Schedule – Terms & Conditions of Entry

Information on how to enter and prizes set out in this Schedule form part of the Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms). These Terms constitute the entrant’s agreement with the Promoter in relation to the entrant’s participation in the Promotion. The Terms must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms, the Schedule prevails.

Entry Restrictions

Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all Eligible States/Territories who:

    fulfil the method of entry requirements; and
    are 18 years of age or older; and
    MYER one Member where the purchase is made at Myer; and

directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

    the Promoter;
    any Third-Party Supplier (as defined below);
    any related bodies corporate of the Promoter or any Third-Party Supplier (as defined below);
    any agencies or companies associated with this Promotion such as Myer Pty Ltd , but only to the extent those persons were directly involved with the Promotion); and
    any Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government agencies where the rules or guidelines applicable to such company or agency prohibit receipt of a prize,

are ineligible to enter.

“Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry Mechanics

To enter the Promotion, participants must purchase of any of the Kadi’s products:

    online via myer.com.au
    or in-store at Myer; and
    must be a MYER one Member, and provide their MYER one card or number at the time of transaction or checkout

in each case, in Australia and during the Promotional Period (each a Qualifying Purchase).

Entries are deemed to have been received at the time and on the date that the Qualifying Purchase was made.

Each Qualifying Purchase made by an entrant during the Promotional Period will count as one entry. If multiple Qualifying Purchases are made by an entrant during the Promotional Period, they will count as multiple entries.

There is no limit on the number of Qualifying Purchases that can be made by a single entrant.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device, laptop, desktop computer or equivalent device is not sufficiently capable for the purposes of submitting an entry.

Prize Draw

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.

Based on a single random draw, one winner will be selected at the conclusion of the Promotional Period, based on Qualifying Purchases processed during the Promotional Period.

Qualifying Purchases processed by Myer will be notified to the Promoter prior to the conduct of the draw and will be tallied by the Promoter along with Qualifying Purchases processed directly by the Promoter.

The draw will be held at 12:00pm (AEDST) on Friday, 9 Feb 2026 at 39-41 Mount St, Prahran VIC 3181.

The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Promotional Period will win the Prize.

Each winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Website and will be entitled to receive the Prize noted below 1 week after the draw - 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 8th Feb 2026.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or the Prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

Prize

There is one Prize available to be won in this Promotion. The Prize is a A$2000 voucher to purchase through Luxury Escapes  

Prize Conditions

The following conditions apply with respect to the redemption of the Prize:  

    the Prize (and all elements thereof) are not exchangeable or transferrable and must be taken as specified, as and when offered and without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Promoter and cannot be altered or changed in any way by the winner or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If the winner forfeits the Prize or any element of the Prize for whatever reason, the winner will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prizes are subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter;
    any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included;
    in respect of the Prize, the winner expressly acknowledges that undertaking such travel or activity is at their own risk and sole discretion and they will make their own assessment of the risks and of their own suitability to participate in or to undertake such activity or travel;
    the Prize is subject to all applicable laws and guidelines;
    the Prize may be supplied by a third party and the Promoter may (in its absolute discretion) engage a third party (or any of its officers, employees or contractors) to communicate and coordinate with the winner in relation to the Prize and its delivery (each such party being a Third-Party Supplier). In those circumstances, any obligation imposed on a winner under these Terms to provide information to, or give notice to, the Promoter shall be deemed to be an obligation to provide such information to, or give such notice to, the Third-Party Supplier in place of the Promoter; and

Notification of Winners

The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 working days of determination and will have their last name, initial of their first name and postcode of residence published on the Promoter’s Website (www.kadiluggage.com/myergiveaway) within 30 days of determination for a period of 30 days.

Unclaimed Prize Allocation

Prize Claim Date: 12:00pm (AEDST) on Monday, 9 April 2026  

If the Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner (or the winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date above, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the Prize to a Reserve Entrant (and once verified, that Reserve Entrant will be deemed the winner for the purposes of these Terms).

Any such winner in this process will be informed by email or phone within 2 working days of determination and will also have their last name, initial of their first name and postcode of residence published on the Promoter’s website (www.kadiluggage.com/myergiveaway) within 30 days of determination for a period of 30 days.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

The winner must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter reasonably requires, without any compensation.  

The winner consent to the Promoter using their name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect their personal information directly or through its agents or contractors (including any Third-Party Supplier). The Promoter will use such personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion.

The Promoter may disclose the winner personal information to its related companies, agents or contractors (including Third-Party Suppliers) to assist in conducting this Promotion, communicating with them or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia.

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter keeping their personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting entrants by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends to entrants that they may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this Promotion.

Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms)

These Terms must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology used in these Terms.

Entry

    By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms.
    Entry is open only to entrants who comply with the Entry Restrictions and who follow the Entry Mechanics.
    Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
    If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective).
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
    The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
    The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
    Entrants are responsible their own costs associated with entering the Promotion. If they enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers, email addresses, addresses or aliases, they may be disqualified.

Prizes

    The Prize will be awarded to the winner drawn in accordance with the Prize Draw.
    The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners.
    In the event of a Prize not being accepted or claimed, the Prize will be deemed forfeited unless the process for Unclaimed Prize Allocation applies.
    The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of a Qualifying Purchase prior to being awarded the Prize.
    The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who fails to provide an adequate identification to the satisfaction of the Promoter, or who tampers with or benefits from the manipulation of, or tampering with, the entry process, or the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Terms, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
    If, due to any reason whatsoever, the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won a Prize that the entrant has not complied with these Terms, that entrant will have no entitlement to the Prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that entrant will be required, at the direction of Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize.
    Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged (except as set out in these Terms). Any Prize that has been transferred will be deemed void and the parties involved will be disqualified from the Promotion. Without limiting any other term of these Terms, the Prize (and all elements of the Prize) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The Prize value is correct as at the date of preparing these Terms. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value. Entrants agree that if the Prize (or any element of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Eligible States/Territories if required.
