FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Competition is a game of chance and is authorised under the Permits.
2. The material used to market and promote the Competition forms part of these Competition Terms. If there is an inconsistency between the material used to market and promote the Competition and these Competition Terms, these Competition Terms prevail.
Eligibility to enter
3. During the Competition Period, anyone may enter the Competition, provided that they are:
a. over 18 years of age;
b. a resident of Australia;
c. a registered Flybuys member or a valid new Flybuys member who joins during the Competition Period (to be a valid Flybuys member the Flybuys member account must include the member’s first and last name, a valid contact phone number and email address current at time of draw and prize distribution. If a customer uses a cardboard temporary card they have just collected from a store and scanned for the first time without completing the online registration process, this will not give them the opportunity to win - they need to complete the online registration process first. New registrations can take up to 48 hours to finalise; and
d. not an employee or immediate family member of an employee, of the Promoter or Flybuys or an agent of the Promoter, who is directly associated and connected with the organisation of this Competition (not applicable to instore instant win prizes).

4. By entering the Competition, entrants accept these Competition Terms.
5. How to enter
Coles instore customers (the chance to win money off your in-store shop)
For the chance to win money off your in-store shop, entrants must spend $20 or more in one transaction after any applicable discounts and exclusions set out below in paragraph 6 (Qualifying Spend) instore at Coles (excludes online purchases, Coles app, and Coles Express) between 12:01am (AEDT) on 14/01/2026 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 03/02/2026 (Competition Period) and scan their Flybuys in-store at time of purchase. Entrants will receive a bonus chance to win money off their in-store shop if their qualifying purchase includes a product from a Participating Brand (Participating Brands are listed in the table below in paragraph 5 and instore and online at www.coles.com.au/important-information/terms/shop-scan-win. Multiple bonus entries are permitted eg. purchase a product from 2 different Participating Brands in one transaction and receive 2 bonus entries into the draw. There is a limit of three (3) bonus entries per Participating Brand per qualifying transaction.
All prize winners will be notified instantly on their shopping docket and on the screen upon winning a prize. Winners have the option to apply the prize towards the transaction in progress or retain it for future Coles in-store only transactions. Prize money that is not used at the time of win is stored on the winner’s Flybuys account and is available to redeem for all cardholders on the Flybuys account on future Coles in-store only transactions by scanning their Flybuys at the checkout until the prize money is fully exhausted. Any unused prize money will expire on 08/04/2026. A limit of one prize per day per Flybuys account applies for instore transactions only. For further details on prizes, please see paragraph 28.
Coles online customers (the chance to win Weekly Draw Prizes)
To receive an automatic entry into a weekly prize draw entrants must spend $20 or more in one transaction after any applicable discounts and exclusions set out below in paragraph 6 (Qualifying Spend) online at Coles via www.coles.com.au or through the Coles app between 12:01am (AEDT) on 14/01/2026 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 03/02/2026 (Competition Period) and enter their registered Flybuys card number online at time of purchase. Customers must opt in at checkout when invited to be eligible to enter the weekly prize draw. Opting in signifies that members are willing to receive an email notifying they have won a prize. This will not impact any existing marketing preferences. Orders made online at Coles must be delivered or collected during the Competition Period to qualify. Entrants will receive a bonus entry into a weekly prize draw if their Qualifying Purchase includes a product from a participating brand (participating brands are listed in the table below and online at www.coles.com.au/important-information/terms/shop-scan-win. Multiple bonus entries are permitted eg. purchase a product from 2 different participating brands in one transaction and receive 2 bonus entries into a weekly prize draw. Coles Online members are entitled to win multiple promotion codes in each draw. There is a limit of three (3) bonus entries per Participating Brand per eligible transaction. Some participating products may not be available for Deliver More delivery slots.
All prize winners will receive a promotional code via email within seven (7) days of the draw taking place. Promotional codes can only be used online and are one time use only (any unused prize funds will be forfeited). Promotional codes will expire if not used by 08/04/2026. Prize money cannot be used to purchase gift cards, iTunes cards, liquor, tobacco and tobacco-related products.

6. The Qualifying Spend is calculated after applying all savings and discounts and excludes the purchase of Coles Insurance products, Coles Express, Coles Best Buy Online Exclusives, Uber Eats, iTunes cards, gift cards, Mobile and Tech accessories (inc. plans and recharge), Opal top up, calling cards, charity products, liquor, tobacco and tobacco related product purchases, subscriptions and any delivery charges. Other products may also be excluded at Coles’ discretion, acting reasonably, during the Competition Period. Products excluded during the Competition Period will be published online at www.coles.com.au/important-information/terms/shop-scan-win.
7. You may enter as many times as you like, providing your purchase fulfils the entry criteria detailed in paragraph 5.
8. If, subsequent to a qualifying entry, you do not wish to participate in the Competition you must advise the Promoter by calling Coles Customer Care on 1800 061 562.
9. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
a. enters the Competition without being eligible;
b. tampers with the entry process;
c. submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Competition Terms; or
d. in entering the Competition, engages in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Competition or the Promoter.
10. Failure by the Promoter to exercise its rights under paragraph 9 does not constitute a waiver of the Promoter’s rights under paragraph 9. If the entrant’s contact details change, the entrant must notify the Promoter.

