TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 2.2 2.3 2.4 2.5 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.5 entry is open to residents of Australia aged 21 years and
older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
Employees and their immediate family members of Seven Network (Operations) Limited
(“Promoter”), NFL ANZ PTY LTD (“Sponsor”) and their associated agencies and companies and
any prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.
In clause 2.2, a reference to “Immediate Family Member” includes a spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling living in the same residence.
Winner and their companion must hold a valid and in-date passport at the time of entry
to the competition and must obtain the required ESTA and/or visas required to enter the
United States of America. Any and all costs associated with this process will not be
covered by the Promoter or the Sponsor and are the responsibility of the Winner. If the
Winner does not or cannot obtain the correct documentation, the Winner will forfeit the
prize in its entirety, and another winner will be chosen.
To be eligible to enter, entrants must be able to travel to the San Francisco, USA on Thursday 5th
February 2026 and return on Monday 9th February 2026 (due to time zones, the return date in
AEDT will be Wednesday 11 February 2026). If the Winner is unable to do so, for the entire
duration of the prize trip, they will be deemed invalid and forfeit all rights to the Prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 3.2 3.3 The competition commences on Friday 9th January 2026 at 5:30am AEDT and concludes on
Thursday 15th January 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT (the “Competition Period”).
In order to enter, viewers must:
• Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and
postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page
[Sunrise.com.au]; and
• Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us is 25 words or less, why you should
go to the Superbowl?”
• Tick the check box, confirming they are available to complete the Prize travel to San
Francisco on Thursday 5th February 2026 and return on Monday 9th February 2026 (due to
time zones, the return date in AEDT will be Wednesday 11th February 2026).
• Tick the checkbox, confirming they are available to answer a video or phone call from Sunrise

3.4 Entrants can enter as many times as they like throughout the competition period.
3.5 The entry must be:

(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
other parties.
Entry details including all submissions made remain the property of the Promoter and will not
be returned to the entrant. The Winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable
and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the Winner will not
be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be
offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to
infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity,
will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s
sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any data or other information related to
this Competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or
hardware malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software
problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the
entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, validity of driver’s license
and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to
enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Prize Winner of the Competition (“Winner”). The Winner will be

4.2 4.3 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize, including cash.
This prize has no official resale value and may not be authentic if purchased from a third party.
Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial
purposes without the written consent of The Seven Network.
4.4 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all
editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and
photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use
such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any
fee for such use.
4.5 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right
to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.6 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise
from the prize winning.
4.7 Winners should seek advice on obtaining any valid insurance that may be required in relation to
the Prize.
4.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) (and any companions) may be required
to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.9 The Winner agrees to allow their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes
without additional compensation.

4.11 The Prize must be used from Thursday 5th February 2026 to Wednesday 11th February 2026. If
the Winner and their companion are unable to attend on these dates, for the full duration of the
Prize, they will forfeit the Prize in its entirety.
4.12 Both the Winner and their travelling companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at
the date of departure for the Prize and they must each satisfy all additional applicable
requirements and terms and conditions arising in connection with any of the Prize components,
as determined at the Promoter and Sponsor’s discretion.
4.13 The flight portions of the prize will be valid and booked only with the airline chosen at the
discretion of NFL ANZ PTY LTD, on economy services only. Any upgrades or changes will be at the
Winners expense and not guaranteed based on booking availability. Flights are subject to

