Terms & Conditions:
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Official Rules. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries must comply with these Official
Rules to be valid.
1. 2. 3. 4. Entry Period: The Promotion starts at 09:00:00 (AEDT) on 11 December 2025
and final entries close at 23:59:59 (AEDT) on 5 January 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
Promoter: Ralph Lauren Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 118 847 359), a company
incorporated in Australia with registered office address at Level 6, 333 Kent Street,
Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents over the age of 18 residing in New
South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia. Entry
to this Promotion is free subject to these Official Rules.
Exception: Employees, officers, representatives or agents of the Promoter or their
respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, and such
employees’, officers’, representatives’ or agents’ immediate family members
(spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren), are
ineligible to enter the Promotion.
How to Enter: To enter, entrants must complete all sections of the Promotion
registration form (the “Entry Form”) made available by the Promoter via one or
more of the following platforms or channels designated by the Promoter: Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, the Promoter’s website (collectively the “Entry Platforms”) by
filling in all personal details required and click “submit” to enter the Promotion. By
clicking submit, entrants will confirm that they have met the eligibility requirements
and that they have read and agree to the Privacy Policy (available at
https://www.ralphlauren.com.au/en/privacy) and these Official Rules.
Each entrant who clicks “submit” on the Entry Form will be allocated one entry,
unless they opt-in to receive our marketing communications (including our
newsletter), in which case the entrant will be allocated one additional entry (i.e. two
entries in total), to the Promotion.
A limit of one submission applies per person and a maximum of two entries is
permitted per person.
A confirmation email and SMS will be sent to the entrant using the contact details
designated by the entrant on the Entry Form after submission.
5. 6. 7. (i) (ii) (iii) Prize: There will be one (1) winner. The prize consists of the following:
Two (2) tickets to a session of the Australian Open 2026 in Melbourne,
Australia;
Two (2) return economy class round trip flight tickets from the winner’s
nearest city airport to the Melbourne Airport; and
One (1) night’s accommodation in a standard hotel room in Melbourne for
two (2) adults (collectively, the “Prize”).
The Promoter will have the sole discretion to determine the specific Australian
Open 2026 ticket class and session, the flights and the hotel/lodging where the
winner and their guest will stay.
All Australian Open tickets are issued subject to the Australian Open Ticket
Conditions of Sale and Entry 2026 (which can be found online at
https://www.tennis.com.au/doc/ao26-ticket-conditions-of-sale...).
Drawing: The winner will be selected in a draw conducted by representatives of
the Promoter. The draw will take place at 11:00 (AEDT) on 6 January 2026 at the
office of the Promoter. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize. The winner will
be notified by email and phone using their designated contact details in their
submission within 24 hours of the draw and will be given instructions on how to
claim the Prize. The first initial, surname, and postcode of the winner will be
published on our official website at RalphLauren.com.au within three (3) days of
the draw, unless the winner has requested the details not to be published. The
winner's details will remain published on the website at www.ralphlauren.com.au
for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days.
Second chance draw: If the Prize winner drawn on 6 January 2026 does not claim
the Prize by 23:59:59 (AEDT) on 9 January 2026, the Prize will be forfeited and a
second chance draw will be held at 11:00 (AEDT) on 10 January 2026 at the same
place as the first draw in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize. The second
chance draw winner will be notified by email and phone using their designated
contact details in their submission within 24 hours of the second chance draw. The
first initial, surname, and postcode of the second chance draw winner will be
published on our official website at www.ralphlauren.com.au within three (3) days
of the draw, unless the winner has requested the details not to be published. The
second chance draw winner's details will remain published on the website at
www.ralphlauren.com.au for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days. If the second
chance draw winner does not claim the Prize within three (3) days of being notified,
the Promoter will be entitled to retain the Prize for its own purposes.
8. General Rules:

Rules.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable national, state and local laws and
regulations in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and
Western Australia. All entrants shall ensure that their entry into this
Promotion complies with these Official Rules and any applicable law. The
Promoter reserves the right to void any entry or disqualify any entrants which
it deems to be not in compliance with these Official Rules, ethical conduct,
or any applicable laws that may apply to the entrants, in its sole discretion.
