    The Beatbot AquaSense 2 Ultra Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Pool & Spa Warehouse, 135 Blaikie Rd, Jamisontown, NSW (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

    Eligibility:
    The Contest is open only to legal residents of Australia who are 21+ at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Employees of Pool & Spa Warehouse, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

    Contest Period:
    Entries will be accepted online starting November 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM and ending December 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEST / GMT+10:00). All entries must be received within this period. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

    How to Enter:
    Entrants must submit an entry using the online form provided. Entries must meet all Contest requirements to be eligible. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

        Only one entry per household.

        Multiple entries, fraudulent entries, or attempts to circumvent rules may result in disqualification.

    Qualifying Submissions:

        Maximum one entry per household.

        The address entered must have a residential swimming pool (no commercial pools).

        Entrants must upload a photo of their pool.

        Entrants must answer the game-of-skill question as required.

    Judging:
    This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part.
    Entries will be judged solely on creativity, originality, and expression.
    Judging will be conducted by Pool & Spa Warehouse staff.
    The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    Prizes:

        Total prize value: $8,499.

        Prize includes:
        One (1) Beatbot AquaSense 2 Ultra pool cleaner (marketed as the “BeatBot Ultra”), RRP $5,999,
        Plus a $2,500 Buyback Bonus if and only if the winner already owns any pool cleaner (any brand, any model) and elects to send it in for retirement.

        Prize specifics are at Sponsor’s discretion.

        Prize is nontransferable. No substitutions permitted except by Sponsor.

        Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or costs associated with accepting the prize.

        Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, entry, likeness, and pool photo for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

    Winner Notification:
    Winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days of judging. Sponsor is not responsible for notification failures due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.
    If winner:

        cannot be contacted,

        is ineligible,

        fails to claim the prize within 15 days, or

        fails to return required declarations/release forms,
        the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

    Rights Granted by Entrant:
    By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the entry (including pool photo), name, likeness, statements, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

    Terms:
    Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or external circumstances compromise fairness. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
    By entering, Entrant agrees to receive periodic email updates from Sponsor (opt-out available).

    Limitation of Liability:
    By participating, Entrants agree to release Sponsor from all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, including (but not limited to) injury, loss, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in entry processing or administration.

    Disputes:
    The Contest is governed by the laws of Australia and NSW. Any disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively in a NSW court of competent jurisdiction. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except actual out-of-pocket costs.
