Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer, in 25 words or less, the prompt:
“Tell us why you want to win a trip to Los Angeles.”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer, in
25 words or less, the prompt:
“Tell us why you want to win a trip to Los Angeles.”
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) (b) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the
prompt, off-air:
“Tell us why you want to win a trip to Los Angeles.”
All valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries received during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(c) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the
Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova
Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(d) contact up to five (5) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter)
on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number)
(Personal Contact Number) to discuss their entry and assess their suitability to appear on-air
(based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(e) place up to five (5) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging
Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list (Standby List) to
participate in the On Air Challenge between 3:00pm and 6:00pm AEDT on various days during
the Promotion Period.
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(f) Representatives of the Promoter will invite a Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the
“best” entry from the Standby List (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) to
participate in the On-Air Challenge (Challenger);
(g) the Promoter will have a predetermined theme (Theme);
(h) the Promoter will provide clues (as specified by the Promoter at the time of contesting)
regarding the Theme, to the Challenger who will be asked to identify the Theme within a
specified period of time (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
(i) should the Challenger correctly identify the Theme (as determined by the Promoter in its sole
and absolute discretion), that Challenger will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a
Prize;
(j) should the Challenger not correctly identify the Theme (as determined by the Promoter in its
sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will not be deemed a winner nor awarded a
Prize, and the Promoter will invite another Challenger from the Standby List to participate in
the relevant contesting spot of the On-Air Challenge.
(k) For the avoidance of doubt, the first Challenger to correctly identify the Theme (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in a relevant contesting spot
will be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
(l) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Challengers
during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to two (2) Challengers deemed winners and awarded a
Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
Final Contesting Spot
Between 3:00pm and 6:00pm AEDT on Friday 23 December:
(m) The Promoter will repeat above steps (f) to (h);
(n) (o) (p) (q) Should the Challenger correctly identify the Theme (as determined by the Promoter in its sole
and absolute discretion), that Challenger will be deemed the Upgraded Prize Winner and will
be awarded the Upgraded Prize (as outlined below in the Prize clause);
Should the Challenger not correctly identify the Theme (as determined by the Promoter in its
sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will not be deemed the Upgraded Prize Winner
nor awarded a Prize, and the Promoter will invite another Challenger to participate in the final
contesting spot of the On-Air Challenge
For the avoidance of doubt, the first Challenger to correctly identify the Theme (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in the final contesting spot will
be deemed the Upgraded Prize Winner and awarded the Upgraded Prize.
the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Challengers
during the final contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to one (1) Challenger deemed Upgraded Prize Winner
and awarded the Upgraded Prize (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any
other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Personal Contact Number
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize (and each entrant
grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
3:00pm AEDT and 6:00pm AEDT on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may
replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 6:00pm AEDT Friday 23 January 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Entries
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On-Air Challenge and Final Contesting Spot
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
12. Prize
Clauses 8 - 15
There are up to two (2) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
 Two (2) x return economy airfares for the winner and up to one (1) companion (to be selected
by the winner and approved by the Promoter), from the winner’s nearest capital city from
where they ordinarily reside, to Los Angeles, U.S.A, at a time and date to be advised by the
Promoter, valued at up to AUD $5,000 (incl GST) (inclusive of airfare related taxes and
charges) (Flights);
 Three (3) x nights’ accommodation to be shared by the winner and their companion at a
hotel in Los Angeles, to be determined by the Promoter and disclosed to the winner at the
time of winning, valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl. GST) (Accommodation);
 AUD $1,000 cash (excl. GST) (Cash).
For the avoidance of doubt, Challengers who are awarded the Prize are ineligible to be awarded an
Upgraded Prize or Domestic Travel Prize.
Each Prize is valued at up to AUD $8,500 (incl. GST).
Upgraded Prize
There is up to one (1) Upgraded Prize to be won, comprising of:
 Two (2) x return business airfares for the winner and up to one (1) companion (to be selected
by the winner and approved by the Promoter), from either Sydney or Melbourne (as specified
by the Promoter at the time of winning), to Los Angeles, U.S.A, at a time and date to be
advised by the Promoter, valued at up to AUD $27,000 (incl GST) (inclusive of airfare related
taxes and charges) (Flights);
 Three (3) x nights’ accommodation to be shared by the winner and their companion at a
hotel in Los Angeles, to be determined by the Promoter and disclosed to the winner at the
time of winning, valued at up to AUD $2,500 (incl. GST) (Accommodation);
 AUD $1,000 cash (excl. GST) (Cash).
For the avoidance of doubt, if a Challenger is awarded the Upgraded Prize, they are not entitled to be
awarded the Prize.
Each Upgraded Prize is valued at up to AUD $30,500 (incl. GST).
Domestic Travel Prize
If the Upgraded Prize winner’s ordinary residential state is QLD, SA or WA, the Prize winner will also be
awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in addition to the Upgraded Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Domestic Travel Prize will not be awarded if the Upgraded Prize
winner’s ordinary state of residence is NSW or VIC.
The Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of:
 Two (2) x adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that
they ordinarily reside to Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW (inclusive of airfare related taxes and
charges) for the winner and one (1) companion, to be confirmed with the winner at the time
of winning.
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,200 (incl. GST).
13. Prize Restrictions

