The Will & Co Artist Series unites art and coffee through a bold, dynamic design by long-time collaborator Chris Nixon. Inspired by his coastal roots, each limited-edition cup becomes a creative touchpoint in your daily ritual — and your entry to win the Art of Coffee Experience.

One coffee lover from each participating café will win a runner-up prize. It's our way of giving a small thanks to the legends who keep the local coffee scene buzzing all summer long.

Each runner-up winner will take home:

Start Date: 5:00am AEDT on Monday, 15 December 2025
End Date: 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 15 March 2026

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia who are 18 years and over.

Residents of the Northern Territory and Tasmania are not eligible to enter.

Participating Cafes

Participating Cafés can be found via the following Link and will display marketing materials for the Promotion in store at point of sale.

How to Enter:

To enter during the Promotional Period, an Eligible Entrant must:

Purchase a coffee served in a Will & Co Artist Series takeaway cup from a Participating Café and obtain a receipt for purchase;
Scan the QR code on the cup to visit the linked landing page;
Complete the entry form, providing:
Full name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Residential address (including state and postcode)
Name of the Participating Café visited, selected from the drop-down list
A photo upload of the receipt as proof of purchase
A valid photo upload of a receipt is mandatory. Entries without a valid photo of a receipt or indecipherable receipts will be deemed invalid.

This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

All valid entries in the Promotion will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

Runner-Up Prize Draws will be held for each Participating Café. Only valid entries linked to a coffee purchase made at that Participating Café will be included in that Participating Café’s Runner-Up Prize draw.

The Winner of the Grand Prize Draw will not be eligible for a Runner-Up Prize (excludes SA residents).

Maximum number of Entries

Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following:

a)    a maximum of one (1) entry per transaction;

b)    each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. This prize limit does not apply to SA residents.

Entry Opt Out

Any person who completes the entry form and wishes to withdraw their submitted entry may do so by emailing the Promoter at hello@willandco.com.au or rejecting a prize.

1 hour session for 2 Adults
Held exclusively at the Will & Co HQ Tasting Bar, Bondi, NSW
Session customised to fit interests, but may include an overview of espresso extraction, milk frothing and latte art, a coffee cupping experience and coffee roast
Session to be held within 3 years from the Draw Date and is subject to the Promoter’s availability
Travel to/from Bondi (NSW) is not included. Travel is the responsibility of the winner
(1) 12-Month Will & Co Coffee Subscription (RRP: up to $720), with the choice of (1) of the following prizes:
Will & Co Coffee Bean Subscription: 1 kilogram of Will & Co coffee beans (excluding any single origin coffee beans) delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg); or
Will & Co Coffee Pod Subscription: 6 boxes of Will & Co Coffee Pods, 10 pods per box, delivered per month for 12 months (max 72 boxes); or
Will & Co Coffee Concentrate Subscription: 5 bottles of Will & Co Specialty Coffee Concentrate, 375mL per bottle, delivered per month for 12 months (max 60 bottles)

The Grand Prize has a total maximum value of $1,879.

Runner-Up Prize:

The total number of Runner-Up Prizes is seventy-four (74).

The Runner-Up Prize has an individual value of $42 and a total value of $3,108.

The total prize pool has a maximum value of AUD $4,987

Further Prize Details

Grand Prize:

The QT Bondi Voucher for 1-Night Stay is subject to QT Bondi’s terms and conditions of use. The voucher will be delivered to the winner within one month of the Draw Date.

The Framed Artist Series Print, Artist-Series T-Shirt and Artist Series Tote Bag will be delivered to the winner within one month of the Draw Date.

The Will & Co Coffee 12-Month Subscription will be delivered to the winner in 12 separate monthly deliveries, with the first month’s delivery to be posted out with the Framed Artist Series Print, Artist-Series T-Shirt and Artist Series Tote Bag, within one month of the Draw Date. Afterwards, the Promoter will post out the coffee subscription product monthly. Timing of the delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times and service updates.

The date of the Roasting Master Class & Barista Training is to be agreed upon by the Promoter and the winner and to be held no later than three (3) years following the Draw Date. The time and date of the session is subject to the Promoter’s availabilities. Blackout periods may apply. The Promoter will seek to provide reasonable opportunities to schedule the Roasting Master Class & Barista Training however, if a date is not agreed upon and the session held within three (3) years from the Draw Date, the Roasting Master Class & Barista Training is deemed forfeited. No compensation will be provided if the session is forfeited.

Runner-Up Prize:

The Artist Series Tote Bag and Bottle of Coffee Concentrate will be delivered to the winners within one month of the Draw Date.

Draw Order:

The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted first, followed by the Runner-Up Prize Draw.

Grand Prize Draw Details:

The winning entry will be drawn by the Promoter at 12:00pm AEDT on Tuesday, 17 March 2026 (Draw Date) at Will & Co HQ, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.

The first valid entry drawn will win the Grand Prize.

The winner of the prize drawn is determined by chance. The prize will be drawn using computerised random selection.

Runner-Up Prize Draw Details:

The winning entries will be drawn by the Promoter at 12:15pm AEDT on Tuesday, 17 March 2026 (Draw Date) at Will & Co HQ, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.

The Runner-Up Prize Draw will occur in alphabetical order of Participating Café name with one (1) prize drawn for each Participating Café.

The first valid entry drawn for each Participating Café will be the winner of a Runner-Up Prize.

The winners of the prizes drawn are determined by chance. The prizes will be drawn using computerised random selection.

Winner Notification

The winners will be notified via email within 3 business days of the Draw Date and published on the Promoter’s website at https://www.willandco.com.au/pages/art-of-coffee-giveaway

Prize Claim Date and Prize Redraw.
 
All prize winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by 12:00pm AEST on Friday, 17 April 2026 (Prize Claim Date). Where a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, that winner is deemed to have forfeited their prize. A redraw for the Grand Prize will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST on Monday, 20 April 2026 (Redraw Date) at Will & Co HQ, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026. A redraw for the Runner-Up Prize will be conducted at 12:15pm AEST on Monday, 20 April 2026 (Redraw Date) at Will & Co HQ, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026. The redraw winner(s) will be notified in writing by email on the same day by close of business and published on the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au. The redraw winner(s) will have until 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 to confirm acceptance of the Prize. No compensation will be given to the original winner.
