Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in thE PROMOTION is deemed acceptance of these OFFICIAL RULES.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S., the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, and Australia (“Eligible Territory”), who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with a valid email address as of date of entry. Employees, agents, officers and directors of Holland America Line N.V. (“Sponsor”), Carnival plc trading as Holland America Line (ABN 23 107 998 443) (Sponsor in Australia), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“teamDigital” and/or “Administrator”) (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives and advertising agencies, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (parents, spouses, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 5, 2025 (Australian residents – 4am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT) on 6 December 2025) and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 16, 2025 (Australian residents – 6:59pm AEDT on 17 December 2025) (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion will be divided into twelve (12) daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”) (outlined below). Each Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT that same day (Australian residents – starts 7pm AEDT on one day and ends 6:59pm AEDT the following day). NOTE: If not specifically outlined in these Official Rules, Entrants shall be solely responsible for converting the times for the Promotion Period from PT into relevant times in their applicable time zones. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner throughout the Promotion Period. The number of Daily Prize winners is set out in the Prizes section below.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During an available Daily Entry Period, visit hollandamerica.com/holiday (“Website”) and follow the instructions to fully complete and submit the registration form provided (“Registration Form”) (Registration Form to be completed on first visit to the Website only). Upon submitting the Registration Form and clicking on that day’s square, you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the applicable Daily Entry Period and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per Daily Entry Period and twelve (12) entries into the Grand Prize drawing throughout the Promotion Period).

The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of participation) is prohibited. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an entrant has used an automated or similar device to participate or is in violation of these Official Rules, all entries from that entrant or e-mail address will be void.

Submitting an entry constitutes your consent to participate in the Promotion and you acknowledge that Sponsor will obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, email and other details for Promotion administration purposes and in accordance with its privacy policy. Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Promotion Entities or any third parties unless entrant has elected to receive additional information and Promotion material from the Sponsor or any third party. By participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.hollandamerica.com/en/us/legal-privacy/privacy-p... Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to Sponsor.

Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered entries or prize claims (whether or not after their receipt by the Sponsor) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the Internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, or network, typographical, printing, electronic, computer, mechanical or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, (i) errors in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries, or in any other Promotion-related materials; (ii) interrupted or unavailable network, server, ISP, cable, satellite or other connections; (iii) Internet traffic congestion or any technical problem, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to/resulting from Promotion participation; (iv) typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related ads/materials; (v) human-processing error; (vi) electronic equipment, computer hardware or software failures; (vii) inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise; (viii) any condition caused by events that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; or (ix) the inability of any winner to accept a prize. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion or website, or engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or whose conduct potentially compromised the Promotion or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Every entry must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the entrant. Repetitive, automated electronic submission of entries is specifically prohibited. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry through any such means is void. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Sponsor's discretion. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

WINNER SELECTION: On December 18, 2025 at 2:00:00 PM PT (9am AEDT on December 19, 2025), one (1) Grand Prize will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and one (1) Daily Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for each applicable Daily Entry Period (with the exception of Daily Entry Period 11 that has ten (10) Daily Prize winners) for a total of twenty-one (21) Daily Prize winners and twenty-two (22) winners overall. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor in Australia (located at Level 5, 465 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067), whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. If an individual draw’s prize pool is valued over $10,000, the draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout each Daily Entry Period. Non-winning entries from one Daily Entry Period drawing will not carry over to subsequent Daily Entry Period drawings, however all entries will be included in the Grand Prize drawing. The Sponsor in Australia may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive the winner’s choice (subject to availability) of either: (i) a segment of one (1) Grand Voyage cruise; or (ii) one (1) full Grand Voyage cruise valued up to $60,000 USD depending on date and point of departure (Australian residents: valued at up to AUD$90,094.82 depending on date and point of departure).

