Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd (Komatsu) – ‘Win a Seadoo’ (Promotion)
Terms & Conditions:
1. Purchase any Komatsu Premium Used machine from Komatsu between 12:00am AEDT on
17 November 2025 and 11:59pm AEDT on 8 March 2026 (Eligible Order) and automatically
go into the draw (Eligible Entry) to win 1 of 1 brand new 2026 Sea-Doo GTR 230, 36TB
(valued at AUD24,000 incl GST) (Prize).
2. One entry per Eligible Order, any additional Eligible Orders made during the Offer Period will
also be eligible to enter the Promotion.
3. There is one prize in total to be won, with a total prize pool of $24,000 (incl GST).
4. The first Eligible Entry drawn will win the Prize. The draw will be conducted as a computerised
random draw from all Eligible Entries using a randomisation tool at Komatsu Fairfield Head
Office, located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165, on 9 March 2026,
commencing at 1:00pm (AEDT). Electronic draw logs will be kept for 12 months and made
available to regulators on request.
5. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their
surname, first initial and postcode will be published on Komatsu’s website for at least 28 days
from 9 March 2026. The winner must claim the Prize by 6 April 2026.
6. In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will be conducted as a computerised random
draw from all Eligible Entries using a randomisation tool at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office,
located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165, on 7 April 2026. The winner of the
redraw, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their
surname, first initial and postcode will be published on Komatsu’s website for at least 28 days
from 7 April 2026. The winner of the redraw, if required, must claim the Prize by 4 May 2026.
7. To be eligible, participants must:
o Be over the age of 18; and;
o be located in Australia.
8. The major prize is a 2026 Sea-Doo GTR 230 (RRP $24,000 incl GST). If, in the Promoter’s
reasonable opinion, the winner cannot lawfully or practically accept or use the Sea-Doo (for
example, due to licensing requirements, local waterway access or comparable limitations),
the winner may elect to receive a 2024 Can-Am Defender DPS HD7 instead (RRP $24,000
incl GST). Any substitution is subject to any written directions of a relevant regulator. Prizes
are otherwise not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only
available in Australia.
10. There is no additional fee payable to enter the Promotion or accept a prize.
11. In the event that any part of the Promotion becomes unavailable due to circumstances
beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product
to the same or greater value as the original products, subject to any applicable laws. No other
changes will be made after the Promotion commences, except as required by law or with prior
regulator approval (where applicable).
12. By participating, each entrant agrees to allow Komatsu to use their name, company name,
and state, territory, or region of residence for reasonable promotional purposes, in any media,
without further payment or compensation.
13. Nothing in the terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded
by law, Komatsu (and its agencies) excludes all liability to any loss, damage, delay or loss of
opportunity arising in connection with the Promotion or any Prize (including, to the extent
permitted by law, any indirect or consequential loss).
14. Individuals are not eligible for the Promotion if they are a director, manager or employee of
Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Promotion, or if they are an
immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
15. The Promotion is governed by the law of New South Wales and participants submit to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales Courts.
16. Komatsu collects personal information (e.g., name, email, business details and delivery
address) to administer this Promotion, verify eligibility, fulfil Prizes and communicate with
participants in accordance with Komatsu’s Australian Privacy policies. If you do not provide
the requested information, we may be unable to process your participation. We may disclose
personal information to service providers (including delivery and IT hosts), and to our related
