Terms & Conditions:

The Promotion is only open to individuals who: (i) are residents of Queensland and are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry (ii) are not directors, management or employees of the Promoter, Dealer or related companies or agencies associated with the Promotion, or their immediate family members (“Entrant”).
The Promoter will accept all those entries that comply with the Entry requirements. If Entrants live outside Queensland, are not within the ages explicitly specified, and/or their individual submission does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions listed, their entry into the Promotion will not be approved/allowed.
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in telecommunications service or equipment. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
Entrants must submit their entries manually, in original text and created by the entrant for this Promotion. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. The Promoter may reject entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

The Promotion opens at 06:00am (AEST) on 01/12/25 and closes at 23:59pm (AEST) / 09/01/2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Winners will be required to verify their identity by confirming their email or phone number and local Toyota dealership.
Entry is limited to one (1) nomination, per person. The first entry which is submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed the Entrant’s entry. Any other entries that follow will be discarded as an invalid entry into the Promotion.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Scan the QR code displayed at the activation display; or
• visit the promotion web site and complete the online entry form in accordance with the directions on the web site, including entering their full name, State/Territory of residence, and local dealer location.

The prize cannot be exchanged for another product, gift card or money. The Promoter will cover the cost of the delivery of the prize to the winner, provided that they meet the terms and conditions outlined (including a delivery address within Mainland Australia only). If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to enter the Promotion. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Refer to the additional terms – Privacy clause for more information. Winner must cover the costs of winner and their guest redeeming the Prize including transport to the Gabba and accommodation if required.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend or substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
The Promoter may use any personal information entrants provide in connection with this Promotion for the purpose of the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion.
The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors, and to Toyota dealers. If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to enter the Promotion.

Entrants release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion and acknowledge that:
(a) the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook;
(b) any information provided by the entrant in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook; and
(c) any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not to Facebook.
Additional Terms – Prize
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Before a prize is awarded, the Promoter may require each winner to sign a release of liability form (provided by the Promoter) in favor of all parties involved in this Promotion (including those providing the prize). If the release of liability form is not signed within the time requested by the Promoter, the winner’s entry will be deemed not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and their prize will be forfeited.
If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, substitute that prize for another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.
Each prize winner, at the Promoter’s request, must participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material in any medium throughout the world.
Travel and Accommodation costs are not included in the prize total. The prize winner must organize and fund travel and accommodation if required.
Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, including awarding the prize, and may share entrants’ personal information with third parties as required by law, related entities in the OneToyota Network, or service providers for this purpose. If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to enter the Promotion.