Flights
Travel must be completed before March 31, 2026, and outside of any blackout periods which apply
during school holidays and public holidays in the Australian State or Territory of departure.
Where the Winner fails to claim the Flights within the Ticket Validity Period (as specified by the Prize
Supplier upon Prize Delivery), the Winner will not be entitled to a refund or credit note for the Travel.
Promotional seats allocated to the winner for Flights are limited, and there may be times a reservation
cannot be made on your preferred dates. United Airlines will use reasonable endeavours to ensure you
are able to travel on your preferred dates but is unable to guarantee this.
The Flights must be booked in accordance with the Prize Supplier terms and conditions.
Travel is on United Airlines and United Express operated flights only. Travel is not valid on codeshare
flights (an arrangement whereby one flight is published under two or more airline schedules). All Flights
in economy must be booked in K class. All Flights in business class must be booked in ZN class.
The two (2) airfares comprising the Flights must be redeemed at the same time with the same itinerary.
Tickets for Travel are valid for roundtrip flights between the origin and destination only, using the most
direct routing.
Where the Winner only redeems a one-way flight as opposed to a round-trip journey, the other half
(unused) portion of Travel will no longer be redeemable.
Where the Winner consents to flying in a lower class of service, the price difference between classes of
services will not be compensated.
The Flights are not applicable for MileagePlus mileage accrual.
Valid Australian Passport is required
Entrants and their companion/s must be the holder of a current Australian passport with at least 6
months validity.
Airfares Are Assigned to the Prize Winner
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Flights will be assigned to the Prize winner and must not be sold to
a third party.
Visa and Travel Insurance
Entrants and their companion/s are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas or other approvals
and documents required to travel to the United States of America.
Non-Transferable or Exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No Transfer Component
It is the Prize winner and their companion’s responsibility to make arrangements for all transport. There is
no transfer component included as part of the Prize, unless specified otherwise by the Promoter.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes
at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize
will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Cancellation
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of travel, activities
and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will
be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
Travel and Visa Requirements
The Prize winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements of
the USA (and re-entry into Australia), including obtaining any visas.

Conditions
The Promoter will not be providing advice on eligibility to travel.
If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is
refused entry into the relevant country, the winner may forfeit the travel voucher and concert tickets
component of the Prize, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
Passport and Travel Insurance
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for obtaining all necessary
valid travel insurance, documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and
visas, if required) and any vaccinations. The winner should consult the Embassy or Consulate of that
jurisdiction for up-to-date information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, in order
to accept the travel voucher component of the Prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to
obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the relevant country, the winner
may forfeit the travel voucher and concert tickets component of the Prize, in the sole and absolute
discretion of the Promoter.

Cash
The Cash component of the Prize will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via
electronic funds transfer.
Flights & Accommodation
The Flight and Accommodation components of the Prize will be provided to the winner via email.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel
advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from
and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions
which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but
not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of
residence around the time of the Flights and Accommodation).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated
lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of
redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel,
activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation
costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more
event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and
total Prize.
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of
