Christmas Colouring Competition – Terms & Conditions

Competition summary:

    By entering this competition, you will be in the draw to win a $50 Visa Gift Card.
    The competition will be split over 2 weeks, with 2 x $50 gift cards to be awarded each week.
    Age categories: up to 8 years and 8 to 14 years inclusive.
    Week 1 winners will be drawn and notified on 19th December 2025.
    Week 2 winners will be drawn and notified on 24th December 2025.

Terms & Conditions

    The Promoter is Waikiki Village Shopping Centre (ABN 12 008 687 965) of registered office address: 242 Leach Highway, Myaree WA 6154.
    The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
    Employees of the Promoter, subsidiary companies or their immediate family members, lease holders or staff working at the Waikiki Village Shopping Centre during the promotion period or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
    Only Western Australian residents who are under the age of 15 years old will be eligible to win the prizes listed.
    The competition prize pool is FOUR $50 Visa Gift Cards, totalling $200.
    Competition colouring sheets can be found at the Waikiki Village Shopping Centre at Grayson’s Family Butcher during regular opening hours, or at the Christmas Activities area from 15/12 – 24/12/25 between 10am – 2pm.
    The competition is a game of skill. Entry to the competition is gained by completing the following 2 steps:
    1. Completing to the best of your ability the Christmas colouring sheet.
    2. Completed entries can be submitted at Grayson’s Family Butchers or the Christmas Activities area before the competition end date outlined in point 10.
    Multiple entries are allowed.
    All references to time in the Terms & Conditions refer to local time in Perth, WA.
    The competition prize pool will be split over 2 weeks.
    1. Week 1: closes Friday 19/12/25 at 2pm.
    2. Week 2: from 2:01 Friday 19/12/25, closes 2pm Wednesday 24/12/25.
    There will be two categories judged each week of the competition, up to 8 years old and 8 – 14 years inclusive.
    The promoter will choose up to 5 entries per age category to progress. The finalists of each category will then be entered into an online random name picker to choose the winner.
    The winners will be notified by phone on the afternoon of each closing date listed in point 10. The random name picker and winning entry for each category will be posted separately on the Waikiki Village Shopping Centre Facebook & Instagram pages.
    The prizes will be delivered to the winners.
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
    No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
    The Promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
    The winner agrees to the use of their child’s first name along with the winning completed entry submitted in the competition in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
