Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during
the Promotion Period (as relevant to your residency):

(a)

(b)                
comment in
response to the Promoter's promotion post on Instagram, telling us in 25
words or less, "Why you should win the ultimate NBA experience with
Dyson Daniels?”.

Your privacy settings must
be set to public so the Promoter can access your entry.

Entries must not appear to
promote any goods or services other than those of the Promoter.

You must follow the relevant
Social Media Accounts up until the determination of the winner in order to be
eligible for this promotion.

The Promoter is not
responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the
purpose of submitting an entry.

How many winners will there be and how will they be
chosen?

 

There will be 1 winner
determined in respect of this promotion.

This is a game of
skill.  Chance plays no part in how a
winner will be selected.

All entries will be reviewed
and judged by the Promoter (or by appointed judge/s) based on creativity,
originality and brand suitability.

The entry judged to be the
best will win the prize.

The Promoter may judge
additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning
entry/entrant is deemed invalid or the prize is unclaimed (Reserve
Entrants).

What can I win?

There is 1 prize available.

The prize is a trip for the
winner and 1 adult companion to Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America to
attend the Atlanta Hawks NBA home game, being Atlanta Hawks v Charlotte
Hornets at 7.30pm (local time) on 7 February 2026 at State Farm Arena valued
at up to AUD$11,618.72/NZD$12,492.95* and includes the following:

·      
$10,000 Flight Centre
Travel voucher (awarded to the winner only) but to be used towards the return
flights and accommodation for the winner and their companion. Any excess
cost, and all other transfers, meals and expenses are the responsibility of
the winner and their companion. The Promoter is not liable for any such
associated costs.

·      
2x General
Admission tickets to attend a Atlanta Hawks NBA home game in Atlanta, Georgia
featuring Dyson Daniels (as specified above) valued at USD$200ea (approx.
AUD$309.36/NZD$356.20); and

·      
a meet and greet
with Dyson Daniels in Atlanta prior to the game (with details to be advised
by the Promoter in advance) valued at approx. AUD$1,000/NZD$1,780.55.

Any ancillary
costs associated with redeeming the Flight Centre Travel voucher are not
included. Redemption of the Flight Centre Travel voucher is subject to the terms
and conditions associated with the Flight Centre Travel voucher located at https://help.flightcentre.com.au/s/article/gift-card-terms-of-use-au.

The winner and their companion must hold a
current and valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity at date of
departure.

By accepting the prize, the
winner must ensure their companion is provided with a copy of these Terms and
Conditions, and complies at all times with these Terms and Conditions.

The prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines, including in
relation to any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures,
health advice and the like.

Total prize pool

The total prize pool is
valued at up to AUD$11,618.72/ NZD$12,492.95*.

All prize values are in
AUD/NZD (as applicable, depending on the winner’s residency).

*The AUD/NZD prize values
set out above are based on the exchange rates as of 25/11/2025 and are
subject to change.  The Promoter is not
responsible for any fluctuation in the AUD/NZD prize values set out above
caused by fluctuations in the exchange rates.

How many times can I enter?

You can only enter once.

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

The winner will be notified in
writing by direct message on Instagram within 7 days of determination.

Unclaimed prize/s

Prize claim date: Within 48 hours of the time and date stated in the direct message
sent to the winner.

If the prize has not been
accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all
reasonable attempts, the winner can't be contacted (or the winner does not
contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry will
be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the prize to a Reserve Entrant
and/or withdraw the prize as unawarded.
Any such Reserve Entrant winner will be informed via direct message on
Instagram.

Collection and use of your personal information

If
you are the winner, you/your companion must take part in all publicity,
photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter reasonably requires,
without any compensation.  You/your
companion consent to the Promoter using your first name/s and image/s in any
promotional or advertising activity.

For Australian entrants:

The Promoter may collect your/your companion’s
personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your/your companion’s
personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may
disclose your/your companion’s personal information to the Promoter's related
companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition,
communicating with you/your companion or storing data. This may include
disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as the
United States of America and New Zealand.

By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS
messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if
they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.

These Terms and

Entry

2                  
Your entry must be
received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed
to be received only when received by the Promoter.  The Promoter is not liable for any
problems with communications networks outside its reasonable control.  You are responsible
for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated
entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases/social
media accounts, you may be disqualified.

3                  
Every entry,
including any “25 words or less” statement, must be your own original work and
not copied or generated using generative AI or similar means.

4                  
The Promoter may
copy, adapt and amend your entry (including the “25 words or less” statement)
and may publish and use (or allow others to publish and use) your entry or the
adaptation or amendment and any rights in relation to your entry, to publicise
this competition, or for any other purpose.
These rights are perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, irrevocable and
transferable.  For example, the Promoter
may publish all or any part of your entry or any amended version or adaptation of
it in an advertisement, and may do so without referring to you as the author.  The Promoter may also decide not to publish
an entry, to cease publication of an entry, or to publish an edited entry.

You warrant that
your entry does not breach any third party rights (for example, intellectual
property rights) and its use by the Promoter or any other person will not
breach such rights nor otherwise breach any law (for example, it is not
defamatory, in contempt of court or in breach of any privacy law).  Your entry must not be obscene, offensive,
malicious, discriminatory, indecent or (in the Promoter's opinion) otherwise
objectionable or inappropriate (for example it must not include nudity or
language the Promoter deems offensive).

Prizes

6                  
Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as
specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by
you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be
liable.  If you forfeit the prize or any
element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any
alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the
relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:

(a)            
validity period/s;

(b)            
booking and
availability of flights, accommodation and events;

(c)            
conditions
of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements,
health and safety requirements and applicable dress codes);

(d)            
conditions of ticket validity and any
restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;

(e)            
travel dates and
specified travel exclusion periods;

(f)              
any additional
fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a
travel/event prize after it has been booked;

(g)            
the requirement to
obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified,
including a current and valid passport and any visas required; and

(h)            
a requirement to
present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.

7                  
You/your companion
are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including
meals, transport, insurance (including
excesses), in-room charges, additional
taxes, mobile or data plans, etc.  Event
tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied.  The Promoter does not control entry to the
relevant event location. The winner must keep their tickets safe and the
Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.

8                  
The Promoter is
not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose
to, or choose not to, share a prize.

9                  
Where relevant,
the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or
activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for
any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.  In that case you/your
companion forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity and the Promoter
may provide another item of equal or higher value. Similarly, while the
Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any
specified celebrity/ies in the prize element/s, the Promoter
and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if
for any reason the celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter
and prize suppliers (e.g. illness).  Unless otherwise specified
by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a
substitute for this altered prize element.
