Whirlpool All-In-One Microwave Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Arisit Pty Ltd (ABN 23 091 515 294) of 40-50 Mark Anthony Drive,
Dandenong South, VIC 3175 (the promoter).
1.1 The promoter is the authorised distributor of Whirlpool products in Australia and is conducting this
promotion on behalf of Whirlpool Corporation.
1.2 The promoter is referred to in these terms as “Arisit”, “Whirlpool”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Whirlpool, its related entities,
distributors, affiliates, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
● Like the official giveaway post on Whirlpool’s Instagram account (@whirlpool_aunz);
● Tag at least one friend in the comments (each unique tag in a separate comment counts as an
additional entry);
● Follow Whirlpool’s Instagram account (@whirlpool_aunz);
● Join the Whirlpool email list by submitting your details via the link provided.
Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Promotional Period
The giveaway starts at 8am AEDT on 8 December 2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEDT on 12 January 2026.
Entries received after this period will not be considered.
5. Prize
There are five (5) prizes to be won:
● Whirlpool All-in-One Microwave Oven valued at AUD $1899 RRP.
There are five (5) prizes to be won, each consisting of one (1) Whirlpool All-in-One Microwave Oven (RRP
AUD $1,899). Total prize pool value is AUD $9,495 RRP. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or

redeemable for cash. Whirlpool reserves the right to determine the final model and colour of the prize
awarded depending on product availability. If a prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for
reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value,
subject to relevant regulations.
6. Winner Selection
The winners will be selected at 11am on 13 January 2026 at 40-50 Mark Anthony Drive, Dandenong
South, VIC 3175. The winners will be selected at random from valid entries and notified via direct
message on Instagram. Each winner will be notified in writing (email or Instagram direct message) within
seven (7) days of the major prize draw.
Winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on Whirlpool’s Instagram account
(@whirlpool_aunz) within 30 days of the major prize draw, in accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4.
If the winner does not respond within 14 business days, a replacement winner will be selected at our
discretion.
7. Claiming Prizes
Winners have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their
prize within this period, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and an unclaimed prize draw will be
conducted.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 11:00am AEDT on 27 January 2026 at 40–50 Mark
Anthony Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within
seven (7) days of the draw. The unclaimed prize winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will
be published on Whirlpool’s Instagram account (@whirlpool_aunz) within 30 days of the unclaimed prize
draw.
9. Use of Instagram
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By
entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to the promotion.
10. Data Collection & Management
By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to Whirlpool collecting and handling their personal information
(name, email address, delivery address, and Instagram handle) for the purposes of:
● Administering the giveaway;
● Contacting the winner;
● Distributing the prize;

● Adding entrants to the Whirlpool email database for future marketing communications (which
entrants may unsubscribe from at any time).
These terms must be read with Whirlpool’s Privacy Policy.
You may access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us at

11. Promotion Integrity Clause
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason
of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or
modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who
tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is incomplete or misleading, or breaches these
Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the entrant ordinarily
resides, and each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction
