the Eligible Winner is not available to collect the Motorcycle from the nominated dealership, the Eligible Winner can seek alternative transport at their own expense. In the event the Eligible Winner is unable to register the Motorcycle in their own name (included but not limited to licence suspensions or invalid licence), then the Eligible Winner must nominate an alternative person (who must hold a valid licence) to register and transfer the Prize to. The Promoter will require signature of a valid agreement to document the Eligible Winner’s authorisation to transfer the Prize. Following such transfer, the Promoter is not liable for any further costs associated with the Prize other than those listed in these terms and conditions. The Prize or any portion of the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless specified in these Terms and Conditions and cannot be taken as cash. The Triumph 25L Ultralite bags will be posted to the Eligible Winners within twenty-eight (28) days of each Draw Date. Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and their Personal Information pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). General The Eligible Winner will participate in all reasonable promotional activities in relation to the Promotion, as requested by the Promoter and its agents or related bodies corporate. This may include the Eligible Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same), in any media worldwide for whatever purpose and without notification, remuneration or compensation, for marketing and or promotional purposes, for an indefinite period. The Eligible Winner consents to the Promoter publishing the Eligible Winner’s first initial, surname and postcode on its website or any other media, subject to the terms of any state or territory lottery legislation. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Promoter and/or Insurer (including their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) including any theft, unauthorised access, third party interference, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, or personal injury or death (including loss of opportunity) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, or the receipt, acceptance, or use of the Prize (whether negligent or not), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
