8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App and listen to either the
radio or a podcast episode. They must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to
marketing promotions and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
AND/OR
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website and listen to either the radio or a podcast
episode. They must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions
and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.

Prize Draw and answer a call live on-air
All valid Nova Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
b) (c) (d) (e) The Promoter will contact the first eight (8) entrants whose valid entry is drawn in the Prize
Draw (Drawn Entrant) on their Personal Contact Number;
if the Drawn Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize (in the absolute and
sole discretion of the Promoter);
if the Drawn Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible
or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Prize Draw (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
this process will be repeated until a Drawn Entrant successfully answers their phone in
accordance with clause (c) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, up to eight (8) Drawn Entrants will be deemed Prize Winners and awarded
a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the Prize (Personal Contact Number) and
each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live
on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
• Between 6:00am AEDT Wednesday 24 December 2025 and 9:00am AEDT Wednesday 24December 2025
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Draw Details

Eight (8) draws will be conducted, as follows:
• At 3:00pm AEDT Tuesday 23 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
Prizes will be awarded in the order that entrants are drawn.

There are eight (8) Prizes to be won, comprising of:
• Prize One: One (1) x $500 Woolworths gift voucher, valued at up to AUD $500 (incl GST)
• Prize Two: One (1) x $500 Hotels.com gift voucher, valued at up to AUD $500 (incl GST)
• Prize Three: One (1) x $500 The Iconic gift voucher, valued at up to AUD $500 (incl GST)

• Prize Four: One (1) x $500 Ticketmaster gift voucher, valued at up to AUD $500 (incl. GST)

• Prize Six: One (1) x $500 Harvey Norman gift voucher, valued at up to AUD $500 (incl. GST)
• Prize Seven: One (1) x $500 Myer gift voucher, valued at up to $500 (incl. GST)
• Prize Eight: One (1) x $500 Shell Reddy Express gift voucher, valued at up to $500 (incl. GST)
Each Prize is valued at up to either, AUD $500 (incl. GST), or AUD $1,000 (incl. GST).
12. Prize Restrictions

Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier’s Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any voucher/gift card etc. terms and conditions, and responsibility service of alcohol
requirements.

Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