Francisco Airport (SFO). All flights are subject to the chosen airline’s terms and conditions.
Prize travel cannot be split. The Winner and their companion must complete the Prize together.
Winner will receive tickets to the Super Bowl LX Game (seated) for Sunday 8th February 2026 at
Levi’s Stadium, 4900 Marie P DeBartolo Way, Santa Clara, CA 95054, United States. The Winner
will receive the tickets via email on or before Friday 6th February 2026. The tickets are valued at
$10,000 each with a total value for this portion of the prize of $20,000.
The accommodation portion of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the
accommodation provider. The accommodation location, provider and any other details
pertaining to the accommodation portion of the prize are subject to the discretion of the
Sponsor. The total value of the accommodation shall not exceed $5,000.00.
The Transfers will be provided in San Francisco only and include the following: Return transfer
from the airport to the accommodation location. No transfers will be supplied in Australia. It is
the responsibility of the Winner and their companion to travel to their nearest major airport and
any costs associated with this travel will also be the responsibility of the Winner and their
companion. The total transfer value will be up to the value of $500.00.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Prize provider(s), if for any reason a
Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at
the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be
redeemable for cash.
Any specified Prize components are subject to availability at the time of booking and at the
discretion of the promoter. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability. If any part of
the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the item
with an item to the equal or greater value.
The Winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports
including covering any expiry validity period, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel
documentation that they require.
The Winner and their companions are responsible for all unspecified costs relating to the Prizes,
including insurance, additional taxes, in-room and minibar charges, meals and transport,
including flights, not included as part of the Prize, as specified in 4.1. Any other charges
throughout the stay, including any in-room and minibar charges, must be paid for by the guests
on the day of check-out.
The Winner and their companions may be required to present their credit card at any stage of
the Prize for any incidental damages.
The Promoter and Prize Supplier are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling
of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion(s) as a
result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
Once confirmed in writing, change of dates may require extra fees. The Promoter and the Prize
Supplier do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and
these fees/costs will be borne by the Winner and their relevant companion(s).
The Promoter, the Prize Supplier and their associated agencies and companies or any
organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as
to the destination, including any safety conditions, travel restrictions, warnings, bans or other
issues that may exist at any destination.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 5.2 There will be One (1) Prize Winner in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of
skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
One (1) Prize Winner will be judged from all valid entries received (online) at the conclusion of

Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015.
The entrant who is deemed the worthiest and submitted the most genuine entry as judged by a
panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter will be awarded as the Prize Winner.
The Winner will be notified by email or by phone within two (2) business days of the prize
judging. All winners will be published on www.sunrise.com.au within two (2) business days.
The winner may be announced during broadcast of Sunrise on Seven Network, on Friday 16th
January 2026.
If required, an unclaimed prize judging will be held on Friday 23rd January 2026 from 12:30pm
(AEDT) at Seven Network Media City, 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW 2015. The winner will be
notified by email or by phone within two (2) working days of the unclaimed prize judging. The
new winner will be published on www.sunrise.com.au from Tuesday 27th January 2026.
The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
result.
Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions
of use of the Prize requirements. Prizes are subject to the Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners may be required to sign a legal
release in a form determined by the Promoter in their absolute discretion.
5. NO LIABILITY
5.1 5.2 5.3 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and
in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to
vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war,
pandemic, epidemic, government restraint, or act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its
absolute discretion cancel, modify or suspend the competition. If, due to circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, NFL ANZ PTY LTD and their associated agencies and
companies will not take any responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or
misdirected mail.
The Seven Network (Operations) Limited, NFL ANZ PTY LTD and their associated agencies and
companies, to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any misadventure, accident,
injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
• during the judging;
• whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition; or
• in the participation in any Prize;
• because of late, lost or misdirected mail;
• due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication
of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member,
journalist, other entrants or any other person;
• in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical
problems or traffic congestion; and
• arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer
equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other

If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes
including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or
any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at
its sole discretion, orally or in writing, for the purpose of Seven’s programming, scheduling or
production requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
from such an offender are reserved.
Seven Network (Operations) Limited assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right
to take any action that may be available.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the
right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process,
take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition.
By entering the Competition, and by collecting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges and
accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the Prize, are inherently
dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
Neither the Promoter nor Sponsor are responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather
conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst a Winner is travelling.
It is the responsibility of each Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at
destinations prior to travel.

and notifying the Winner, prize fulfilment and understanding our audiences. Seven will
otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is

contains information regarding how you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or
make a complaint about our handling of your personal information). By providing your personal