Drawing winners (weekly prize draws for Coles Online customer entries)
11. The Competition will run for 3 weeks and there will be a separate prize draw for each of the 3 weeks of the Competition. Each valid entry will be included in the weekly draw on the date their Qualifying Transaction is received, and each valid entry will be included in one weekly draw only. Winners will be drawn from the pool of valid entries at the draw address at 10.00am (AEDT) as per the schedule below:

12. In each of the 3 weekly draws
the first 34 entries drawn will win a $100 Off Coles Shop,
the next 68 entries drawn will win a $50 Off Coles Shop,
the next 1260 entries drawn will win a $20 Off Coles Shop,
the next 1873 entries drawn will win a $15 Off Coles Shop and,
the next 170 entries drawn will win a $5 Off Coles Shop. (see paragraph 28 for prize details), subject to the Promoter’s rights under paragraph 9.
13. The Promoter will notify the winners in writing via email within 7 days after each draw. A list of winners will be available on request.
Awarding prizes
14. Win money off your in-store shop prizes - the maximum number of instore prizes being given away for this promotion is 87,770 and the maximum total value of all prizes in the Promotion is $1,571,081 The final number of prizes distributed by the Promotor will be the number of prizes claimed by the entrants. Winners have the option to apply the prize towards the transaction in progress or retain it for future Coles in-store only transactions by scanning their Flybuys at the checkout until 08/04/2026. Unused prize money is available for all cardholders on the Flybuys account to redeem for future Coles in-store only transactions by scanning their Flybuys at the checkout until the prize money is fully exhausted. A limit of one prize per day per Flybuys account applies for instore transactions only. Win money off your in-store shop prize money cannot be used to purchase gift cards, iTunes cards, tobacco and tobacco-related products.
15. Online Weekly Draw Prizes - the maximum number of weekly draw prizes being given away for this promotion is 10,214 and the maximum total value of all weekly draw prizes in the Promotion is $182,832. The final number of weekly draw prizes distributed by the Promotor will be the number of weekly draw prizes claimed by the entrants. Only orders that are fulfilled and delivered during the competition period (14/1/26-3/2/26) will be eligible to be entered into the Competition. Prize money cannot be used to purchase gift cards, iTunes cards, liquor, tobacco and tobacco-related products.
16. The Promoter may request that the winners provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize. If upon request a winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction within 30 days after being selected as a winner, then the relevant winner may be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to their prize. In those circumstances the Promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 20.
17. The winner must accept the prize within 30 days after being drawn as the winner. If the winner does not accept the prize within 30 days after being drawn as the winner, the promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 20.
18. In consideration of the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner:
a. consents to the Promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition, the Promoter or the Promoter’s business;
b. agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash; and
c. agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties.
19. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the prize subject to legislative approval.

Further Draw
20. If for any reason, a prize has not been awarded within 30 days after the draw date the Promoter may conduct a further draw from the pool of valid entries at 10:00am (AEST) on 05/06/2026 at Focal Promotions.
21. The first valid entry the Promoter draws is the winner, subject to the Promoter’s rights under paragraph 9. If two or more prizes are included in the draw the second valid entry drawn will win the second prize, the third valid entry drawn will win the third prize, and so on, until all available prizes have been allocated.
22. The Promoter will notify any further draw winners in writing via email, letter or text message within 7 days after the further draw date and the winners’ last name, first initial and postcode will be posted on www.coles.com.au/offers/competition-winners within 7 days after the draw date.

Force majeure / cancellation
23. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, force majeure or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Liability
24. The Promoter and Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd (Flybuys) are not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the Competition, including:
a. any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;
b. any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition;
c. any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure;
d. any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and
e. any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize,
except to the extent that such loss, expense, damage or liability is caused or contributed to by the fraud, negligence or wrongful act or omission by the Promoter or Flybuys, respectively.
25. Nothing under paragraph 24 is intended to limit entrants or winners’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
26. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media provider and no social media provider is liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the Competition, including anything detailed in paragraph 24.

Personal information
27. The Promoter and Flybuys collects personal information about entrants in order to run the Competition, communicate with you as the Entrant to this Competition, award prizes and comply with the Permits. The Promoter uses and manages entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Coles privacy policy www.coles.com.au/important-information/privacy-policy. Flybuys uses and manages entrants’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy https://experience.flybuys.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Your personal information may also be shared by the Promoter and / or Flybuys with third parties who support in marketing or promotional activities, which include Focal Promotions (ABN: 76 007 374 325). Your entry into this Competition will be unable to be considered if you do not provide this information. Coles and / or Flybuys will not disclose this information provided by you unless required or authorised by law or in accordance with the relevant Privacy Policy.
