Eligibility Entry is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and Queensland aged 18 years and over who are customers of SPAR, SPAR Express or SUPERSPAR stores (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of the Promoter, SPAR retailers, advertising agencies, production companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother or stepsister. 3. Permits This promotion is conducted under trade promotion permits issued by the Australian Capital Territory authorities. • Authorised under ACT Permit Number: TP 25/02734 NSW and QLD permits are not required for this promotion. 4. Competition Period The competition runs from 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 (“Competition Period”). Each day a new prize will be revealed and available for entry via the SPAR Australia Advent Calendar promotion page. 5. How to Enter To enter, Eligible Entrants must: a. Visit the SPAR Australia Advent Calendar competition webpage during the Competition Period. b. Complete the entry form corresponding to that day’s prize. c. Submit the form before 11:59pm (AEST) on the day of entry. Entries do not roll over, entrants must submit a new entry each day to be eligible for that day’s prize. 6. Prize Draws & Announcements Each prize will be drawn at 9:00am (AEST) the following business day at 30 Fox Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110. Winners will be drawn only from entries received for that specific prize on the stated calendar day. If a prize day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, entries will remain open as normal, however: • Prizes for Saturday and Sunday will both be drawn on Monday at 9:00am, and • Winners will be announced on Tuesday at 3:00pm. |
