For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the question:
“What are you looking forward to in 2026, and why?”
To validate their Website Entry, entrants must listen to either the radio or a podcast episode at least
once during the Promotion Period on the Website.
The entrant must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions
and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
AND/OR
Smooth Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Smooth Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the question:
“What are you looking forward to in 2026, and why?”
To validate their Smooth Player App Entries, entrants must listen to either the radio or a podcast episode
at least once during the Promotion Period on the Smooth Player App.
The entrant must be a registered and logged in user and must be opted-in to marketing promotions
and competition entry via the tick-box on the registration page.
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear On Air
On Friday 23 January 2025:
(a) The Promoter will select up to one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging
Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant);
(b) (c) The Promoter will contact each Selected Entrant on their personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number);
If a Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail for the purpose of the Promotion (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and will be
awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) If a Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible
or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the Selected Entrant with the next 'best' entry (based on the Judging Criteria in the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same
manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance
with clause (c) above, is deemed the Prize winner and awarded the Prize (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, a Selected Entrant who has
not answered their phone in accordance with (c) above will not be deemed a winner and will not be
awarded a Prize.
There will be up to one (1) Selected Entrant deemed winner and awarded the Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 10:00am and 5:00pm AEDT Friday 23 January 2026
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the the
Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another
entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where
applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms
their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge
(where applicable).
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 9:00am AEDT Friday 23 January 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There is one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• One (1) x Coco Republic Bedroom Makeover valued at up to AUD $40,000 (incl. GST),
comprising of the following elements:
o One (1) x Interior Design Consultation, valued at up to AUD $995 (incl. GST);
o Coco Republic Furniture, to be selected by the winner and Coco Republic interior
designer, including delivery, valued at up to AUD $29,005 (incl. GST); and
o One (1) x Olessio Built-In Wardrobe, to be specified by Coco Republic interior designer,
including measure, delivery, and installation, valued at up to AUD $10,000 (incl. GST).
The Prize is valued at up to AUD $40,000 (incl. GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include:
1. 2. 3. Any other associated trade or construction works (e.g., tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting).
Any associated costs incurred before, during, or after claiming, installing, or using the prize.
Any other ancillary or incidental expenses in connection with the prize, whether before,
during, or after installation.
4. Ongoing maintenance costs.
5. Any costs exceeding the allocated budget per component of the prize, or any other ancillary
costs associated with redeeming this prize.
6. Winner must be the registered homeowner of the premises where the Olessio cabinetry will be
installed, and the premises must be 50km from Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane CBD. The prize
is not transferable, available for exchange, or redeemable for cash.
13. Prize Restrictions

Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not
limited to any item or experience terms and conditions. Winners nominated address for makeover must
be within 50km of a Coco Republic store in their relevant State of residence.
Coco Republic Interior Designer
Coco Republic Interior Designer will:
o Get in touch with winner and organise design consultation in store;
o Plan & execute a home visit to take measurements/ refine brief;
o Provide in-store presentation of overall concept products;
o Agree of products with client & organise order & delivery; and
o Specify Olessio wardrobe, and connect winner with Olessio representatives to arrange measure, delivery and installation.
14. Total Prize Value Up to AUD $40,000 (incl GST).

The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the prize supplier to facilitate the delivery and
installation of the Prize.

Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
