Promoter The promoter is The Acacia Tree (“Promoter”). 2. Promotion period • The promotion starts on 8 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). • Entries received outside this period will not be eligible. 3. Eligibility • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. • One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries may be deemed invalid. 4. How to enter • To enter, participants must complete the entry form above during the Promotion Period • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Acacia Tree. Store credit voucher up to the value of $2,800 to spend on products at The Acacia Tree. 6. Store credit conditions • Store credit is valid up to a maximum of $2,800. • Store credit is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, offers, or gift cards. • Any unused portion of the store credit after the expiry date (if applicable) will be forfeited. 7. Winner selection & notification • One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries. • The winner will be selected and announced on Christmas Day, 25 December 2025. • The Promoter will contact the winner via the email and/or phone number provided on the entry form. • If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. 8.
