Eligibility
   

To be eligible you must be:

(i)    An Australian and New Zealand residents; and

(ii)   Aged eighteen years or older (18+).

Employees of the Promoters (and, if applicable, Partner and vendors providing services in connection with this Competition) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and the immediate family members (or those living in the same household) of each are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

How to Enter
   

To enter the Competition, entrants (“Entrants”) must:

(i)    visit the Promoter’s website at https://www.billabong.com.au/;

(ii)   click on the sponsored post for the Competition on Facebook, or

(iii)  scan the QR code featured on in-store advertising for the Competition.

These actions will direct Entrants to the Competition entry page, where they must complete and submit the online entry form, providing all required information ("Entry").

Each Entrant may only submit one Entry into the Competition.

Winner Process

 
   

(i)   One (1) potential winner will be drawn via a random electronic draw at 5 Billabong Place, Burleigh Waters QLD, Australia 4220 on the Prize Draw Date and the Prize will be awarded to the first person drawn following winner validation and verification (“Winner”).

(ii)  The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in order, in case the winning Entry/Entrant is deemed invalid or the prize is unclaimed ("Reserve Winners").

Winner Notification
   

(i)   The Winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw Date.

(ii)  The name of the Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s website within three (3) business days of the draw date and will remain available for a period of thirty (30) days.