Any attempt by any entrant to damage, destroy, tamper with, attack, interfere
with, or carry out any act which directly or indirectly creates any adverse
effect to the operation of the Promotion or the Entry Form, may constitute a
violation of criminal and/or civil laws of any applicable laws and the Promoter
reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all remedies available at law
or in equity against such entrant.
Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of
the Prize will not be awarded.
If the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons
beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize or
element of a Prize for a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole
discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. The
winner who claims the Prize will not be entitled to any additional
compensation in the event that the Prize or element of the Prize has been
substituted at equal or greater value.
The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash
equivalent.
The winner who claims the Prize shall be solely responsible for any federal,
state, and local taxes if incurred by the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to require a winner to produce identity
documentations for the purpose of verifying their eligibility to receive the
Prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete,
illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other
correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise. Each entrant is responsible
for providing the correct information for the Promoter to contact them. Any
contact details provided incorrectly via the Entry Platforms will result in the
entry being invalid.
(j) The Entry Platforms and/or the Entry Form may not be available to entrants
for access from time to time during the Entry Period. All access to, and use
of, the Entry Platforms and the Entry Form is at the entrant’s risk.
(k) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as
planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network
failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or
any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole
discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate
any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or
Territory regulation.
(l) An entrant must not enter the Promotion on behalf of any other person or
accept payment or other compensation from any person to enter the
Promotion.
(m) The Winner agrees you may be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed and
that your name and images may be used by the Promoter for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless you otherwise notify
the Promoter at the time of accepting the Prize.
9. Liability Disclaimer:
(a) By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release the Promoter, its
affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, to the fullest extent
permissible by applicable laws, from any and all claims, injuries, losses or
damages resulting from your participation in the Promotion. This release will
not apply to any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or
willful misconduct of the Promoter.
(b) To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 9(a) above,
in no event will the Promoter be liable to any entrant for any direct, indirect,
special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including
loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with the
entrant’s participation in the Promotion, whether such liability arises from any
claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability
or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter has been advised of the
possibility of such loss or damage.
(c) Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the
consumer law of Australia, as well as any other implied warranties under
similar consumer protection laws of Australia.
10. Personal Information Collection Notice:
(a) The Promoter collects your personal information provided on the Entry Form,
including your name, address, postal code, contact numbers and email, via
the Entry Platforms when you enter this Promotion, as well as
images/photographs and audio/video recordings captured during your
acceptance of the Prize (“Personal Data”) for the purposes of your entry into
the Promotion, the Promoter’s administration thereof, promotional purposes
related to this Promotion, customer research, analysis, customer care and
general administration and, subject to you having provided your consent,
marketing and promotional communications relating to Promoter’s products
and services. If the Promoter does not collect your Personal Data as
mentioned above, you will not be able to submit a valid entry into the
Promotion.
(b) Your Personal Data, which may be updated from time to time, will be stored,
maintained, processed and used by Promoter, and may be transferred to the
Promoter’s group companies, affiliates and trusted third party service
providers, within or outside of your own jurisdiction (including in Hong Kong
and the United States of America) solely for the above-mentioned purposes.
The Promoter may also disclose your Personal Data to third parties, including
local lottery authorities, for the sole purpose of processing and conducting this
Promotion and promotional purposes related to this Promotion, or as may be
otherwise required by applicable laws.
(c) Your Personal Data will be retained by the Promoter only for as long as is
necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes, as well as for
the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, for other legitimate
business purposes, or as provided by applicable laws. At any time and
according to applicable laws, you may inquire about, request access to, ask
for a copy of, supplement, amend, update or remove your Personal Data, or
request the Promoter to stop collection, processing or use of such data and
may withdraw your consent by contacting our Customer Service Centre via
email at customerassistance@ralphlauren.com.au or by telephone 0011-800-
2643-7656.
(d) The Promoter's Privacy Notice (available at
https://www.ralphlauren.com.au/en/privacy) explains how the Promoter
handles, and how you can access and seek correction of, your Personal Data.
The Promoter’s Privacy Notice also contains information about to whom and
how you may complain about a breach of the applicable privacy laws in your
jurisdiction (which may include the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) or any
11. registered APP Code which binds the Promoter), and how we will deal with
such a complaint.
Governing Law: These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of New South
Wales without regards to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all disputes
between any entrant and the Promoter that arise out of these Official Rules shall
be referred to and resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South
Wales, Australia
