Fisher at Bay Oval – VVIP Ultimate Experience Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Hydro Flask New Zealand (“Promoter”), in collaboration with Hydro Flask Australia, melin
New Zealand, melin Australia, and Trademark Live.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
2.2 Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and collaborating brands are not eligible to enter.
2.4 By entering, participants warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The giveaway opens at the time the promotion is published.
3.2 The giveaway closes at 11:59pm NZT on 16 January (“Closing Date”).
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must complete all entry requirements outlined on the giveaway landing page and associated
promotional posts.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated, only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted using
automated or unfair means.
5. Prize Details
5.1 One (1) winner will receive the Fisher VVIP Ultimate Experience Package, consisting of:
● Two (2) VVIP tickets to Fisher at Bay Oval on 31 January 2026
● Return flights for two (2) people from anywhere within Australia or New Zealand
● Two (2) nights’ accommodation
● $500 NZD Hydro Flask voucher
● $500 NZD melin voucher
5.2 The total prize pool is valued at over $6,000 NZD.
6. Flights & Accommodation
6.1 Flights and accommodation are valued up to a maximum of $5,000 NZD in total.
6.2 This component of the prize will be provided in the form of a $5,000 NZD Prezzy Card.
6.3 The winner is responsible for booking their own flights and accommodation using the Prezzy Card.
6.4 Any costs exceeding the $5,000 NZD value are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Vouchers
7.1 Hydro Flask and melin vouchers will be issued based on the winner’s corresponding location (NZ or AU only).
7.2 Vouchers are subject to each brand’s standard terms and conditions, including expiry dates.
8. Prize Conditions
8.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
8.2 If the winner is unable to attend the event on 31 January 2026, the prize will be forfeited.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with an alternative of equal or greater value if
necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Winner Selection & Notification
9.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Closing Date.
9.2 The winner will be contacted directly by Hydro Flask New Zealand only, using the details provided at entry.
9.3 If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
10. Scams & Fraud
10.1 The Promoter will never request payment, credit card details, or banking information from entrants or winners.
10.2 Participants are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication claiming to be associated with this
giveaway.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with:

– The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth, AU)