CRUISE PRIZE DETAILS: Applicable prize value may vary depending upon departure location, dates of travel, seasonal rates, duration of voyage and itinerary. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. Terms and conditions of cruise apply. Cruises must be booked by January 31, 2026, and sail by December 31, 2026 or the prize(s) shall be forfeited; for Australia residents, cruises must be booked by March 9, 2026, and sail by December 31, 2026. Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and based on capacity restrictions. Sponsor does not guarantee the cruise will be available on the exact sailing dates requested by a winner. Certain itineraries may be unavailable, altered, or later cancelled due to governmental restrictions including, without limitation, those related to public health precautions. Cancellations within six (6) weeks of sailing will result in forfeiture of a prize. All travel is capacity controlled and subject to availability. Unless otherwise indicated in the above prize description, all other expenses not expressly provided for herein including, but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, pre and post cruise accommodations, shore excursion fees, alcoholic beverages, premium dining, spa services, gratuities, onboard expenditures, and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of each winner and/or their guest. Each winner and their guest must travel on same itinerary. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner and their guest will be responsible for their own travel to and from the departure and return point of the cruise Sponsor’s booking, cancellation, and other applicable policies including without limitation, those with respect to health and safety, and all terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Cruise Contract, found in the cruise booking documentation and at https://www.hollandamerica.com/en/us/legal-privacy/cruise-co... as well as any other rules, regulations and guidelines of the Sponsor, including these Official Rules, shall be applicable to each prize. Each winner and their guest must (i) have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (including but not limited to a valid passport or other document) required for travel and (ii) comply with all check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a major credit card. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited, and the Sponsor shall not be responsible for any inability of a winner to accept or use any portion of a prize for any reason. Any onboard credit issued as part of a prize must be used in full before the end of the cruise voyage or the remaining balance shall be void. No credits or refunds shall be provided for unused onboard credits. No cash redemptions. No stateroom upgrades or downgrades shall be permitted. No “Vacation Guarantee” or similar type offer shall apply. If a cruise is cancelled after ticketing of cruise, for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. All details to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each winner is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.

Total prize pool value: $99,000 USD (Australian residents – AUD$149,390.97).

NOTE: Values listed in USD and AUD are subject to fluctuation based on prevailing exchange rates and other market factors. Individual component values are approximate and may not total exactly to the overall approximate retail value stated, due to rounding, currency conversion, and variable market pricing.

PRIZE AWARDING AND NOTIFICATION: Potential winners are subject to verification and will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw. Potential winners outside of Australia must respond within five (5) calendar days from the date of notification and potential winners in Australia must respond no later than January 19, 2026 or such winner(s) may be disqualified and the prize at hand awarded to an alternate winner (Australian residents will be subject to the Unclaimed Prize Winner Selection Process set out below). Sponsor will require each potential winner to provide evidence of eligibility (photocopy of a valid driver’s license or other government-issued identification) and contact details (including, without limitation, a valid e-mail address, mailing address and telephone number) to enable Sponsor to award a prize to the potential winner in accordance with the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any potential winner from any prize element, if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible to participate and/or win a prize. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. Cruise Prize Requirements: Potential cruise winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release (each such document being a restatement and confirmation of certain aspects of these Official Rules) within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance of notification. Each winner’s guest will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Guests must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18)) unless child or legal ward of winner. If a potential guest is a minor child or legal ward of the winner, the winner will be required to execute the Liability Release and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) on their behalf. For All Winners: If an eligible resident of Canada, potential winner will be required to answer correctly, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time limited mathematical skill testing question which will be administered by Sponsor by telephone at a mutually agreeable time. If any potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period or cannot be contacted; is ineligible according to these Official Rules, fails to answer correctly the skill testing question as determined by Sponsor; fails to return the required documents within the specified time period; or Sponsor’s sending of the required documents are returned as undeliverable; if any potential winner decides to decline a prize for any reason whatsoever; or if any potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit their prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Once the official paperwork is received within the specified time period, verified, and Sponsor receives final approval by Administrator, then and only then will a potential winner be designated a winner in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for an undeliverable prize resulting from a typographical error or change of address of entrant. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Cruise Prizes includes the cruise fare’s taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses. Prizes do not include federal, state or local income taxes, which will be each winner’s sole responsibility). For the avoidance of doubt, each cruise prize winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for any air transportation and/or other transportation expenses required to travel to and from the applicable cruise departure point. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All Prize details, including stateroom category, will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize travel date and arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking. No alternate travel dates are available. Once scheduled, the Prize itinerary cannot be altered and failure of Winner to follow such itinerary shall not obligate Sponsor in any way to provide such Winner with alternate arrangements. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules or by Sponsor, in photograph, as being part of the Prize (including without limitation airfare, ground transportation, luggage fees, hotel accommodations, shore excursions, travel insurance, medical insurance, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, alternative dining, gratuities, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including Internet usage, merchandise, and souvenirs, incidental expenses, hotel service charges, personal onboard expenses, or applicable passport, visa and entry/exit fees) are the sole responsibility of the Winner and guest.

Prizes are provided subject to each Winner and their guest’s agreement to comply with the Holland America Line Cruise Contract and the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Holland America Line brochure. Each Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable cruise regulations and each Winner and adult guest must individually read, accept and sign the Cruise Contract and the COVID-19 Risk Acceptance on his/her own behalf and on behalf of any eligible minor guest. These documents are required before boarding.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, may not be resold or combined with any other offer, and cannot be used as partial payment toward a different Holland America Line cruise or stateroom category other than that assigned or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and guest are NOT eligible for Holland America Line’s air/sea or Cancellation Protection Plan programs in connection with their Prize. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel and medical insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not, and will not, obtain or provide travel or medical insurance. No substitution of a Prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize or Prize component with a substitute prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority (including without limitation if the fulfillment of the Prize, or any part thereof, is rendered impossible, infeasible, unsafe or impractical for any reason including without limitation due to any public health precautions or other regulation, order, policy, guideline, strike, travel restriction, venue policy, restriction, or for any other reason). Prizes will be awarded only to Winners with a residential address within the Eligible Territory. Prize values are based on applicable information at time Official Rules were drafted. Prize value depends on actual cruise booked and market conditions at time of fulfillment. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable income taxes, if any, connected with acceptance of Prize. As a condition of accepting the Prize, as applicable, the Winner agrees to furnish to Sponsor any requested information needed for tax reporting, including (if a United States resident), a IRS Form W-9, and understands that such information must be received by Sponsor before or at the time any Prize is issued to or booked on behalf of such Winner. As applicable, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize awarded. Fair market value of Prizes may be reported for tax purposes where required by law. The difference in value of Prize as stated herein and value at time of notification, if any, will not be awarded. Prize will be awarded if validly claimed by the date specified in the Prize award notification. Once travel guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Winner and guest are responsible for all required and necessary identification and travel documents including providing proper citizenship documentation to travel, which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas, as well as for obtaining and providing proof of any and all required (either by applicable government, port or Sponsor’s own), testing or health protocols in advance or at time of boarding the cruise/cruisetour vessel (originally or after any excursion), at Winners/guests sole cost. Those without proper citizenship or required health documentation (if any) will be denied boarding. Sponsor will not be responsible if Winner/guest are denied entry onto ship, into various ports during the cruise, or return entry into departure point. In such a situation, the Winner/guest will be responsible for any and all additional costs incurred. Each traveler must check with their travel advisor, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department's travel website at www.travel.state.gov for more information. U.S. travelers of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. Prize elements may not be separated. Winner and guest must obey all ship and cruise rules and requirements, and failure to follow such rules and requirements may result in, without limitation, forfeiture of all or part of the Prize. Lost, stolen or damaged cruise tickets or any other ticket or certificate in connection with Prize will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner and/or guest in the event Winner and/or guest, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or engage in any other objectionable behavior. Sponsor and all other Released Parties (defined below) shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, or any other persons in connection with Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor and all other Released Parties (defined below) will not be in any way responsible (and for greater certainty, are not obligated to offer any substitute prizing) in the event that any part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, re-scheduled or cancelled for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, due to illness or health risks, or any governmental or health authority orders, measures, directives or guidance in response to such illness or risks, such as, without limitation, those that may be implemented to mitigate transmission of airborne diseases, or due to any other cause of any kind or nature whatsoever). Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to Winner at the time of notification and/or booking.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: On January 20, 2026, in the event any winner was an Australian resident and has failed to claim the prize, another drawing will be conducted at the same time as the original draw at Level 5, 465 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia to determine any unclaimed prize winners.

GENERAL: By entering, each entrant agrees (1) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, photographs and/or likeness, and any/all content submitted in connection with any entry for advertising and/or trade and/or Promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification to entrant or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (2) to the extent permitted by law (and excluding any statutory guarantees which cannot by law be excluded) to release the Released Parties from all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, infringement or violation of third-party rights or personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (a) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize; (b) participation in or administration of this Promotion; (c) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (d) any element of this Promotion; (3) that Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of entrant’s participating in the Promotion and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur; (4) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (2) (a)-(d); (5) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator’s decisions which are final; (6) to waive all rights to claim or collect punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages; (7) that all causes of action relating to this Promotion will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (8) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (9) that, except for UK and Australia residents, Washington law shall apply exclusively to the Promotion and that any dispute with respect to the Promotion shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in King County, State of Washington, USA. FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UK ONLY: The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by English law and all entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If the entrant lives in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, they can also bring claims in the courts of the country they live in under applicable local law. FOR RESIDENTS OF AUSTRALIA ONLY: The entrant will be subject to the laws and courts of the relevant jurisdictional authority where the entrant ordinarily resides.

Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any component thereof (subject to the direction of any applicable regulatory authority) if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Promotion (or portions thereof), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Promotion is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online and Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to time of such action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.

Any entries suspected of being fraudulent or improper as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) may be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Promotion entries permitted, and/or if Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Promotion entries by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or any other method, all suspect entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
